Several fast food stores are adjoined to the store. You can spend quite sometime shopping here so make sure you go with extra time on your hands.

Great place to find shoes in my style and size. Being a plus sized guy its hard to find shoes in a Wide width but Rack Room has plenty to choose from and in varying colors and styles. This is the place I come for all my shoes. Also theyre constant Buy One Get 50% off the Second pair means I get two pairs of shoes for the cost of one pair and most name brand retail stores. This store also has a great layout and its employees are eager to help you.

Personally dont like the buy one get one half of deals. I am never looking for two pair of shoes and if you only buy one pair then the price really isnt competitive. They have great selection and friendly helpful staff however I usually end up finding what I like there but buying it elsewhere because of the sale price approach that apparently works well with most everyone but me.

Typical shoes store for the most part. They dont carry higher end products of brands but more of the smaller to mid their prices for the quality of products. Over all its a decent selection with all the big brands you can think of. Looking forward to my new shoes I bought from here.

The cashier told my daughter her card didn’t go thru and to put it thru again. My daughter questioned it and told the cashier, the machine told her to remove her card. She even asked if she would be charged twice. Low and behold, two exact charges showed up on her card within a minute of each other. My daughter took her receipt, the shoes, and her card statement back to the store. They told her there was nothing they could do about it because she didn’t have two receipts. Told her to dispute the card. She has done so and oddly enough was told that this had happened before. So today, Rack Room just lost two customers. Obviously they were in the wrong but had no interest in making it right for the customer. Check your statements people!

Ive bought several pairs of shoes from here over the years, and its always been a good experience. Even when hopping in 10 minutes before closing, the staff has always been very helpful. Personally, havent found any mens shoes in stock greater than size 12, but that couldve just been in the styles I tend to look at.

We visited this shop once years back, but didn’t find our style. Upon a friend’s recommendation we visited this store again in search for some workout shoes. The deals were amazing - buy 1 get 2nd pair for 50% off. Customer service is also amazing, the female associate kept checking to see if we needed help and offered assistance. The rewards program is good too - it’s so easy and fast to earn rewards. They even offer to order your size if it’s not available in the store. The store is also clean, organized and easy to navigate. We’ve been there 3 times already within a week and have already earned rewards. First, to get men shoes, 2nd time to get toddler shoes and then womens shoes.

For a large shoe store I was disappointed that I could not find the childrens shoes. And on top of that none I the size I needed. More of a place for adults and older children not baby shoes.
