This place is awesome. These guys are very knowledgeable, helpful, and very easy and friendly to deal with. We had a big project going on at the house and they were able to help us out throughout the project to pick out everything we needed. They were even able to help us get tiles we had seen somewhere else for an even better price so in the end there was no need to go anywhere else. Thanks for all your help!!

We just finished a major home project and I relied on reviews for a lot of the vendors we used so I wanted to make sure to give credit where due. I cannot say enough good things about Cancos - their tiles are amazing but most importantly, I need to especially shout out Peter and Angelo for their above and beyond customer service. They offered really helpful advice and were extremely flexible when we changed our minds about one of the tiles we had initially ordered. They worked with us to swap it out quickly and hassle free. If you want quality tiles at a competitive price, these are your guys!.

Great customer service. You can make an appointment ahead or wait for help. I had an old tile that they found a few pieces that matched in the back. They gave it to me for free. That’s a business with a focus on customer service. Will return

This not the first time we purchase tiles from Cancos. Theyre very knowledgeable and offer ideas with designing.

Maybe they are good in selling tiles, but I would not trust they to install them. They are the worst, no clue, no professorial in installing tiles.You can see the result 3 months of there installation what happened. All cracked and tiles pop out. I would not trust this company, nor other locations that they have.

Always use Cancos Tile for our home tile needs. Just ordered some beautiful Olympus tile for our main bathroom Reno in our home . Pete & Angelo are the Best. Highly recommend!!!

This was my third stop and the minute I walked through the door I knew I would find what I was looking for. Peter was extremely helpful and patient with us and the customer service post sale was great. If Peter was not available Angelo was always willing to help.

Peter and Angelo were very helpful. As a novice in tile materials and styles, I appreciated the time spent providing options and taking into consideration the other materials and colors being used in my kitchen to determine the best tile for purchase.

So happy I shopped here. The selection was great and Angelo spent hours with me and my husband until we could finally agree on a kitchen and two baths. My wife and I had a great experience ordering tile and associated items from this store. They have a great selection and a lot of knowledge. Staff knew what they were talking about and guided us through the other types of tile we might need, as well as, grout, sealer, etc. They were upfront with what could and could not be returned if unused. Restocking fee is minimal, but feels like a cost of doing business that should be waived on small returns.
