They installed my carpeting over a year ago. There was an issue that needed corrected and still does. Contacted them several times to no avail. COVID was always the excuse they used for not coming back. I would not recommend this company.

Weve been using the services of carpet and design emporium and my experience couldnt be better! What an amazing store! They are always so helpful and understanding. The carpets and floors come out looking absolutely gorgeous. Weve been getting products from them for many years, and we keep going back. Their products are good quality and long lasting. We got wooden paneled flooring for my entire building a number of years ago, and it looks as good as new. We also got area rugs and windows blinds. All of it looks perfect. Their service is honest and reliable, with great prices. They are always ready to help and give practical advice and guidance on what to buy. Not a single complaint!

I was shopping for staircase carpet for a few weeks when I found Carpet and Design Emporium. Irvin gave us a number of samples which satisfied the criteria we looked for, which was a high traffic staircase in a Brooklyn brownstone. We selected a carpet and within a day we had scheduled the installation. Its been 3 years since Wilmer installed a carpet in the staircase 3 and we are so happy with the quality of the work and the carpet. The installation crew were professional and worked very quickly to ensure none of our residents were inconvenienced. It still has a brand new look and the craftsmanship during installation was outstanding. I will certainly return for future carpet selections in the house and would most definitely recommend Carpet and Design Emporium to anyone looking to carpet their home or business.

Please avoid this place. Do yourself a favor.I went to this store with the hopes of getting a good deal and becoming a customer of this store. The Designer was very rude I asked about prices and he made feel like my business was not worth his time. He also smelled like if he was drinking alcohol. Very rude

The decorator helped us pick the perfect carpet in NO time. Our apartment is complicated because of telephone lines and computer wires that run along the floor beneath the carpet and a large entertainment unit. Not only were the carpet installers professional and neat and a pleasure to work with, they did a most excellent job. So impressed!

A client introduced me to Carpet and Design Emporium several years ago and Sy and the team have continued to wow me ever since I first walked through the door. Not only do they have the best and most updated selection of goods, they have an extremely knowledgeable staff who is always eager to assist in any way they can. Danielle, in particular, is amazing to work with and has a great eye which is so helpful when going through all of the samples. Their installers are extremely efficient and a pleasure to work with. Ive had only good experiences with the company! Sy is so nice, pleasant, and reliable. I got flooring done in my house, and carpets on the stairs. He made sure it was all done to perfection; its always a pleasure to do business with him. The products come out looking beautiful! The work is very professional and very efficient. Carpet Emporium is wonderful and Sy is a gem to work with. After a designer found prices slightly cheaper elsewhere, I made the mistake of using the cheaper company. Well, you get what you pay for. The other company did a horrible job and when I called Carpet Emporium they came and installed new carpet and did a fantastic job. After my experience with the other company, I only used Carpet Emporium for my other rooms and will do so going forward for any carpeting needs.

My wife went to this store to inquire about a stair runner for our home. The woman that greeted her did so in a very rude manner. Simple questions about pricing and if the quote included tax, the female continued to reply in a very rude and impolite manner. As if my wife was a bother. I will no longer look to give this store business, and will also be sure to warn other fellow Rockville Centre residents about shopping in this store!

In this day and age it is very important to find a store where they truly care about your concerns. Carpet Emporium is that store.The owner Sy and his staff are very helpful in every aspect.I purchased hardwood floors for two rooms last year. They are excellent in price and the installers of the floors were so nice, neat and helpful that I went back again this year for another floor.I am looking for carpeting for my stairs. Sy helped me with what wouldwear well with traffic on the stairs.In addition, I purchased Hunter Douglas Shades for two rooms.We were undecided whether to get regular shades or room darkening shades. David walked us over to a door and showed us the difference between the two. We would have never known the difference by just looking at a book.In a few months I will go back for wallpaper. You dont have to go any place else for your decorating needs for your home. Carpet Emporium has it all. Good prices, helpful staff and great installers.Thank you so much Sy for all you have done for us.This is another example of the way that Carpet Emporium cares about your individual needs.I recommend this store to everyone I know.
