Great store and friendly staff. They made sure I had everything and not have to worry about returning! Thank you! Would definitely come back. This store is well stocked and always have items in their reduced items sections.

I come for the products not for the service.The other reviews of other sally locations are consistent ; poor customer service. However the person at the register was nice and had a friendly presence.However I felt that there were some pre judgement, maybe based on my appearance, my gender, or maybe that I was in a rush — unbeknownst to them ; I was running errands and I am a Sally patron from a location that closed down.My first and likely my last experience st this specific location made me feel like I was being monitored for theft.After asking for the location of body lotions, An associate traveled down the isle I was in however did not acknowledge me in anyway but instead stocked the shelves in silence out side of my peripheral vision.If the associate approached me with a friendly greeting and offer to provide assistance or even her opinion to help me make a decision my experience would have been excellent.I may consider buying online since I’m able to have my favorite body lotions sent to my home on a set schedule and I won’t have to be subject to discrimination by another Sally employee.Sally has a great line of products but I’m almost certain, just like I did, people stopped going to my local sally for similar reasons.Be careful this location does not close down. Customers can always save time buy on-line.
