Horrible customer service No one even acknowledges me as I stood there For over five minutes all they had to say was “I’ll be right with you or even hello”. They need to learn how to treat customers better horrible service at the Lynden Washington AT&T.

Had some reservations after reading some of the reviews as I live way out in the county and a trip into town is usually limited to once a fortnight. I found the prospect of procuring the new iPad 12.9 utterly titillating, so I rang the store first thing in the morning. The gentleman I spoke with said they had it. A quick feeding of my livestock and 15 mins later I was ready to make the drive, but I was nervous. I checked the website and it said the location didnt have any stock. I decided to call back to confirm, and the same fellow I spoke with prior reassured me it was indeed avaible, and that nothing had changed in the last 15 minutes since I called. I made the long drive into town, and Paul and Celeb had me square like a tile. 10/10

Just asking to verify, they had the ipad 12.9. Since it wasn’t on the website, called two times, and was very rude about it. I just was trying i verify they indeed have it since the website said they didn’t, and the guy was very rude. I wasn’t gonna drive there for no reason. Very rude and not friendly at all. No not recommend calling and just asking if they had something.

Phones on display that are no longer available, not enough information, felt like everything was a dud. Normally AT&T is good service, question what kind of product line they have or what changes are getting ready to go through?

Paul spent 3 hours fixing a series of issues that arose from leaving another carrier. I ordered phones from cooperate and the phones turned out to be on backorder. Paul was awesome and spent a lot of time and energy resolving all the problems. We got two new devices and five other devices swapped to AT&T. Great work thanks.

I have to say the staff takes care of their customers. In modern days sometimes companies stand with policies and forget the human side. Mike is excellent at helping you saving money and keeping your account current with best deals. The manager is one of the best and strives to help resolve all issues for his customers. I highly recommend if you want the best cellular team to visit the Lynden AT&T.
