YUM!1st visit. Quality was really good. Chicken and carne asada tacos were really good. The tacos were LOADED with meat and toppings. A tad larger than a traditional street taco. I ordered 3 but 2 were filling for me.Rice & refried bean combo was $4.50 and did not include a drink. I was hoping for iced tea but only drinks avail are in the small fridge. I ordered to-go tacos as well for lunch the next day. Give it a try and leave a rating to help others. I’d say 4.5 stars due to my overall perceived value. Regardless the food was great and that’s most important. Employee working the counter was EXTREMELY polite and helpful.

The chicken tacos were ok. But they served them in a basket with wax paper, so the juice spilled out and made the flour tortillas soggy. Service was slow and disorganized. They also gave my 3-year old daughter a giant glass with water that would have shattered into a million pieces on the concrete if I hadnt held it for her. Will probably not go back.

Good food for what it is.... Fast and easy to eat, a little salty for my personal taste, I dont really eat alot of salty food so probably just me... Cheesy chicken nachos where really good!!

We had been looking for a good traditional or Cali style taco place in the area since California Tacos To Go closed, and tried Tampa Taco Company. It is an excellent place to get good quality Mexican food.We had the shrimp and the fish tacos. Great flavor and fresh ingredients on both.We also got the pork al pastor burrito. First, it is huge. I ended up having it for 2 meals. Second, you could immediately tell the pork was well marinated, and the result was top notch.We will be going back often!We ordered to go, but it is also a nice little eatery for dining in.

We stopped in for lunch on a weekday and it wasn’t too crowded. The menu is fairly streamlined and easy to understand. I ordered 1 shrimp and 1 fish taco and it was almost $12. The tacos were absolutely delicious, but they were small. I was disappointed at the value and I left still hungry. Very good food, but I probably won’t return.

The owners love their restaurant, it shows in the way they treat their guests to the quality of their food. Street corn was delicious, the chips fresh and crunchy the cheese dip was perfection. Tacos were so good they match 1 other taco place in Tampa which we have tried them all and we rank Tampa Taco Co. neck and neck with our favorite place. Plain and simple Tacos dont get any better than this period. We will be back to try everything, very impressed. Great restaurants are hard to find these days good yes but this place is GREATNESS! Love their tacos. I think the veggie and the fried fish are the top two, but honestly you cant go wrong with any of the options. Tried the burrito and my wife tried the chimichanga and they were both tasty too.

Just driving by on 41 and saw a “TACOS” sign so of course I had to stop in. The service was friendly and quick. I had the al pastor tacos and chips and queso. Amazing flavor and generous portions. Definitely coming back.

This restaurant, formerly known as Heritage Bistro, has rebranded into the Tampa Taco Company. The name and menu may be different but the ownership, service and quality of food has not changed! Do your stomach a favor and visit this small business restaurant. This restaurant is the dream of CJ & Aliana and they have done a tremendous job of creating delicious meals! I just left there with a chicken chimichanga, it was absolutely delicious. When I was there a very nice girl named Aldianna helped me, she was so nice and had the best smile ever! So if you want some great good and great service, check this place out!

Disorganized operation. Menu board is hard to figure out and they do not serve rice or beans with entrees. Definitely not on my a or b list.

I will never go there again. Heres why. The first time I went on a Wednesday after 3. They close on Wednesday@3. Went today, Monday. Guess what, they are closed on Monday.

Just tried them for the first time and am extremely happy with the outcome. Tried the fish, shrimp, and al pastor tacos as well as an al pastor burrito. Everything was delicious, the young lady at the counter was warm and welcoming. Already referring friends to make sure they stay in business.

All the food was great actually didnt have any sauces available that might be because of covid-19 be the way they do it we had outside seating and I was too lazy to go inside and ask. I could see that there wasnt any sauces on any of the indoor dining tables either so that just might be the way to do it or it was cool with thing like I said so anyway you dont mind eating without sauce great food

The tacos are not that great. The veggie burrito was horrific. I ordered through Grub Hub and they didn’t even give me any hot sauce or salsa for my bland burrito.

We have been here twice and both times the food was good. Great quest! Husband who normally is not a chorizo lover but really likes theirs. Cafe con leche was wonderful and steak and potato bowl was seasoned nicely. To top it off...the young man that works there is very personable and a joy to do business with. Support our small business and give them a try!

Real gourmet food and coffee at fair prices. They even have espresso goodness.

The food was good and large servings. We are not big eaters so onesteak and egg bowl with coffees ea h was enough. We ended up bringing the huevis rancheros home.

Found this hidden gem on Google. The location is nestled inside a business park which was quite interesting. I spoke with Caesar who was very thorough and polite on the phone. The food was fresh. The place was clean and tidy. Guacamole was just made and hour prior but tasted more like 10 minutes prior. The Birria Tacos had a hint of citrus and heat, very good.The Etole corn and queso was an experience of its own. I need to try the entire menu and for that reason I will be back.

Tried Tampa Taco for the first time today. Our family enjoyed it. Came back the Next day ordered the same thing and my mind is set. Probably the only Taco place Ill ever come to in the Tampa area. If you need to drive 30 mins....I promise its worth the drive!!

Great quesabirria tacos. ($10 for 3 tacos) Both times Ive gone and gotten those tacos they werent on the actual menu but they still had them. I didnt personally like the chicken tacos because Im used to shredded chicken and they werent shredded. Took about 20 minutes for 2 orders but worth the wait.

What a great stop! We had no idea this place was here till we accidentally spotted the trigger word TACO on the sign off Land O Lakes Blvd. We stopped in and had the most extremely BEST TACOS we have ever had. And we are world travelers. We live just 2 blocks away and we cant wait to make this a routine stop throughout the week. I absolutely recommend this place! I had the chicken, shrimp, and pork tacos. The coffee was excellent to finish off my meal. For you coffee lovers, THIS PLACE IS OFFICIAL!

I got the Berria tacos. They were overcooked and barely any near I them. Teh biscuits for the biscuits with chorizo gravy were so hard you could hold a door open with them and they were around $10. The service was slow and they were not busy. The people were nice. My friend got the chicken burrito and she liked that

Stopped here passing through Tampa. The food was amazing! The tacos are authentic, would recommend the al pastor. Got to speak with the owners and they were nice and easy going. We talked about the food and their focus on customer experience, their influences, experimenting with flavors, etc. I was surprised to hear they make as much as possible from scratch, including their tortillas, reminding me of places frequented in LA. For sure coming back on my next visit

In an oversaturated taco market, Tampa Taco Company tries to standout by delivering their take on traditional mexican food. Offering unique dishes such as mashed potato tacos, and tres leches pancakes, to traditional staples such as tacos, burritos, and tortas; TTC brightens the pallette with just as many colorful flavors and options as the painted walls and hanging paintings in the dining room. The al pastor tacos I received were delicious with a hint of cinnamon in the flavor and the nice texture of roasted bits of pork contrasted the softness of the tortilla. Flour tortillas were used and doubled up as they traditionally are. For the amount of flavor, I was disappointed as the double flour tortilla overpowered the mouth and left my mouth dry, leaving me to take off one of the tortillas. The single tortilla started to crumble under the weight of the packed savory meat, fresh cilantro and sharp crisp onions. As much as I loved the flavor, I was disappointed in the dryness and was left craving a sauce of the marinated pork juice to have been squirted on top to balance out the double tortillas. I will be coming back to try other things, but as of a first review, Im left wanting more

Tried this local taco place today, first off I love that its in Lutz! My food was exceptional! I ordered tacos, quesadillas, churros and a Cafe Con Leche. I couldnt be more pleased, and the staff was attentive and friendly. I will definitely be back.

Got one star as no stars was not an option. The food is not authentic Mexican food. I have lived in El Paso for the past three years and the food here does not compare to what I had in El Paso. I ordered a veggie burrito which was sickly sweet. Never heard of pineapple and plantains in a burrito. Salsa was straight from a jar. The simplest thing to make is fresh salsa. Chips were from a bag and not made in-house. My wife got a chimichanga which was also sweet, had to cover it in hot sause just so she could eat it.Do not come here if you want authentic Mexican food, it will be a huge disappointment. I will never come back.

Deliciousness! Found this place via Doordash and Maps and so happy I did! I ordered the Fried Mac n Cheese, Cafe de Olla Bread Pudding, Crispy Glazed Brussel Sprouts, Carnitas Yucca Fries and the Brooklyn Blackout cake. They didnt have the cake🥺😭 and thats ok. Everything was super even picking it up, making a stop and coming home to eat it! Im def a fan. Come check them out! I will be ordering again soon!!

Saw the good reviews and decided to stop in with a friend for lunch. Since they are a taco company, I had one each chicken, pork, and steak. The chicken and steak were both bone dry with a few onions and small bit of cilantro on top. They had clearly been cooked in advance and dried out. I would gladly wait for fresh. They really could use something (crema, salsa, cheese, etc...) to make them less dry. Al Pastor was slightly better due to having some sauce but was still pretty bland. Chips were decent but the salsa again was bland and uninteresting. They fill a hole as the area is a culinary wasteland in general but overall... meh.

They closed at 4 on super bowl Sunday I walked in at 4:30 and they still had their doors open had food on the counter and said they were closed. Quite unfortunateCrazy I came in today feb the 13th and they were closed 5 hours early with a little sign on the door saying family event. Of course that wasnt on their site. I’m done trying.

HERITAGE BURGER ALL THE WAY!! The burger comes with bacon, white cheddar, lettuce, onion, tomato and heritage sauce. Not knowing what heritage sauce was, I got it on the side. They cooked my burger to a perfect medium, and the sauce turned out to be delicious. I highly recommend heritage American bistro for a delicious burger.

AWFUL experience at Tampa Taco Company. Food was made wrong - items were not available despite them just having opened for the day. Staff was rude when told the order was wrong since we have someone with a gluten allergy and they did not inform us they had no corn tortillas. The food we did get was so greasy and inedible. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The food is absolutely delicious and unique. My brunch favorite is the Tres Leche Pancakes with a Mocha Late. Today I had the vegetarian Tostadas, even though Im not a vegetarian. I loved them!
