Great service! Always has what I need. Owners are very friendly and helpful. They also do a lot for the community and our local elementary school. I have rented several Penske trucks and have always been very satisfied. Please support our local businesses.

Worst customer service EVER!I rented a Penske truck and this location was my drop off. Per an online search and customer service confirmation, the store closed at 5:30. The store according to the owner closed at 4:30 which I found out the day after when the owner called with an attitude requesting $16 in gas when I dropped the truck off on a FULL tank. Troy Is very unprofessional and rude and their employees are incompetent. I will never rent from Penske again as long as they are doing business with this company.
