If I could leave zero stars I would. The man that came here to my home today was unstable. I’ve been waiting weeks with no working heat for this company to come and when he finally arrived he came with an aggressive disrespectful attitude. Walking around my home saying things under his breath and using profanity. Even after I told him his behavior made me very uncomfortable he continued to walk around cursing and saying rude things. Saying how incredibly busy he is and acting as though he was doing us some huge favor by being there. Last time I checked this wasn’t charity, it is a service they get paid for. I’ve never in my life dealt with someone so incredibly disrespectful, rude, and abrasive. What a liability for this company to employ someone like this. You WILL lose customers. I will tell people how we were treated and I certainly will NEVER be calling kelly oil for anything again.

Kelly has been servicing our home for over 25 years. Always professional and courtesous. They make it a point to know their customers for one on one service. Deliveries consistant and pricing is fair.
