Very friendly, helpful. It was fair day so a full store but they still bounced around and gave help when needed. There was a check out line and they worked hard and quick, very cheery. Highly recommend.

Gotta love this place. The employees are helpful and attentive to customers needs. They were rather busy the day I went but several employees asked if I needed assistance and pointed me in the right direction. Made me a couple spare keys that worked perfect. A bit pricier than a big box store, but Ill take the great customer service over slight discounts any day.

If you are only needing basic hardware, the store is okay. If you need any services dealing with automotive (i.e. keys, key fobs, etc) I would suggest going somewhere else as they do not have a clue as to what they are doing, will give you the runaround for weeks if you need to order something (if you do order something and dont call to see if it is in you will never hear from them again). All I can say is it seems like it is a very poorly managed store. The old owners/managers were more on the ball than the current staff. Not worth the headaches.

My go to for hardware, lawn and Garden, and paint in Lynden. The staff is friendly and will point you in the right direction every time. Doesn’t matter what you are looking for, they know where it is. Pretty decent prices and I can avoid a trip to Home Depot in Bellingham. Plus my kids love saying hi to “typo” the cat next door at the computer place.

Ferndale store, well staffed, knowledgeable, great service and they usually have what I need. Ive been to the other locations in the area and Im always happy with their services too.

Great back up to True Value, and they have more barbecue grills available year round versus their competition

Nice selection of PVC fittings.Isles are tight they need more space to spread out. Beats a trip to bellingham.

Lynden Ace has a great selection of tools and consumables (saw blades, bits, grinding wheels, etc.), to go with all the hardware and garden goods. Helpful and friendly staff!

Now for Ace hardware this is one of those places that I go when its a certain part that I need that maybe home Depot might not carry that they will so Ace hardware does have its benefits for those reasons I might not go there all the time but I still will give that store a five star because the employees there they are amazing if you ever need help and youre in the Lynden area and you need to stop into their store theyre always willing to assist you to help find what you need

Good service but NOT the place to go for tools... everything is marked up 400% to 600%. Go to Tractor Supply. Example...the bare bones wooden smallest hammer they sell is $9.99..the same thing you can get at Dollar Tree for $1.00

My first time in the Lynden Ace Hardware was fantastic. Two employees helped me find some minor items, and even looked up an item we couldnt find to verify it was out of stock. Friendly and fast service!

Exceptional customer service! They go above and beyond! They have everything for fix it jobs and maintenance stuff all at very comparable prices to big box stores where the staff is not so helpful and kind. Ace staff is super freindly and will walk you through whatever you may need! Hadnt been there in a while, just because I dont go out much why he boys, but we will be back soon!

A fantastic hardware store owned by a local family. Dad and his staff, some of whom are his kids, are a happy and helpful bunch. It always amazes me how they have what i need.

Ace Hardware staff are willing to share their knowledge and expertise to help the Do-It-Your-Self client and save money.

My husband and I were very unsatisfied with the customer service we received from an employee on 1/4/2020. They were having a clearance sale and we bought a bathroom sink faucet. The first employee told us they were floor models, and how they were such a great deal! Little did we know they were for sale as scrap parts basically. As new home owners how would we know that!?! We took it home to find out it had a defective piece. My husband and I took the faucet back to try and either switch out the defective piece only or buy a new piece separately. We were very rudely attacked by a co-worker of the name Steve. He began talking down to us saying well you only paid 8.99, these things cost like $100. We tried to explain that cost was not the point it was that they had something for sale that wasnt fully functional and there were no signs to inform us of that. We were never made aware that it wouldnt be functional just because it was a former floor model! He tried to say all sales were final which once again no sign on the rack stated that. When my husband told him that he didnt like his attitude toward the situation that we didnt want a refund we just needed the faucet to work, he told my husband Well I dont like your attitude with a raised tone, wow Steve, thats sure the way to NOT get us back into the store! How does that jingle go again? Ace is the place with the helpful hardware folks......Yeah, its not if Steve is there! He will make sure you feel like your stupid and like your trying to cheap someone. We have no issues going around the back side of the parking lot to True Value now or making the trip into Bellingham where the employees at either Lowes or Home Depot are never annoyed with us!
