There office is super nice. The staff was very informative and if the office is anyway like the homes then sign me up for one.
OMG I recently purchased a new home. I was so nervous and so lost. But was treated very well by Brent. He was very helpful with helping me make the right decision in my home design. He was always very understanding and answered all my questions and concerns. I would also like to point out one of the contractors that came to insure my home was well cleaned and intact from the move was amazing. His name is Alex. He is so kind and very caring and he made sure anything and everything was handled and fixed properly. He works hard to insure great service and trust provided by Clayton homes. I do not regret the purchase i made and would highly recommend anyone to purchase from them. Their team is absolutely amazing. Even Jessica shes a manager there and she is so helpful and kind. Anything I needed help with she was quick to get it done. I am so pleased.
Clayton Homes of Lufkin is a wonderful place to buy a home! They are so friendly and will listen to exactly what you want and need. The salesman, Chance, and all of the staff are so accommodating. They made sure that my house was ready to move in this past weekend!! We couldnt be any happier.
The saleman showed us homes. But only single wides. They dont have anymote kitchen space than an RV. Very pricey.
My husband and I were in a hurry to buy a house. Clayton Homes was our first choice. Gary Seaman showed us 3 houses that were within our price range. These houses looked okay from the outside, but the inside of every one of them was boring and felt unfinished. The shelving in the cabinets was bare particle board, even in the kitchen cabinets. If one drop of water were to touch those shelves theyd be ruined. Please note, we gave him a rough estimate of between $70 - $90k, but told him there was definitely wiggle room. We asked to see a double wide that had a porch built onto it. Gary refused to show it to us. His reason? You cant afford it.Thanks to Gary, Clayton Homes lost a cash customer that day. We went to another place and bought a brand new double wide that cost over $100k, and we paid CASH!Gary, maybe next time you wont judge a book by its cover.
Everyone is so friendly, they focus on what u want and your needs. Brett was awesome and he worked his butt off to get what we wanted.
This place has a few liars that work here. We were approved told us to come down there and then when we got there he started wanting money down after He had already said everything was good and we could come and sign for the mobile home. They will tell you lies to get you down there and try to get money out of you . I do not recommend this place to anyone!!
I wish that there was a negative option for ratings. Because this rating would be that. Horrible experience, the salesman was completely rude and belittled me. He became upset when I explained that I had did my research and had narrowed down to three homes. His argument was that he wouldnt show the homes because I had was wanting to look at homes with different textures...🤔🤔🤔 he then proceeded to throw a temper tantrum.....yes temper tantrum and stormed off. He was an older man named Carl I think but jerk fits him best. Dont shop here.We left there extremely discouraged and went to Palm Harbor and had a great experience. They answered all our questions and even showed me houses that I didnt think I would like but when I walked inside they were amazing.
Customer service is excellent and Chris with Clayton Homes is an excellent agent. Very knowlegable, helpful, and tuned in to what you need and want.
My sales person (Daniel) ???? was fairly new, when I started out purchasing a home from them. I paid my deposit and roughly 2 weeks later, the manger Scott sold my home to some one else. I was not informed until I went to the location. I was told by Scott that some one came with cash, and he sold it. I was told that when you put your money on a particular home, its held until the bank finish its processing. Whether I was looking at another house or not my money was already placed on that particular one.I asked for corporate phone number in which I did call. Scott then in return called my cell phone from his cell phone talking crazy to me. 2 mistakes,1. Im not the one to do that to. 2. I recorded him from my co workers phone.Scott was RUDE, LOUD, and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.....I do not recommend this location for nothing. But thank God. I purchased from another Clayton Homes LotI highly recommend Mr. Lopez the Tyler Location. Mr. Lopez, you ROCK!!!!!!!
Chris Ivins took his time to show us what we needed and to make sure we were pleased. Thoroughly happy.
We brought our home from Clayton after what we gave for this home wr should top name stove and fridge the stove cause fire twice the dishwash stay out we gave close to$ 90,000 dollar for this home you would think for the that price you top name. Application
Good prices. But when it come to warranty repair there super slow and takes for ever to get one one out and to get the job done right
The sales staff is stretched too thin and the prices were substantially higher than other towns.
They dont have time for you unless you have a good credit sore or 30% down.
I was very disappointed. The salesman was extremely pushy and rude. My husband and I visited the office today to look at some homes. We are making plans to purchase a home soon and I have done plenty of research as far as numbers are concerned. I simply wanted to window shop and look at the homes in person to try to see what I like and dislike as far as floor plans. I was clear about this from the beginning with the salesperson. He was very rude and refused to show me any houses without giving him any budget info.
Jamarcus (or was is Demarcus?) Was good to us.
So so
