Staff made us feel very uncomfortable. My daughter really wanted to just buy a pair of shoes but they clearly did not want us there.

Some of the worst customer service Ive ever experienced.Went into this store a few weeks ago with my fiancé, we walked in and there were 3 or 4 associates working but all just standing behind the counter literally staring at us. My fiancé picks up a tee shirt to look at and one associate is clearly made disgruntled by this action. She, very loudly, started cursing and complaining that all she does is fold clothes and people keep messing them up. Im sorry, but thats the point. You keep the store neat and the customers shop! My fiancé wanted to go in here again this past weekend and I hesitantly agreed. The only visible associate was talking to what appeared to be her boyfriend, he then left and she was clearly upset. My fiancé tried to ask her a question and she walked away from him. We will buy sneakers for ourselves and our daughter elsewhere. You can buy all the same stuff at the other sports stores or online anyway, dont waste your time here!

I made a return today and the cashier literally said he doesnt have enough cash in his drawer and neglected to mention the fact that it takes 24-48 hours for the refund to show up on my card. my husband needs new shoes for work TOMORROW and you have no way of getting more cash for your drawer? i think he was just too lazy, and idk why youre helping another customer behind me when im the one at the front of the counter. never shopping here again, ill stick with foot locker.
