Don’t know if this store is under new management but they are scamming customers by charging to ship back prepaid packages.UpdateI have been shipping amazon returns from here for years and never had to pay for printing services

The local ups terminals computers were down in lufkin Texas they quoted me $47.50 to ship 2 boxes on the website from the exact weights and dimensions I received from them at the counter. I needed to get my customers order out same day and went to the ups store. I ended up having to pay $142.25 at the rip off ups store in lufkin Texas. The woman at the counter lied and said they charge the same as ups. Nothing but smoke and mirrors while the owner of the company lines her pockets deep off from everyone that’s in the store. I understand making 10% maybe 20% but to outright rob someone is just wrong. I won’t be back to the store again. They had a line out the door I bet the owner is making a couple million a year in profits above all the costs of running a small business. I would try to find an alternative to this rip off store. Best of luck to anyone else.

Manager does not know how to get ahold of ups........How do they not have a number for ups?!

The staff at this store are always very helpful even when they are extremely busy... which is most of the time. They go above and beyond to help you and to keep the line moving along for their customers.

I don’t know about the store but this is a actual warehouse where you can work as a package handler as well, bad management, they don’t train you properly, and I got fired on the second day for not being as fast . But I believe it was discrimination because she didn’t like me when on day one. Don’t work here, will be calling corporate. Manger told me she has grown kids and won’t baby sit me on the second day of work wow !

Our local driver is just rude... sometimes doesn’t come when scheduled which is fine if he’s a day or 2 late but what isn’t fine is when he ignores the pickup package and just leaves the tag. I have called in the past letting them know I left the package to be picked up outside with an obvious note but even the office can’t help. Gee thanks for nothing. But our driver for our office off the loop is great and very personable.

They claimed they failed to deliver to my home when they dodnt even attempt to drop off my package.

The people that work in this store are extremely rude. Complete lack of customer service. I went to drop off an Amazon return which explicitly stated to drop it off, no box or packaging needed. The store states they charge for packaging. Cant/wont/dont explain why they charge when Amazon states differently. Not helpful, very rude.

Great staff, never anything but helpful. They do not in any way have anything to do with the actual delivery of my items, so when I have a problem I usually call the people that are delivering my items...... not where I dropped it off, which by the way if this staff were the ones delivering, I probly wouldnt have as many issues.I sell through a third party, that requires me to use U. P. S and as long as I do this will continue to be where I drop my items off, and there are several to chose from in Lufkin. I have used them all. (A- 1 are pretty good too) if this location isnt open.Kathy Franklin

I have shipped off 2 packages in the past month and it has taken several days for them to leave. My most recent package I dropped off on 11/21, it’s 11/24 still only says the shipping label was created. I have tried calling multiple times and it’s always busy.

When updating your store hours for holidays and etc. on your front door, please update the hours on Google as well. Since this is the only corporate UPS store for miles, updated hours on Google would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I love this store! The staff are fast, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. They make shipping easy. They even have a notary! I highly recommend this UPS Store.

I always come this store for personal and business shipping and I have to say it is the friendliest service you can get from a family owned franchised UPS Store. At their busiest times of the day they are still able to help you fast and courteous. I personally love the feature of when you ship something that address is stored in their systems so if you ship to that location frequently or season then it is already there. They dont only ship UPS but U.S. Mail, you can pay some of your bills there, western union, rent a P.O. BOX and get name badges made! I ship to 2 addresses every week and they say Hi, how are you? We have you setup will this be ground or other means? talk about customer service! If youre unsure of an address they will find it for you using all of their resources available and in most cases find it! Do not pay attention to the reviews of the store not being kid friendly...this is a shipping store not a playground! I go in this store every now and then with my kid and the employees are so nice and cheerful towards my child! Overall, I would reccomend this store to anyone who needs to ship something via UPS or U.S. Mail!

A young lady by the name of Katlyn G. Who works here went out of her way to help my clients, who are older, work on sending documents via email. Some of my older clients are older and dont know how to do the computer thing very well. Katlyn showed patients and care. There should be more employees like here. GREAT! Because of her I will be sending all my clients to the UPS store. Thank you Mrs. K

Friendly and Professional Service. This place handles all of my packaging and shipping. Many of my customers have commented on how well their items were packaged.

This store has a great set of employees. I cannot praise them enough for all the last minute shipping they have helped me through while remaining friendly and contacting companies for me to make sure everything went smoothly.

Zero. I hate dealing with ups. They send a postcard to my mailbox saying that they cant deliver to my adress because it does not exist . The adress they sent the card to does not exist . Makes no sense . It is discrimination because of where I live .

Showed up on a Saturday because online it says they are open till 5, but they aren’t. Maybe update that so people don’t drive in from out of town?

I was supposed to get my package Thursday 10/18/18 here it is Friday and the driver posted on my tracking order that no one was home but Ive been here waiting for them and no one ever showed up which shows me that the driver never wanted to deliver my package all the way to my house outside of center and Im going to be calling corporate Monday about this issue that I keep having occur every time someone sends me something ups which is bad customer service
