Great staff. Its a best medical store. here all medicines are available.

The pharmacy is absolutely horrible. My doctor sent the medication over and I come within an hour to find out its not ready. Was told to try back in 15 minutes and still not ready. Then I come right before closing (9pm) and guess what? NOT READY. Not only was my medication just sitting out on the counter, but they were going to close and make me wait to get my IMPORTANT medication the next day. Pharmacy tech was also very rude and condescending. This place is an absolute joke. Going to Walgreens instead.

Came here for a COVID vaccine and came on time for my appointment and they are never ready they make you wait 1 hr after your scheduled appointment. So whats the point of having an appointment. And I thought the vaccine was free they still asked for my insurance what if I did not have my insurance what would happen. My husband forgot his cardan ³they almost denied him b/c. Thank God I had mine.

The pharmacy closes a 5pm on Saturday and Sundays cause people dont get sick past 5, on those days. However they still accept the e-script without letting the prescriber know their hours of operation, which left a patient with kidneys stones without pain management. The store was contacted at 5:06pm and after listening to 10mins worth of automated information about the COVID vaccine, I was the given the option of speaking with a pharmacist..... whatever happened to just calling pharmacy.... in any case the person that answered the phone listened to me begging for help then put me on hold for 2 minutes of additional torture and returned to tell me that I just missed the pharmacist. I then asked the person over the phone if it was possible to send my prescription to another pharmacy that was open and he said no, we cant help you and he hung up the phone.

Very upset with the service I just received in the pharmacy. There was no privacy the pharmacist filled my prescription right at the register and had my medications exposed to everyone in the line the names how to use them when to use them what they are for etc. THATS NOT ACCEPTABLE!

Good, solid neighborhood drugstore. Both Dom and Minnie in the pharmacy are real pros and go out of their way to provide good service. The store is clean and organized, and while it might not offer all the bells and whistles of the bigger competitors, it is the drugstore I choose.

Terrible, disgusting place. The crew is not helpful. The main cashier is a racist jerk. He was telling an elderly Spanish lady that “she looked like she wasn’t a citizen and wasn’t a tax payer, the people who trump doesn’t like”. I went there to use their western union services and when i asked a question about it he laughed and said “i wasn’t very bright” instead of being helpful will never spend my money there. Will be reporting the cashier to corporate because speaking to a customer like that is just disgusting and rude and didn’t have anything to do with the situation.

The only reason gave them one star instead of zero is because the pharmacist are really nice. Call before you pick up your medication. They take too long because there short handed. On multiple occasions I had go to other Rite Aids for meds they didnt have. I even notify corporate and nothing has change. This isnt just this pharmacy that has a problem.I wish my medical used CVS because Rite Aid is the worst Pharmacy I ever had to deal with. CORPORATE I HOPE YOUR PAYING ATTENTION, YOU NEED TO FIX THIS.

Pharmacy is getting worse every time I come. Prescriptions are never ready. Order phoned in by doctor at 2pm wasnt ready by 5 :15. And since they close at 6 they asked if I can come back tomorrow. Yeah. Ill wait until tomorrow for my pain medication after root canal because you couldnt count out a dozen pills in 3 hours.

The pharmacy is the worst about answering the phone all the time if I have a questions or need to speak to someone I have to call 9-10 times before I can get someone on the phone I work 3 jobs I should be able to get a response on the first phone call your dealing with peoples medication !!! its not rocket science to answer a phone !! I may have to switch pharmacys which is a shame because this one is close to my house
