My visit today went well. Out of town on a job and I had a return. There were 2 people inline already. I expected a wait. However, a manager came out of nowhere and assisted the next inline. The lady in front of me was now walking up to the register so I shifted lanes. I didnt have my receipt but I gave my number and he explained they were out of that particular item but he would be more than happy to refund my money. It was quick and the manager had a great attitude. The store was clean and as I did some browsing for a few mire items it seemed everything was organized well.

Its cheaper and sometimes you dont get as good a bargain as you think. Not a place for pros to buy work tools. Home owners with small needs its fine but inspect things for those small imperfections that drive you nuts. My new reel for cords does not have a handle that spins. It works but aggravating.

Love going to your store. Never leave with out buying something.

Made a purchase and found more quantity and better quality tools at Walmart afterwards. Spent 14 for one tool found 5 at Walmart for 10 dollars.

They always have something interesting on sale and helpful associates. Masks are encouraged.

Everytime Ive gone into Harbor Freight Ive had a great experience. Now youre likely gonna get up sold some things but the employees have never pushed anything and have never suggested I get something nonsensical to my purchase. Ex. Hey, I see youre buying clamps, if youre doing wood working and need some glue its on isle X.Beyond that, a person I know had a terrible experience at their Jasper location and when I talked to the manager, Bob, he was able to answer my questions regarding store policy on customer privacy and spent several minutes helping me.The tools there are indeed cheap, but for my use case, that just means that I can beat stuff up and not worry about breaking the bank on tools when I need a replacement.The team here is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. They provide great customer service and I enjoy being a regular shopper here.

I love this store just walk in and someone will let you know they are here too help you. So many items to choose from almost always find more than I was looking for.

As a guy, I love this place lots of products to choose from that dont kill your budget, granted not all are the top notch quality, but if you just getting started at home or in a new job and need tools on a budget, this is your go to place.

Cool place to get cheap stuff, but remember that you get what you pay for i dont mind buying tools there because even if they mess up or break you can still buy a second one for less than it would cost anywhere else that is if you dont get the warranty

Really wanted folding ramp that they said was in stock but what wasnt said was it was display model.

Just got off the phone with two of the rudest service people I have dealt with in a long time. First a lady and then a guy...both were extremely short with me and cutting me off while I was talking and did not listen to what I was asking for. I know it was close to closing time but in no way is that an excuse to be that way to a customer on the phone...it wasnt like I walked in at ten minutes till, I was just asking questions about something I looked up on the website..

Every time I go with the Harbor Freight Im always getting what I need next time I go Im going to buy more solar lights theres a gun every gun that I need to get for putting up siding they have them now

Its a harbor freight, if youve not been to one you dont know what youre missing! Fantastic deals on fair quality tools. Not tools that you can reliably make a living with but they will definitely get the job done around the house or ranch. This store is fair to the harbor freights in other town albeit a little smaller and a little less...helpful or cheerful or such. No one is in a bad mood but they arent jumping up to help you either.

Lady answered the phone and rudely hung up the phone while I was still asking a question. What kind of customer service is that, making harbor freight look bad.

For me it is a good place to buy tools, I only get to use them a couple of times, then the son in law borrows them and I never see them again. Sign up and get the monthly magazine and save a lot of money. Im not a professional welder, carpenter or plumber. I have never had a tool I got from them break. And they have always done what I needed.

I always have a hard time getting out of this place! I started taking things apart at about age 5. Some of them I actually got to work again. Tools in my early youth (1960s) were limited in variety & expensive. HF have such a good variety of great tools at prices almost anyone can appreciate. Keep the great sales coming!
