I have to say for a time of covid-19 and shortage. Walmart was well stocked. Pretty clean establishment. Nice job guys.

This Walmart is one of my favorites. Very tranquil and I never found a long line. Very clean and organized and good service. The parking lot is nice., I get a great parking all the time and near to the entrance. Recommended 💯

Three auto service guys sitting/standing around with each other, not one car in the garage and they said that they can’t do a quick swap out of my already removed from the vehicle tires/wheels. Telling me I need to make an appointment or drop off the stuff for a few days.I’d understand if they were busy, but there is literally no vehicles parked out side of the garages, no vehicles inside the garage and three techs standing around joking and laughing.Last time I ever give Walmart a chance to service anything of mine, especially since this would be a 10 minute job. Two tires to be put on two wheels that are already off the vehicle.

When I go the the site Walmart near me, log on and then try and find an item you want! No luck it took me over an hour to find an air filter for my car.I looked at Amazon and found in two min. So I ordered it from amazon.You should have (product) if you do tell me .Richard store 2118 my nearest store.

Its def well maintained and I like it for the most part. I would have rated 5 stars, but for some reason my sister and her husband were followed by two employees and started at for an uncomfortable amount of time. Someone was waking behind me, but I assume I was just in her way so I dont think anything of it in my case. However they felt uncomfortable and wanted to leave a little earlier than normal because of this. For the most part I really like this Walmart and they have a nice parking lot. I go here for clothes shopping once in a Blue Moon, but they have mini fridges on sale! So all of you college students looking to get a nice fridge they have them! They start at $79 on the small end up to a much larger unit with separate freezer and fridge at about $169. The largest one I saw was about 4 cubic feet squared. The one I got was 3.3 ft.^3 and I think Ill enjoy it very much. They are also usually very helpful.

Staff here are not people friendly. I miss placed my wallet, went to management for help, she was to busy for me. Luckily I did find it on my own, only after going through the whole store. Thanks for nothing😡

Van in the Lunenburg location shows fantastic customer service. Very articulate, and super friendly.

Worsr customer service ever. Rude, not polite at all, it took forever to attend me, the lady at customer service was mad at something and left me there without solving anything.

Ample parking, good selfservice, and reasonably priced. Handcap accessible. Goods well displayed, and it easier to shop.

They never pick up the phone if you are calling the store, doesnt matter what department you call. The few cashiers and self check out associates they have are short tempered and rude. Store is normally very dirty and the young man returning carts almost hit 2 cars with a bunch of carts because he was too busy looking at his phone and wasnt paying attention.

Lots of empty shelves in the bathroom section. Kind of hard to get around the since there were full stock pallets in almost every aisle in the store! Pretty clean though.

Went to the pick up section that I have ordered online. To having to going inside the store myself to get what I needed. I ask 3 employees on where is my stuff and all they did was give me the run around. Horrible horrible service. Well now I know better to not use the pick up lane.

This is a very nice Walmart. Workers were extremely helpful, its clean, well stocked and big enough for choices but not too big to overwhelm. One of the nicer Walmarts I have been to.

Walmart in the town of Lunenburg, have not changed much. You can count in always finding what you are looking for the home. The Clothing Department have plenty of items, but the quality of the clothes have become very poor in the manufacturing Dept.I hope things will get better as we walk thru these difficult times.

What can I say that ya dont already know... Lol. My last visit was great tho. Had a friendly employee help me find what I was looking for, and the check out girl was a sweetheart.

Would be nice if when you called the customer service desk would answer the phone when people call

It took about 45 minutes for me to get my curbside order after I had to go in to tell them that I was waiting forever outside and needed assistance.

The only reason I shop at WalMart is you can not beat the price for your bathroom essential like bars of soap shampoos and etc...I wish WalMart would go back when they first opened. They were proud to sell products that were made in the United States.Buy American made by Americans.But realistically that will never happen again because most of the items we purchase are Made in China.Its just the Truth and It saddens me

Some groceries but this place is not a superstore. No fresh produce at all.

Location is pretty big, plenty of parking and so far it hasnt been crazy busy no matter what time I go. Store is clean and employees friendly.

Its just the place to go for pretty much anything. Went in to grab some gloves. Just gloves... walked by the kid section and saw they put new stuff out... $123 dollars later I left the store 😅

Was disappointed how long I had to wait for service to pick up an order I had placed online even though I used their app and they could track me as I approached the store . Still had to wait 10 minutes or more. Had to place an online order because I needed something else that was available only online. The ability to place an online order that combines in-store pickup and home delivery is useful though, e.g. you can place an order online for $25 of stuff to pick up in the store plus $10 thats online only and it will qualify for free shipping over $35.

Every time we go into Market Basket down here on Water Street in Fitchburg its worth going in there because they always have what you want and when they dont they will order it for you some of the managers down there a joke but most of the Minges there are awesome people I noticed they dont treat that help very well but they help the customer the demoulas brothers have Saturday good thing and they gone a long time so I think Market Basket is one of the best stores that you could go to for a deal

This is a weird Walmart. Its fine and all, for a Walmart, its just a bit odd. They dont have a full grocery store, but they have some groceries. Call it maybe a 2/3 of a grocery store? They have the usual assortment of walmart offerings, takes a typical amount of time to escape (check out). Staff seems friendly. Stock is always off from what the app/website tells you to expect, so be aware of that

All the many times I have gone to Walmart both in person and on-line, I have always found what I needed and things I wanted. Shopping on-line has been great along with the free home delivery too. Always my favorite go to place to shop.

The employees are so helpful and respectful. One brought me the electric car, another helped me find the laundry detergent, another the parchment paper. They made it so easy for me to shop, with my disabilities. Thank you to those workers, God bless them and their families.

This Walmarts open late and its only Walmart I know that is open as late as this I believe its 11:00 and it seems like nothings open late anymore especially during the pandemic even more so its been the case this past year right everything closes early because its just not enough business so its very nice to be able to get decent stuff for decent prices other than like a no offense 7-Eleven but like a 7-Eleven or Cumberland Farm type of assortment is very limited So thanks if you work at the Walmart here and you work till closing youd be shocked at how much I appreciate it.
