It was party city. There were items in stock and some missing. Same as everywhere right now. We found most of what we needed and will look online for the rest.The clerk was very nice and helpful. She helped get some items that where on the top shelf waiting to be put out.Overall good experience. Just not much to be excited about.

Too busy for employee ratio. Unable to ask questions; then again re-opening from pandemic21 graduations and other parties. They did as good as they could.

Inattentive and rude employees who cant seem to manage time, orders, personnel, or customers. Severely undertrained and underperforming staff. Ideally, theyd just close the store and open up a self-service helium kiosk at the mall. Service would be faster and the customer experience would be better. Two stars only due to the fact that the order was completed accurately.

Late getting Halloween decorations out, very slim pickings.

Great variety of party supplies. I was looking for an over the hill party and found many options to choose from including table settings and decorations. Many fun gift options as well.

Late May 2020, placed a balloon order on a Sat. afternoon for pickup next day. Sales associate was helpful, patient, and informed. I placed online order (decorations, plates, napkins) on Sat. afternoon for in store pickup next day. I called on my way over Sun. & an associate offered to put items together at register. Since I paid for all items in advance, pickup took less than 1 minute. All items looked great & exactly as depicted on their website. I couldn’t ask for better or quicker service! Getting ready to do the exact same thing for my sister’s birthday!

Party City is a great party supply store. We purchased balloons for my sons birthday. They were ready when we arrived. Ordering and checkout was easy as well. The Employees are very nice to work with. Will be back!

Good place to find most anything you need for a party or for a costume. Face paint and spray in hair color year round. A variety of balloons available. Good range of candy as well. Party favors and plates in most pop culture or current trends. Staff is limited during the week it seems as i waited at the counter for 5 minutes or so before someone came to ring me up.

Extremely busy graduation weekend, otherwise a really cool store full of party options. Great balloons!

This store and website has great variety of products and decent pricing. In the past few months, I have purchased items for my wedding as well as an upcoming family reunion. Considering the large size of the store, they keep it very organized.

Ordered online to ship to store, go to pick up, no one spoke to me at the site pickup counter. Employees made eye contact and just walked away. I finally after waiting 10 minutes had to get in check out line just so I could ask about order. No apologies and was rude service. Wont ever shop there again.

Great experience, great employees and great prices on cool stuff. Couldnt have been happier with how awesome the people were when I went in to buy the things I needed. I dont know the girls name who helped me, but she was super helpful and really helped me save money and get the best stuff. She didnt just let me buy whatever, she pointed me to the better deals on the stuff I needed.

Good places for party materials mostly kid events. Not bad for the price either

The people at this store were so nice. Most of the time when I go to a party city the people have that I hate my life look on their face or that I hate you look, but these people were fab. Thanks for not being the worst.

I love party city I can always find everything I need at great prices I was kind of disappointed to find out if I bought a pack of balloon they charge 3.99 for the pack of balloon and then charge a dollar per balloon to have filled up. Other than that this is a great place to get everything you need.

Pretty useless to shop online and pick up in store. They only fulfilled 1 items and said rest of my items 12 items were still in package. I don’t understand why they can’t fulfill customers order when the website shows inventory and they have the items in stock in the back. They’re too lazy to open up their boxes and fulfill customers order. I guess they don’t care for your business and making a sale.2-4 shelves closer to the entrance has been empty for years. How do you have the virtual of your store looking so tacky?Definitely not shopping here again! Highly discourage others to shop here too.

The Gentleman in the wheelchair was ok, I had to politely persuade him to attempt to use my coupon from punchbowl for the costume and ballons/accessories I was purchasing after glancing at the coupon and telling me it would not work in store and it was online only (it did work in the store though). Felt like I was bothering him/keeping him from other stuff (maybe I am over analyzing). They didnt have some of the balloons I wanted and so I purchased the latex from the store and ordered some mylar balloons from Amazon. Came back later in the week to have them inflated and the lady working told me Id have to pay to have the latex ballons inflated in addition to the mylar balloons I purchased from Amazon. I was like I understand the ballons from Amazon, but the latex came from your store. Long story short, I paid $4 for the latex and $20 for the mylars balloons and she told me it would cost an additional $28 to inflate them all. SOOOOO, I googled and found that the dollar tree inflates balloons. Cost me $9 to inflate them plus I got some mylar and had them inflated for $2 total!Retail has gotten very tight on its bottom line because of the Amazons and discount chains. So I understand supporting intangible services and the high margin they produce but 200% margin?I say all this to say... I didnt write this to have someone follow-up and offer any sort of refund because over all I got what I needed and so I am grateful for that. It is hard because you typically go to the smaller stores because they have better customer service and dont mind the mark-up compared to big box/discount chains and hope that the service is decent. this was not the case and moving forward I look forward to seeing you make the corrections/adjustments and performing like you have always done in the past!

My daughter and I had a cart full of items. Went to the register to pay and even tho 2 lights were on there was no employee in sight. There were several other customers waiting around to pay. We finally got sick of waiting left the cart full of things and left. I wont waste my time in there again. Even though i did find some deals most of there things are over priced

Had what we came for

Ordered a Jason Voorhees mask online. Got it today and it literally looked like a floppy paper plate with elastic glued to it. POOR QUALITY. So I call this store. At 9:15 am on a wednesday morning (so they may not be as busy) get put on hold immediately by a rude associate. Stayed on the phone for 15 mins and eventually hung up. Called back it rang 20 times no one picked up. Called a third time and someone picked up only to tell me rudely that I needed to hold because I had customers before me. Guess amazon will be getting my business from now on.

I came here looking for a novelty item for my friends party, they had the item I was looking for however I had to wait in line behind a lady who had some balloons that needed to be blown up, which wouldnt have been an issue except there were 3 other employees in the store and while I waited for 15 minutes. One of them came by the register walked behind it on her phone looked me in the eye and then left. The person who was on her phone was the store manager and if thats how she chooses to run her store Ill just order online from now on.Online it says they open at 9:30 in store it says 10am.
