Horrible service!!! Took my recorder and held it for three months waiting for parts. Charged me $150.00 just to give me an estimate.The parts never came, and I was unaware of this until I called to get an update on my repair. I brought it to another shop and within three days it was repaired and ready for pick-up. It turns out that there was never a part needed. The repair bill was less than his estimate.Beware of his $150.00 rip-off! Shame on you!!!

Over the last couple of years I have purchased numerous items here including speakers, a receiver, and some amps. It is really fantastic to have a local store to see the products first and really know what you are buying. The owner, Mike, is a very nice guy who spent a lot of time with me, and unlike what you get at Best Buy, he is truly an expert. He saved me from making a few mistakes with my setup as well. Highly recommend stopping by; I try to buy whatever I need here, prices are the same and I want to support local business where I get the service and advice you cant get online or at chains.
