They keep calling me when I am sleeping with robocalls for prescription refills. They just keep calling repeatedly once you get a prescription there. There is nothing on the website to have them stop calling. It is very hard to get these calls to stop.

Meds are never ready….. doesn’t matter if you call it in wait a hour or two they won’t start your meds till u get there and then tell u it’s gonna be another hour…… just Be prepared to make two trips at least two hours apart

They only tell you when theres an issue with your prescription WHEN you got to pick it up. Ive been suffering from an allergic reaction for 2 additional days now because progress with my medication is only made when I actually go in person to check on it. And yes, the text confirmations saying Your prescription is ready doesnt mean anything. On other occasions the pharmacist is sometimes degrading Its only birth control youll be fine without it for a couple days No its not okay to stop that medication when the patient is severely anemic and has hormone disorders. They forgot to fill it, and the prescription expired in their hands. ALSO double check when you get your medication that its actually what the dr prescribed in in the bag, because they dont tell you ahead of time theyre switching you to a generic, if the generic doesnt work for you.

The people at the pharmacy consistently overcharge me for my medicines. EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO THERE. Despite the fact that I am a senior and have PAAD card that allows me a serious discount they will charge me $40 to $50 for two meds that are supposed to be $5 each. So EVERY time I go there they charge me and I have to tell them that they are WRONG and after already waiting 20 minutes - I have to wait another 20 to 30 minutes. Its a HUGE inconvenience AND they are extremely rude. THEY NEED TO GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER!

They dont fill my prescription until I go there in person to go pick it up. THEN they start working on it. Then whenever that happens, they tell em to come back later, so I come back later then they tell em that have a problem with my insurance not wanting to cover it. They dont call me, or anything to let me know there is an issue. I have to go in person, 2-3 at, least, times to PICK UP my prescription for them to tell me oh actually theres a problemI just find the pharmacists scary. Luckily I only had strep throat and needed antibiotics. The fact they dont work on prescriptions until you go there in person to pick it up, It took me an extra 1.5 days to receive my treatment. If I was someone with a threatening heart problem or something. I could have potentially died.Also a cashier who works there whose name I wont say, is so mean and condescending and corporate wont do anything about her. Along with all the other reviews I gotta agree, they dont honor their own coupons. This caused me issues many times.

Erick was kind enough not to play hokey pokey with my script and fill it on the date it was filled last month and not apparently the two days later that I picked it up. I hate when pharmacies play games with your medication, especially those that you worry about getting too low and I had to travel. No one wants a panic attack on an airplane during a virus crisis as well. I’m from Florida, I needed my script filled here, I don’t have insurance, no need to wait, no games needed. Thanks for being kind and not giving my script or me a hard time. It means a lot. Nice to know someone in the pharmacy cares.

The pharmacist Dustin or Justin was very rude and treated me like he was doing me a favor by looking up my information and prescription after he couldn’t find me in the system initially. In the past, about a year ago, this same pharmacist gave me two extra pills for a schedule II narcotic prescription that I returned to him out of courtesy and understanding for his mistake as a medical professional. I reminded him of this incident to which he said “it could have happened” and walked away before even establishing the conversation to be over. The rest of the staff in store and behind the pharmacy has always been wonderfully accommodating but after experiencing his dismissive and condescending attitude towards me as a customer who frequents this store overall, I no longer wish to use this pharmacy to fill any future prescriptions. Not only does Dustin seem incompetent as a pharmacy professional to fill serious prescriptions accurately, he is also terrible with customer service and will lose you customers.

The horrible place was there yesterday. My credit card supposedly was not going through. When I went to CVS it went through just fine. Just customer service horrible and I live out of the town and in the nursing field. I was so exhausted the woman was so rude. Things happen I get that she didnt have the manger come and help. Please go to CVS better customer service.

Lucky they’re even getting 1 star. It’s a constant battle to find prescriptions with these people. I was in a severe car accident and got told I wasn’t old enough to have the pain medication PRESCRIBED by my doctor even though I was over 21, then got told a few times they couldn’t find any scripts. Now all of a sudden they are taking the liberty of faxing MY doctor asking them to change MY prescriptions without my knowledge. Which my doctor thank GOD never received. I will be switching to CVS from now on. Screw this place.

I have had so many issues here with the pharmacy not finding a prescription that has been called in by my doctor. It got to the point where I would have to ask my doctors for a hand-written prescription. The only saving grace this pharmacy has is the drive through pick-up, but even that has lost its charm. Goodluck if you choose to wait in line inside, it usually takes 10-15 minutes just for them to acknowledge me waiting for my script, even if I am the first one there and even if they have a full staff. The customer service isnt that great either-- the pharmacist cut me off before I could even finish my sentence. Unreal.

This evening accompanied a friend to purchase items. At register I inquired about the availability of rest room and was informed by the cashier that they were inoperable. Another staff member directed me to go to a nearby Dunkin Donuts.I am left incredulous as to the Accuracy of the condition of the rest rooms and Puzzled why I was denied there use in an extreme time of need.Charles Cooper MBA/RNAge 63

USED to be good, when it was Rite Aid. Currently, I cant say, but considering the absolutely shameless attempt by Walgreens to kill Rite Aid off—cherry picking locations and leaving Rite Aid with the most difficult ones—I would encourage you to visit one of the remaining Rite Aids (Clifton Ave is very good) or if you must, CVS.

Out of all the drug stores Ive been too I found out that Rite Aid in Lyndhurst is the best. ..when you have friendly people to assist you it makes things sooo much better. ..I find that everyone in the Pharmacy dept is very nice and helpful....I am never put on hold when I call for a long time like other drug stores...this is my personal opinion about the Rite Aid in Lyndhurst Pharmacy Dept.

They never have the prescription ready. So far this store is the worst. I even have my dr call in my prescription and wait at least 2hr before picking up my prescription and they still failed to have the prescription ready. Due to my experience i rather take my business somewhere else.
