The whole transaction doing it online and going same day after office hours and start storing my items conveniently was mind blowing. I went back a second time today and the location of my unit was close to one of the entrances. Very convenient. Emily from the Lynbrook location welcomed me over the phone. Super friendly and kindly answered all my questions.

Found this location while visiting a family member nearby, decided to reserve a unit online and fell in love. I am not exactly local at this time but the access hours make it a breeze to drop off or grab items at random odd hours if I need which is a HUGE plus for me.Location is extremely accessible, clean and well lit. The price is the best I found for my size needs.

Emily was extremely helpful, professional & kind!! I had a lot of questions and had no idea what I wanted or needed & she patiently guided me to a perfect solution and made me feel comfortable about my decision. She made sure all of my safety concerns were met & I knew exactly where the exits were & where to park my car. She helped me find the right size for the right price and signed me up quickly and easily. I had to call a few times to change things around & I always had a pleasant experience on the phone. The place is new & clean & has many safety precautions. Cameras everywhere & a covered area outside to unload if there is bad weather etc... moving my things from PS right down the block and couldn’t be happier!!! Thanks Emily!!!

Nicki was very helpful in getting me set up. Very professional and explained everything to me thoroughly. The facility is clean and well lit. It has multiple entrances and a large loading dock. Give this place a try! Highly recommended.

She made me feel very comfortable about take the space. I then signed up the following day with Alex who was also very pleasant and professional to deal with. The facility is new, clean and has very convenient access.

Place is squeaky clean 🧼, brand spankin new & the manager Nikki got me a unit on the 1st floor making it as convenient as possible to get all my equipment delivered! She gave me an appointment the same day I reserved it so I was able to come by & see my storage space in person. It’s worth the drive from Queens & you can’t beat the prices anywhere else!
