The young lady wo waited on me was so customer service oriented. I had her hold some things and when I returned she welcomed me back by name❤️The merchandise displays make it easy to find certain labels. I was able to find several high end pieces to fit my wardrobe.

I brought in a TON of very cute dresses and jackets—banana Republic, gap, the limited, express, Calvin Klein, White House Black Market etc. and I was told they would take NONE of it. Everything cute in excellent condition. Don’t waste your time trying to sell anything here. I was disgusted. Would never return.

Had a disappointing experience here. First, the inventory has really declined. I usually find something there every time, but I couldnt find a thing. It was strange to see they started selling undergarments and bathing suits. They now take 2 weeks to review your clothes. The process felt untrustworthy. I know there is new management, so maybe theyre still figuring it out.

I love their fashions. Prices are a little high for resale items. Since they have changed owners they have rearranged the store. I had a little trouble finding things at first. They now provide bags. The woman who checked me out gave me the $5 discount on my current order instead of giving it to me to use next time.

They are fair with their prices when purchasing clothes. Dont expect to get a lot of money as with other consignment shops, but theyve always found something to select and purchase from me each time Ive visited.

This is my favorite resale shop. They close at six but I still found 2 pretty 👚 blouses! They ladies always make me feel at home. They also remember you by your name! Love there selection of everything!!highly recommend! $$ Nicely priced!

Dont bother selling to them. I took many pristine Whitehouse Black Market clothes, Talbot, Coldwater Creek, Anne Taylor, Liz Claiborne, Chico, Biondo, Adriana Papell, Peter Pilotto,and many were new with tags. They took none. They are ok to buy from but its hit and miss. About half of their clothes are kind of ugly. Half are pretty. But the staff are very friendly, and the brand new soon- to-be-owner called me when she saw this review and asked what she could do to make me happy, which I thought was extremely nice. Even though I am disappointed, I will still shop there and look forward to the new changes from new management.

Great prices and awesome assortment of clothing

Revolve is more like a boutique than a resale shop. The clothing, jewelry, and purses are carefully curated for current clothing trends, high-end classics, and bohemian swag. The store is organized and clean. If you are a focused and intentional fashion shopper, you will find the prices reasonable. For example, I purchased an Anthropologie dress for $30, a pure ivory cuff for $20, and a Vince pullover for $18.

All the sales staff were friendly and accommodating. They exchanged pleasantries and engaged me in simple conversation. I was very pleased that they folded my clothing before placing them in the bag as opposed to balling them up and tossing them into the bag - an experience that seems to have become the norm these days. I appreciate the classic shopping experience!

The staff were friendly and greeted me when I walked in. I did not really enjoy the way the store was organized. The clothes are separated by brand, which is fine, but the way the sizes are set up on the racks didnt flow to me, and I spent a lot of time walking around looking for my size.

Associates are AWESOME and very helpful and honest to make the best choices. Great selections organized by brand! I love this store!!

Very unhappy, it is snowing/raining bought a used sweater, I was on the fence about it, but was very pretty for the upcoming holiday at about 30$ -check out, and they ask -you know we re bagless now??? So my sweater I just bought gets soaked in snow/rain ?? Before I even wear it? Don t go there expecting to buy a lot, if you do good luck hauling it out ! ya for an upscale used retailer umm no. I d write to the owner whom I was told was responsible but can t find e mail also told for the environment...so wheres the money going if not bags?

Revolve Fashion is a great, well organized store with thoughtfully curated inventory. I was looking for something interesting for my wife and the staff was able to guide me to some great ideas. Great staff and clean, quality products!

Ooh I think I like it! This is a lovely upscale thrift store with excellent customer service!They have seasonal items, shoes, purses (authentic), clothes, dresses, coats, even fur coats in the winter, jewelry (cute little pieces), and much more. Definitely not a waste of time. You can also bring in your upscale items and put them on consignment.

Very Rude Employee look me in the face and didnt greet me upon entering then before I could say anything she told me oh no we dont take those purses before I could even tell her why I was there, little did she know the purse I was carrying I was using it as a bag for another purse but I took my business elsewhere since she wanted to be the no no police and Avalon Exchange greeted me with a smile and bought my purse and the purse I was using as a bag Huge Turn Off! My favorite resale store in Cleveland! I usually just buy clothing here, as I wear my clothes until they should probably head to the trash, but buying here is so fun. The selection is amazing. I typically head straight for the Anthropologie rack, as a lot of the clothes are organized by brand, but they also have amazing jewelry, scarves, cashmere, jackets and coats 😍 and SHOES!

I had an awesome experience the other day. The associates were helpful and informative, and not at all pushy or intrusive. I bought 3 great dresses, a couple shirts and some great ecco sandals. The store is very neat and clean and you feel like you are in a high end department store.

I wanted to sell a Chanel bag and first went to Clothes Mentor. They were so rude to me and said they didnt want it. I then took it to Revolve. They told me they had to authenticate it, which I had no problem with. 2 days later they offered me a lot of money for the purse. Colleen was so nice to me and thanked me over and over for the bag and my business. I will always go straight to Revolve and Colleen for any business.

I have mixed feelings about this place now. I really like shopping here and was excited to find this store when I moved to the area in the last year. Have bought a handful of nice items. Last few trips the ladies have practically begged for winter items to sell, so I brought in some coats and sweaters. I don’t shop a lot so was a bit doubtful anyone would want my clothes.Advice to anyone selling — If it is your first time selling BE MINDFUL of the RULES. (Good luck figuring out what they all are though.)I learned all your stuff must be in a BIN and NOT on hangers. I could tell the woman behind the counter was a bit triggered when I walked in with three winter coats over my arm and not in a bin. In my defense I have never attempted to sell here before and one coat was a return to the store.At any rate she stopped waiting on another customer and said “Your items need to be in a bin!” and brought out a laundry basket so I would place my coats in it (sweaters were already in a reusable bag).Okay, Am I supposed to put the return coat in here? I had observed one woman on my previous trip sell some items but she didn’t have a bin.My rule breaking did not end there. I also had hangers!! Oh boy, what a rebel. “Please remove the hangers!” I really think that put her over the edge. (I’m serious.)By the time I got to the counter I felt like a naughty child for some reason. It just felt stupidly tense and awkward over nothing!She took down my information and then sent me to another clerk to handle the return. (Who gave me store credit instead of cash.)Later that afternoon they called and no surprise they didn’t take any of the items, which by that point I was annoyed. It felt like a waste of time and left a bitter taste in my mouth for a store that I had previously been telling everyone how much I loved it.I get they are only going to buy what they think they can sell. I don’t have a problem with that. But there’s no need to put enforcement of petty rules (clothes must be in a bin! No hangers! No exceptions!) ahead of providing a pleasant client experience. Especially when someone is trying to sell stuff for the FIRST TIME. If someone is a repeat offender that’s a different story, but they can wait until someone actually gets up to the counter instead of addressing the bin/hanger issues in front of other customers.Also, when the store sends texts asking for items why not include requirements for clothing - condition/age/etc. Either that or have a handout available for customers at the store - explaining what items are needed and what condition they must be in. I realize the info may be posted on the website but this would just make it easier for clients to access.This would also negate wasted time for the staff and clients by avoiding having to review clothing that doesn’t meet the standards.Sure, clients can find out clothing requirements on their 2nd trip back to the store walking out with no money but there’s probably a more positive experience to create for clients.

My family had a very bad experience today. They went in between 12:30 and 1:30 and was greeted by the rudest woman ever! She did everything in her power to turn them away from even getting their items looked at, she kept saying it will be an hour until she would even look at the clothes. Another employee offered to help but the woman was so focused on turning us down. This is the second or third time that my experience has been horrible at platos or revolve fashion. I just don’t go here anymore and I drive farther just to avoid horrible the service

Its been a while since I shopped in a resale store, and was really surprised at the quality of clothes and the helpfulness of the staff. As a short, curvy woman, one of the staff helped me find a couple of great tops for me (styles I wouldnt have picked myself) but looked great! Ill stop by again when Im in the area.

I have mixed emotions with this store, most of them being not so pleasant experiences. Both selling and buying. Ive worked with Colleen as she offered to right my feelings as to what Ive noticed to be unfair in their buying tactics among minorities. Dont get me wrong, Ive shopped numerous times spending decent money and tried to sell quality designer clothes and shoes before coming to my conclusion. As of today after spending close to $200 yesterday, they have a flash sale of 15% off dresses. I called to see if I could get credit for the 4 or 5 dresses I brought and the answer was a resounding No. Whether its a flash sale or not, a good customer is a faithful customer that would have continued to come back to patronize your store....... Thank you - Im done!!

Ive learned in coming here for my ex-wife, It all depends (if youre selling) on who is counting your order... I literally had this jacket and pants (higher end) that was rejected. I literally brough it back a month later and someone else give me an offer of $50!!

Very rude workers, not a friendly environment at all. Especially when selling things! I have gone up there multiple occasions with thousands of dollars worth of gucci, Ferragamo,Louis Vuitton, Burberry and so much more in perfect condition and sometimes even with tags and reciets still and they take multiple hrs just to waste your time and tell you they want to send it off to check if its authentic or they pass after 3 or 4 hrs of waiting and give you some dumb excuse why they cant purchase your stuff even if its brand new with tags! Dont waste your time go to Avalon exchange or even better eBay!

Laid out more like a mall store, so organized, easy to find stuff, instead of long racks. Good salespeople, I like the instagram and facebook posts. A terrific place to get great priced items. Love my new cole Hahn boots for 20$.
