I contacted mattressfirm on a warranty issue on a sleepys product. There is absolutely no telephone support. No customer service line to call. I could not fillout the online forms because, although the company honored sleepys purchases, the online system was not set up to accept the information. After three days and hours, someone emailed me and entered the information. After taking videos of the issues, having to use one person to video and another to physically demonstrate the defects, my credit was approved. I went to a showroom to purchase replacement mattresses and have the credit applied. However, no credit letter was issued. The store could not access any records and, since there is no phone support, i left wasting an hour. I emailed support 4-5 times asking for a credit letter. At 7:00pm, i received a credit letter. I returned to the store complete the purchase of 2 replacement mattereeses, using my credit. Once again, the computer system was too complicated for the salesperson to apply the credit. The salesperson, a 150% asset to the company, called 15 different places to get a manager to help. She could not get a manager. She finally located a salesman from another store who helped her. He made the transaction from his end. The credit was $285.00, hardly worth the time and effort. Management should review its strategy and make necessary changes if they want to retain any customer support.Kenneth J Glassman

We purchased a mattress during the July 4th sales. Rhonda was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. She also helped us to lock in the delivery date that we wanted. When i walked in the location 382 Sunrise Hwy, Lynbrook, NY 11563 I had no clue about the experience I was going to have. Rhonda Kohn is the definition of a class act customer representative. First off, she greeted me with an inviting smile that put me at ease. She asked inquisitive questions that wasnt sly or just trying to make a sales quota. She listened to my needs and expanded on that. She was knowledgeable (from the bed brands, to pricing, etc).For more than two hours she gave me hands on, in depth service, helping me in finding the best product that agreed with any comfort and wallet. My first trip in took two hours of a very unskilled staff member (who had no idea how to use the computer system) trying to place an order for me. My next trip in, to finalize the sale, I wss told my the very unapologetic manager that the mattress I ordered was not available and that her staff messed it up... And the manager knew we were coming in to do this, had our contact info, and never called us to tell us there was a problem. Although she offered a discount on other mattresses, it was still an incredibly frustrating experience.

Jim and Rhonda are the nicest Sleepys staff I have ever come across. Sleepys has changed! I havent been to Sleepys in years. I did not buy a mattress because I got a deal some where else but, they were very kind and accommodating in many situations. Patient, too!

This move involved a bed a purchase at Mattress Firm in Lynbrook and its shipment to Las Vegas, Nevada. All was well in the purchase as Sandra and the store’s manager Rhonda Kohn provided great service and assured me I made a great purchase and will have no problems with delivery.Fast forward to the delivery and everything went well except for wall damage in my new apartment that happened during installation. Rhonda Kohn reached out to me immediately once she heard and inquired about the incident. She apologized profusely and arranged for me to receive a rather nice complimentary pillow for my troubles. Rhonda took time out her day and wrote up a sales order for me to bring into the nearest Las Vegas Mattress Firm to pick up my pillow. The process was quick and painless. I was more than thrilled with her level of detail and professionalism. I would surely recommend anyone in Ny to visit her for their bedding needs. You won’t be disappointed.

Rhonda Kohn is the manager and she is just absoulutly fabulous. she was soooo very helpful when for seven months we have been complaining to the mattress firm in jersey where we bought our mattress and they owed us refund and we never got it. Only Rhonda actually looked deeper into the account to see the jersey office didnt finish the second step in the refund and we would have never seen the money. Rhonda didnt belittle our claim and helped us so now we will be getting the refund. Thank you!

Overpriced and very confusing store policy.

Purchased mattress on nov 3rd, was told everything was in stock and delivery would be Nov 6, on Nov 6th after not hearing from store I called to ask what time it would be delivered. At that time I was told by Jane the headboard brackets were not in stock. and they were not delivering the mattress. I was not called and advised of any of this, I had to call the store to get any information. We were told we could get delivery of the mattress without the brackets “ and install them ourselves” when they came into stock even though we paid $149.00 for red carpet service.

Very kind attention I dedicate time to a last minute order in December, he gave me a good discount and I feel comfortable, thanks for your help
