I was told by mechanic my car had a foreign object in a tire, who told me to go to a Les Schwab to fix.Got assisted quickly, & only had to wait 20 minutes, before my tire was attended to. I was expecting a high pressure sales for new tires, which I KNEW I didnt need. However, to my surprise, they said nothing of the sort & handed me my keys! (Being a woman, who could be possibly taken advantage of, I was actually shocked!)

Ryan went above an beyond for us we had a popped tire up in maple falls an nobody would help an tow truck companys said either 5 hours or forgot about us and it was 6 oclock but ryan went out of his way to help us change our tire because our tire wouldnt fit in our car and then he went all the way to Marysville to get us a new tire thanks ryan! Never had a good experience here. Went in for a quote on tires.. quoted me for $1k more than anyone else. Brought my sisters car in for an alignment and they said we adjusted it as much as we could but itll still drift to the right so I brought into Zylstra tire in Lynden and they said the bolts where rusted in place and that les schwab didnt even touch it at all. Long story short, Zylstra tire fixed the problem that les schwab was to lazy to fix. And YES, les schwab DID charge me for the alignment they didnt do. I was dealing with Jordan from les schwab. He was very unprofessional. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Ill be bringing all my vehicles to Zylstra from now on and Id suggest you do the same.

Im a retired mechanic, fabricator, and tire and brake man. I own a class A motorhome, a Subaru, and a 4X4 Chevy tracker. Ive been doing business with Schwab since 74. They havent always been perfect, but theyve always brought me back because of quality products, quality service and now, true integrity. Ryan, the manager, is responsible, hard working, and dedicated to the principles originally stated by Les Schwab. Those principles are posted on the waiting room wall. Les Schwab, Lynden gets all my tire and brake work.

My 1993 corvette had a locking nut on my wheels but the lock adaptation socket was missing.... Justin was able to remove them for me at no charge!! Wasnt expecting that! Excellent service and made my day!!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! Although its often busy, the people here have been friendly and helpful. I came in, and was unable to receive service because I had lost the keys to my wheel locks. They did their best to help, even though we were ultimately unable to do anything. So impressed! Ill always come to Les Schwab for tires!

These guys were awesome, Ryan talked me through over the phone how to get my flat tire off because it was stuck, then when I got there an error message showed up and I couldnt start my car. Dylan spent close to an hour trying to figure out how to fix it, he Google searched, asked co-workers and on a last attempt before having to have it towed he fixed it and was able to then start my car and have my flat replaced!!! Talk about amazing customer service and going above and beyond!

Once again, Joey and the team here went above and beyond. We got tires rotated and aligned here and there was a sound afterwards and they addressed it quick. We also came here for the pre-trip check and to get tire chains and Joey took the time to teach me how to put them on and take them off. Now that we are lyndenites, I wont go anywhere else. Best and most honest garage in town.

I called here and stopped in to get some information on brakes for a restoration project of mine and the owner/manager said bring it in. When the tow truck pulled up with my car on the back the tire changer on duty promptly told me they cant work on it and the owner didnt know what he was talking about. Ill be taking my daily drivers to any other place that doesnt openly question their owners knowledge of their own business. If I where the owner here, I would check into how many paying customers where run off when I wasnt there.

I just arrived and parked but Don saw me right away and greeted me even though Im still inside the car. He asked me right away, what can he help. Guy i dealt with was nice but they did order the wrong tire it will be 8 to 9 days before i get my tire all together ...been on a doughnut we will see if they offer any discounts...hope so. hope i get the right tire this time !! in the end they took care of me and the people at the shop were all very nice ..

My wife was traveling from out of town and showed up at 7:50 am on Saturday because the breaks in the van were grinding. They open at 8am while she was waiting for them to open Ryan came out and said we are here, come on in. He said they would take a look and see what was going on, she waited about 15 mins and Ryan came back said she would need new rear breaks and they had a full schedule but the van would be ready before end of the day. At noon she got a call saying it was ready to go and that they had a few cancellations and they were able to squeeze the break job in plus he saved her $40 from the original quote. Best customer service experience from any business in a long time.

We were on our way from Puyallup, WA to Vancouver, BC when our tire pressure light turned on. The Les Schwab in Lynden was the closest branch we could find but they were almost closed. We called them anyway, and they told us to go ahead and come down even though we wouldn’t get there until after closing. They kept the door open for us, Ryan came out got our work order started right away. Our tire was fixed in no time at all. Lifesavers!! And not to mention, very friendly and helpful. I’m so grateful to these guys not only for being available when we really needed them, but for being so nice! Good to know real customer service still exists!

Aked me to bring my auto in early so 11am done. Parked it and 4 1/2hrs later no one moved and did nothing to it. Said oh we can still replace all the Struts and install all new tires before they leave. Closing time is 6pm so all that work in 2.5 hrs and why did they want me to rush and bring it to them if they wouldnt even look at it for 5 hrs! What a waste of time.

Had a rattle/squeak coming from one of the wheels of our RV, just before heading into Canada. This place took us right away, diagnosed it as some broken pins on the wheel simulator (look it up!) - no way to fix it, but no structural problem... Anyway, all this, and no charge! My new favorite tire place.

Unfortunately I took my Excursion in because the brakes were acting up and they were the closest Les Schwab. When the guy came to tell me the problem and the everything that needed to be replaced I think he assumed being a blonde female with a toddler I didn’t know much about cars. I know enough to know that everything he suggested didn’t sound right so I said no thank you and left. I took my Excursion to a locally owned mechanic and got a second option. Low and behold, I was right! The only thing that was wrong was my brake calipers and my rotors were perfectly fine and in great condition. He suggested I get $300 worth of work that was unneeded. Always get a second opinion! My $700 estimate went to $400 by doing so.

These people have always been helpful, courteous and enjoyable to work with. I highly recommend them.

My wife stopped by this store and they tried everything to sell her tires that were not necessary for her Subaru. Then they insisted to her that she needs to have siping done on the new tires. This is because the tires that they had in stock were inexpensive and would not work well in our type of weather. When I finally called and spoke to the sales man and set him straight. I even asked him why new tires would need siping, he said it was necessary for performance. Research shows that siping new tires voids all the manufactures warranties. I would not recommend Les Swhwab to my enemy, they are dishonest and tried taking advantage of my wife. Beware using this store woman! Go to Discount Tire, they truly are the best.

My experience with Les Schwab Tire Center in Lynden was very dissatisfying. On 10/5/15 I went to buy hub-centric rings, and their sales associate was very inconsiderate, and also tried multiple times to get me to buy new tires from him that I clearly werent interested in. Then before I knew it, he was putting the centric rings on my car, and trying to charge me $7 per wheel, and when I told him I wanted to do it at home, he got upset and had an attitude. He also openly slandered other tire shops in the local area. I would not recommend Les Schwab Tires in Lynden. Very unprofessional.

Rude and dishonest. Rory, who is suppose to be the manager, refused to air up our tractor tire on the way to the Lynden Tractor show. In addition, they were going to charge $300.00 over what a service for my daughters passat cost at the Bellingham store. You guys SUCK!
