Most disrespectful an unorganized company. Placed an order the item did not ship when it was supposed to. Contacted customer service what is toll it takes extra days even though overnight shipping was paid. Requested to speak with a supervisor with no callback, call back to speak with supervisor was then hung up on the representative. The Representative canceled the order without my permission and now blocked my number so I cannot contact to inquire why.

Warning warning warning to buy any item from this store, they did not mention the item brand as well as the item made in China, (they said imported only).When I bought the items they were late more than 42 days, the company called suits outlets sent me suits worst quality I have seen; they did not respond for my emails, I made a case in PayPal against them to get my money back, they did not want to pay the return shipment cost although clear deception. Warning warning warning to dealing with them is a non-respectful company absolutely, suits outlets are deceivers, beware from them.

Called in during quarantine to see if they had a suit I needed ASAP. An associate Niqua (hope I am spelling that right) was super friendly and helpful in helping me. Searched for what I was looking for and sent me links to what they had. Thank you!

I am always reluctant to purchase things online but since I have bought from Suits Outlet. I am very happy with the service. It was of great quality than I expected, price was reasonable. I have not found this good service in any of the online platform yet. I will definitely be ordering more suits in the future

Just received my exchange suit today this time they got the size right but they shipped me the exact same suit color and all that I purchased two months ago. I guess good help is hard to find
My experience with suit outlet is entirely satisfied. I called customer service after i placed order. they provided me with tracking and estimated date of delivery. Suit was of good quality. My tailor asked me where did i got that.
I bought a suit from this company, online. When it arrived, I tried on the jacket and it was easily 2 sizes too big. The jacket listed the correct size, but it was definitely mismarked. I had to pay out of my own pocket to return the suit, then the company charged me a $20. Restocking fee. I will never purchase another suit from this company again. Do yourself a favor and go to a local suit shop. It will save you time, money, and hassle in the long run.
