We had a very nice experience purchasing our first Tempur-pedic mattress set. Patrick let us take our time to try each mattress multiple times, gave his own fair opinions of his experience with the mattresses, and we felt zero pressure. We asked a lot of questions to understand the different features and pricing and felt good about our decision. We will own this bed for a long time and it is a significant investment so it was important for us to be informed and not rushed or pressured. And the 90 night trial gave us piece of mind knowing we are not stuck if we made the wrong choice.

The Sales guy Christopher was one of the nicest guys (well both sales guys were really nice ) we had. We had a great experience and was able to figure out what we needed without any pressure or pushiness .

The Tempur-Pedic flagship store at Legacy Village provides an A+ shopping experience from start to finish. The sales staff, in particular Christopher, is simply a pleasure to do business with. Christopher was extremely knowledgeable and took a lot of time to explain the differences between mattresses and bases, allowed us to try them out (always with a pandemic-friendly barrier and disinfectant), and put zero sales pressure on my wife and I. He was also extremely helpful and patient by keeping our order on hold for several months while we awaited the delivery of our new bedroom furniture. It’s hard to imagine a better mattress buying experience than we had at Tempur-Pedic. We highly recommend this store in general, and Christopher in particular.

Deja was a wealth of helpful information describing the various beds available on the showroom floor. We chatted briefly one afternoon while I was simply browsing. She offered me a comprehensive catalog to browse at my leisure and to contact her with any questions. Well, the very next day, after convincing my husband that a new, adjustable base with split mattress, with zero gravity setting, is exactly what we needed to improve our sleep. I returned to the showroom floor, with catalog in hand, and many more questions about specific products. Fortunately Deja was working that day, and guided me with the selection of my very customized bed. She actively, patiently listened to me as I brainstormed what I did not like about my previous mattresses. I had no idea that I could order one side my king bed with a “soft-pillow top mattress” and my husband’s side of the bed could be a “firm mattress”!!!! This option was enticing to me as I have always preferred a soft mattress, where as my husband prefers medium-firm. Thanks Daja, for your amazing, contentious, and informative customer service!

We were nervous going into this process because picking out the right mattress is an expensive decision and we didn’t want to make the wrong choice. Choosing to go into the store was the best choice we could have made! Not only was the store extremely clean and well kept but there were great protections in place! We had mattress covers and pillow protectors and saw the employees cleaning everything after use. We were able to take our time and try everything we wanted! On top of it, Christopher did an excellent job at listening to our needs and giving us options. He never made us feel rushed and did a great job at explaining our options, how different products were made, the financing, just everything! Christopher made this a great and easy experience and let us know that we could call with any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend going into the store! He gave us time to really experience each mattress without moving us along. There was an issue with a backorder on the mattress we chose but we were going to be without a mattress if it did not come in on time. He heard our concern and spent a significant amount of time arranging for expedited shipment and delivery, and kept us updated with frequent phone calls through the entire process. The mattress was delivered exactly at the time it was promised! I would absolutely recommend tempurpedic, the legacy village store, and Christopher as the salesperson!

My wife and I recently purchased a mattress and adjustable base. Deja at the Lyndhurst location was extremely helpful while guiding us through all the different options. She was patient as we tried each bed and has answered all of my wifes question even after receiving the bed! The bed is amazing we have not had it that long but I can tell you one thing you get what you pay for!

First off I want to say Deja was awesome ! As well as the gentleman Chris that was there with us . She gave us store tour and let us test out the mattress. Which were freaking bomb! I was even more impressed with the sanitation system . Everything we touched was sprayed and wiped down. Beds had extra layer of protectors on them for us to test them ! It was just a great experience overall . Beds were a little bit out of my budget but I got a pillow that was sent from the temper-pedic Gods! I slept beautifully last night . I really appreciate the knowledge both employees exhibited when I hit the mega million I’m coming back to get a bed ! Hope to see them again in the near future

Shopping for a mattress is never something you want to do online, so I was very pleased to see how clean and sanitary Tempur-Pedic was without feeling unwelcoming or uncomfortable! I purchased the Luxe Firm mattress on an adjustable base. I have had trouble breathing and had been using a stack of pillows on my mattress to prop myself up at night. I wanted a new bed and heard that these mattresses were excellent. I found out that there was a new store at Legacy Village. The associate at the store was very helpful in finding the perfect mattress and adjustable for me. I thought it would be impossible to try out a bed, but the store used protection when trying the beds out. The delivery guys were great. The associate said the bed would be firmer at first...which it was! After having it a month it has broken in and I love it. I highly recommend this great new store.

Our associate, Chris, helped us in purchasing a king-sized LuxBreeze mattress+box spring, with additional pillows and a waterproof topper to accommodate our elderly french bulldog. Deja was astonishing! I went into the TempurPedic Store to try all the mattresses after going to a few other matress stores. To start, this store was spotless and they covered the beds and pillows to make sure everything was sanitary. No pressure whatsoever to buy. I had to think about my options so I went home and came back next day to order directly from Deja. I could have done everything online from my home but I drove the 30 minutes because Deja and Chris were pleasant to work with. I wanted to let them know that in person by buying from them in store. You dont see customer service now a days like they provided.

The moment that my family entered the store I felt genuinely welcomed! It’s the natural instinct that one has when facing the unknown. Deja Jackson was brilliant with her technique of making the customer more intrigued about their product. My wife and I was convinced that we had to have one of these well designed beds! The store was well maintained and Ms. Jackson paid attention to detail on what type of adjustable bed me and my wife were looking for. After testing out the different types of mattresses we were sold on their product. This review is coming from the heart!
