I have to say this company’s shipping speed is amazing!!! Every time I order before 12pm, I received my shipments the next day. This is good considering the fact that you’re dealing with baby formulas. Even when I’m pretty low I can expect to receive new shipments within the next day. They have been very responsive. I did have a problem with my shipment arriving very late even though I had paid for faster shipping. They were very good about making sure my future deliveries did not have that issue.

My experience with Tastyganics has been nothing but stellar. Love this company. Been getting my formula from them for almost 2 years for my babies. We did Holle for my daughter and now HiPP for my son. Holle was great but Hipp seems to have more benefits! Tastyganics has been very responsive anytime I had any questions! They are awesome.

We discovered this place and the holle pouch purees we were looking for. what was great is we could select a bunch of different ones to try out the different flavors they offer. Our babies really like the croco coco and banna lama. We get the formulas here as well and will continue to shop here.

Disappointed customer here. I read reviews before I purchased from Tastyganics and some people mentioned they have fast delivery. Here I am still waiting for my order and I have to buy local formula in the next couple days. I made an order on 4/9, the UPS received the package on 4/16 and estimate delivery will be 4/23. I usually ordered from different store and received my package within 3-4 days with the free shipping. I will never order from this company again. I made a purchase here because they have some other things other than formula.

We have been using Holle Goat Formula for our twin boys since August and we could not be happier with the transition from breastmilk. It has been so gentle on our babies tummies and they love it and are growing so well!The process of ordering is simple enough, but we have run into a couple of hurdles/delays due to Covid + winter weather conditions. I don’t know about these other reviews but I have ordered from them 3 times already (during the peak of the pandemic even) and my order always arrived within 24 hours. I live in Brooklyn, NY which is very close to their location though so maybe that’s why. But they do send out my order the same exact day I order it every time!!

Buy elsewhere. Like many others I had a (very expensive) package go missing. They replaced the package but weren’t apologetic in the slightest. When I asked Marina if they had placed expedited shipping on the second package of formula, she told me no. I have yet to receive tracking details for this second package. This is my child’s food. How can a baby company show zero urgency on such a sensitive matter? I’ve never dealt with a company who did so little to make things right for a customer. I’m taking my business elsewhere and you should too.

I ordered formula twice from this website and both times the order got canceled, no one try to contacted me regarding my order. I reach out to customer service and they told me since that my transaction was flagged as fraudulent since it was a high transaction.It’s a website that sells Bulk formula, so of course the transaction will be high. Why selling bulk then ? What gets me is no one tried to reach out. When I contacted the customer services through chat I talked to Marina, who answer me « I told you I can’t give you an answer about your order since our offices are close » I felt her answer was so unprofessional, special since the only answer I got from her after asking about my order was,« let me check »Basically after a month of trying to get formula, we are now out of food for my 7 month old, and I still haven’t received a refund. They didn’t even try to offer a replacement or a discount.I really wouldn’t order formula from them, there is other companies way faster and commutative. I found cheaper prices and faster delivery on Formuland.com

Horrendous, we have had two deliveries of this very expensive product never reach our door and the customer service team has shown ZERO interest in replacing the product. These are the only two deliveries we have had that dont make it to us, yet all they do is suggest we deal with the post office. I would not suggest using them because if anything goes wrong they will happily take your money and do nothing about it.

We purchased a large order of formula for our twins and realized we order the wrong one for them. We quickly contacted them and spoke with Marina on chat and she was very helpful and professional and was able to get the correct formulas we needed shipout that same day. Which was a relief as we had very little formula left and we did not have to wait until they received the wrong formula back. We will be coming back to tastyganics for our twins baby formula needs.

Please do not buy from this siteI ordered 2 months supply of formula for a baby with food intolerances, i paid ovee 300 dollars i never received the product, response is slow and thet asked me to wait for over a month for a refund as thet need this long for their shipping insurance to take effect, they did not bother offering a replacement for the product, so they took my money and i have no food for my baby, totally unacceptable
