This store is so unwilling to assist you. Had 2 bad alternator from Napa is 1 yr. Lost receipt they would not exchange for a new one. Told me to come back 2 days later to talk to manager. Ask if they could get me one today, I cant get you anything today but you can.Go to OReilly they are more helpful better hours life time guaranty and they keep your info on file.Contacted Napa Corporate and they too were not willing to stand behind their auto parts that have failed. Stay away from Napa they will not stand behind their parts that have failed, especially if you have no receipt for a $70 alternator. This store and corporate basically all told me too bad your problem!!

Napa is the place to go for quality parts and employees who know their stuff. I walked in with a random tractor relay, and thanks to the parts counter guy, had an OEM replacement in 2 minutes for half what I expected to pay.
