Ive been in this store a few times over the past 2 years. No lights in their lot. Inside seems a bit dirty. Not well maintained behind the counter. No names on flavors. Bottom of the container for many flavors. Tasted old. Not running to return. Need a new ice cream 🍦 store.

Never again! Ice cream melted into soup on the drive home and was still soup after refreezing for 3 hours. Also bought a banana split that I tossed in the trash. Stayed watery, no toppings available, bananas were nasty. I know its hot, but it was liquid before leaving the parking lot and when ice cream doesnt refreeze something is wrong 😕.

I drive out of my way to visit this Baskin Robbins because the service is good and they have different flavors in stock. Not always the case at other places in the area. Great coffee on the other side too

Baskin Robbins wasnt that good. 1) they had all the flavors mixed up and the employees couldnt tell which flavor was which. 2) they were putting the ice cream into the wrong cup. I mean people were leaving the drive through. They didnt even get my order right. people started to leave the drive through. It was also messy.

Baskin robins is one of the best ice cream places, no one can change my opinion, what other kind of ice cream shops sells mango smoothies hmm??? that’s what i thought, 10/10 would drink the mango smoothie from the literal tap if they allowed customers to, in fact if they just made their only item the mango smoothie i think that their business would skyrocket into being one of the top corporations in the world, right next to chick-fil-a and amazon, again 10/10 i am deeply in love with the nectar of the god’s they sell among their 31 flavors

Needs maintenance. The icecream/cones were expired or at the least tasted burnt. There is a smell inside the establishment like burnt food and I think it is from being attached to a Dunkin.

This place is a joke. 3 out of the 4 employees that were there should get a different job. Horrible attitude. Who ever manages this store should get fired.

This Location also is a Dunkin Donuts location.Been here for ages. Great location of sr54Plenty of parking and well lit.Come grab lunch, snacks, or dessert at this location.Located near the intersection of colier and State Road 54

The supervisor there was rude. Flinging my order just because I was trying to tell her that part of the order was refunded and new order done and she needed to take out the wrong part. Wish that I recorded this but it happened at around 9:21 am on 10/28/21 order #651 and 654 if someone wants to check the security camera. Very disappointed!!!

Great place to get ice cream on a hot day, never had a bad time there.

We’ve been here a few times for ice cream in the last couple of months and every time we order there seems to be an issue. The young guy that works the later shift should look for another job. Took 10 minutes of me waiting at the speaker before they were finally ready to take my order which is fine if they were busy but I drive up and there’s only one other customer inside. The guy asked if I had ordered the kids ice cream cup to which I answered no it was the one scoop sundae and he got confused and then blamed me for not telling him correctly and that he had to ring it up all over again? He took another 10 minutes just to scoop the two ice cream sundaes while walking back and forth 3 times to ask what I even ordered! Then once we got our ice cream he asked if we wanted spoons which I replied yes and he said have a good night and turned around and walked away without giving us the spoons! I had to tell him I said YES I want the spoons. Once we drove off I find out that he gave me the wrong ice cream flavor and topping! The other sundae had the right ice cream but wrong topping. We decided it wasn’t worth even going back to get it corrected. He needs a new job. I’ve had him every time we go and he consistently makes it wrong. It’s ice cream and not that hard to do correctly.

I usually have a great experience here, but today not so much. My go to is a double scoop of chocolate chip cookie dough with a waffle cone. Today, they were out of the chocolate chip cookie dough, and the worker could not have cared less. On top of that, no waffle cones available. I just walked out considering the service was terrible, and my fsvorite ice cream was nowhere in sight. Disappointing beacuse I usually like BR.

This place is not 24 hours like Google says

First if youre not attending walk in,lock the door, I went inside and waited for 15 minutes, then the girl told me I couldnt pay inside go to drive trough. Plus one of the girls, went out to a curbside customer, come back inside and didnt sanitized her hands. Be careful guys.

Ice cream flavors nowhere near their signs. They cant find some flavors and toppings. Very rude older person who only says its not her problem. True definition of the convicts running the asylum.

This location is BR drive through n walk-in 24 hours...be prepared for the worst customer service...waited long time to get attended...n no proper labeling for the ice cream’s...we get ignored by the ppl who work their...n they don’t even know what they r serving...never walking into this store for ice cream...!! Sry guys u lost few more customers...!!

Still a baskin robbins so the ice cream tasted good, not a great example of the franchise, none of the ice cream had the correct label in the window and it was a very limited selection

This is a top-notch BR. Not always the case in so many neighbouring outlets where they have reduced selection. This one has always a great selection in two freezer displays. And helpful staff. Enjoy a great store with the best ice creams on the planet (gold medal ribbon - unbeatable). Been coming here for years. Prejudiced but happy.

This location is my usual baskin robins stop. Lately the employees have become rude and rush me when Im ordering. Its kind of hard to pick an ice cream when you cant see the flavors. The management needs to have some sort of meeting to correct the issues.

The wait was terrible which I was waiting patiently anyway because it was very busy. They made my order wrong, iced instead of hot. I said on no worries Ill just keep it. But then I realized the caramel coffee had CINNAMON all over the top, so I wiped off the whipped cream covered in cinnamon and asked the guy to just add a little more coffee. He said espresso or just coffee? I said oh espresso is great. He hands it back and says you owe me for the shot of espresso. Im like I dont think so! Just make me what I wanted! I was trying to make my drink better with out them wasting anything and he wants to charge me??? So now waiting 20 minutes, I have to wait AGAIN for him to make it properly. So. Not. Happy.

I got 2 scoops of ice cream, BOTH were freezer bunt.

With 31 flavors, theres gotta be just about something for everyone. I wasnt a fan of the options for ice cream cakes. There were way too many of the same type of cake/ice cream pairing which just so happened to be flavors we werent interested in. It would have been nice to see a variety in the cake options as well.

Yummy shakes, delicious muffins. Jonathan was very friendly and patient with us while we decided what we wanted. And he made a wonderful milk shake.

Great & friendly staff took care of my order. Breakfast sandwich was great & so was the coffee .. better than I expected. They were doing some construction, but didnt bother me. Fest service.

Someone tell Corporate that its okay to turn up (warmer) the freezer, the Ice Cream is hard as a rock! The server has to chip it with a tool to brake off pieces. They should be able to just smoothly scoop it. Not need a Jackhammer to make a cone. Dont get me started on how the hard as rock Ice Cream cracks the cones every time.

Excellent crew (I hate saying customer service) but theyre super friendly and courteous. My order was made quickly and correctly. Cant think of one negative thing to say.

People at ice cream counter couldnt bring us up for an ice cream cake. Stood in line for 8 min at other register. More worried about drive through than helping us pay for my kids birthday cake. Finally get to pay and other people are being rung up at ice cream counter. Price was wrong for cake and lady Ringling it up made unprofessional comments. What a cluster.

Fairly quick service inside even though it was kinda busy. The espresso is very strong.

I just had a terrible experience. I was one of two customers in the store. There was at least 6 employees and only a couple cars in TBD drive through line. In the 8 minutes I waited to place an order, not one employee acknowledged my presence. I finally just left. I figured there was no reason to beg them to make me a $6 milkshake.

Busy place because it is a great location. Way understaffed. The manager told Mike ( the guy who was sposta help us) after you are done with that order ( not mine) run. The helpful lady whos name I failed to note hooked it up after that and I was pleased with my purchase. Overall it was a good experience but I was sceptical upon arrival.

The dough nuts are fresh and great customer service, except for one lady that sounded like a dude she was very rude and not helpful but other than that all the times Ive been there. Great!

Baskin-Robbins Has been around for many many years and they never fail to produce quality products. The staff was nimble in filling our order and requests.

Good icecream and selection, you really must go inside to get the full affect as the driver thru doesnt list them and you get FREE samples inside. The lady working that late night I went was sick and rubbing her nose and touching everything, she also wasnt that friendly. She was very unattentive but maybe she was just having an off night since it was 11pm.

I am a Frequent Customer of these franchises. The last few visits I encountered at the location on 54 & Collier Pkwy were by far the WORST experiences I have ever encountered with this franchise!! First of all the young, disrespectful employees working have no manners or courtesy AT ALL, second the Morning and Day managers were Very Rude and un-accommodating! Last and definitely not least, the store was DISGUSTINGLY filthy, there was not One single clean table to eat at!!! Not to mention the 5 to 6 roaches I saw running across the counters and lines of ants marching. Stale, hard Donuts and HORRIBLE CISYOMER SERVICE, I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THAT LOCATION AGAIN*** I feel the location needs to have Pest Control done as well as ALL new management and a re-hiring event for Polite & Mature NEW employees...!!!*** I will be forwarding this review to Corporate as well.....DIRTY & RUDE DINING.... I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANY HUMAN BEINGS
