The doctor has a (bed side manner) what I mean is he gives you his full attention and engages in conversation regarding his concerns and gives you an opportunity to voice yours as well..even shows you your images so you get a visual of what he sees.The young woman who assisted with my glasses gave excellent service as well..i will get and share her name in the near future.......I highly recommend ..legacy village location

We returned to Pearle Vision in Legacy Village to order our new glasses today. So happy to be able to work with Chrystal once again! She is friendly, patient, attentive and professional. Came in for an eye issue. Dr. Tima was kind and attentive, I felt heard. He offered a simple solution to my issue and explained it in a way that made sense and calmed my anxieties. I felt that I was met with so much kindness throughout the appointment from Dr. Tima as well as his staff.

I came last year, now I just get a random call from them today that my appointment is on July 27. I never booked it even my angels dont know it. My robokiller blocked this call I just decided to pick it. So annoyed thinking what if I didnt pick this automated call reminding me of an appointment I never made. They would have certainly charged it. Worst experience. Still giving me chills.In conclusion ppl should never visit in the first place so they dont get reminded of appointment made without their knowing in the subsequent years.

I came in as a new patient and thought the doctor was great. However, after payment I waited about an hour to pay separately for my contacts that were sent to the wrong address after waiting 14 days. The reception also had a nasty attitude when I mentioned they had the wrong address.
Amira was a wonderful help today at the store. She was patient and walked me through my options and even showed me some more. I would highly recommend coming in even if only to browse.
Hubby and I definitely needed a check up - process went smoothly and both store manager and doctor were pleasant and thorough. It could have gone a little faster but Id rather they took their time to get everything properly and thoroughly done!

The doctor is great the other service? Meh. They arent good about returning phone calls at all. I had a question about my sons glasses and credit a week before he went back to school; they never called back. I called for myself last week and was told the doctor would get back to me Monday or Tuesday. I ended up calling today and was told the doctor would call back in an hour; I never heard back. Time to take my business elsewhere.
I figured that this place is close and would be a nice place to get my new glasses. I totally understand that COVID had thrown a wrench on to everything but it’s not an excuse to screw the customer. Needed safety glasses, made my appointment and had to wait for a walk-in to be done. What’s the point of appointment if I have to wait 20min. Missed another meeting due to this. So my glasses are not co for table and I try to go in to see what can be done and I get told that they are not accepting walk-ins. Absolutely ridiculous. The staff is friendly when they are working with you but now when your in the store. Even the dude that did my exam, was not happy at all with how I was treated. This is the first and last time I’ll be spending the extra money to be treated this way.

I had little problem with my glasses and I can’t go inside the store, she come out, take my glasses, fixed and I come an a hour later and she come out to put them in my trunk! This pearl vision is fantastic! When I walked through the door I was greeted warmly. I waited less than 5 minutes for my exam and both the technician and ophthalmologist were fast, thorough and professional. I HIGHLY recommend!
I ordered glasses that I needed by a certain date because I was having an outdoor wedding and my currents lenses were transition lenses. The day before the wedding they still hadn’t arrived and I was very nervous that I would be forced to use my current pair. However, a store associate (Brandy), was so kind and went out of her way to get me a new frame and lenses, just so I would have them for my special day. My bride and I are so grateful to her and we want to thank her for her kindness.

I was in such a way because on Monday my frame cracked. I truly do need my glasses 😭. I was greeted by Amira Ihentuge who was indeed a blessing. Since the glass itself was not damaged, she found another pair of frames that would set perfectly and proceeded to repair them. I ordered and paid for my glasses on 12/22. I called several times since then the associate replied twice after that even if I call no one picks up the phone and 2 months later I have never received my glasses but they were paid full amount. ready to escalate with corporate and consumer affairs. so unprofessional.Edit 2/23/2021 I was contacted by the store manager to Pick up my glasses prescription. She apologized for the delay and offered a financial resolution toward my paid bill to remediate for my wait and attempts to reach the store for an update. Thank you Amira for following up and making customer concerns a priority!
We had a great experience - both myself and my wife. Amira Ihentuge, Store Manager was welcoming, informative and efficient. It was a busy office and she was available to the other staff to lend her expertise while not neglecting us in the slightest. Sylvia is the best hands down!!!! She looked at us and picked out the best frames for me and my daughter. In addition, she made this entire experience just awesome. Although they were all busy when we came in, she greeted us and got to us the moment she was available. She’s is definitely worth the wait. Her office manager was proactive and verified our insurance and pulled our prescriptions while we waited. What an experience!!!

At the time of my visit, The Pearl staff thought my non-prescription sunglasses were beyond repair, and sold me a new pair. The staff was not familiar with the incredible service policy of Maui Jim sunglasses, listed below. Pearl does not allow returns, only exchanges. Their regional manager helped resolve the situation by allowing me to return my glasses. Upon return, their staff was courteous, although the details of Maui Jims customer service was still not clear. Knowing the issues I experienced, moving forward, will hopefully help Pearl represent Maui Jim better.1. Pearls exchange policy is unclear and only known by the wording at the bottom of their invoice, after a purchase is made.2. Maui Jim services and replaces their own glasses. After going online to find a better style, Maui Jim informed me, beyond their 2 year excellent warranty, they will repair or replace any pair as long as they have the parts. I can replace my 5 year old broken pair for less than half retail price.I had stopped to have my Maui Jim sunglasses fixed. At the time, to their knowledge, the glasses were beyond repair and could be thrown out. Trusting their professionalism I picked out a new pair of Maui Jims, but fortunately did not throw out my old pair. The new style, did not feel comfortable while driving. Pearl offered an exchange…

I had an appointment for eye glass exam and new glass in March ( pre-pandemic) so needless to say I had to wait quite a while before I was able to get an appointment and glasses. I went to Pearle Vision, I have been there quite a few times in the past, and I wasnt please with the selection but decided to get some glasses due to a sense desperation. After ordering a pair of glasses I decided to see if I can walk in to another eye glass location to look around. I was surprised that I didnt have to make an appointment, so upon walking I immediately notice they had a better selection. I called pearle vision to cancel my order and was told that I could not cancel. I had only been gone from pearle vision for 10 minutes. I was told when I was there that it was a 3-4 turnaround for my glasses but after calling to cancel my order I was told that it was a 24 hour turnaround and that an order that was placed 10 minutes ago could not be cancelled. I would have understood this if it was a day or two later but 10 minutes later felt like a bit of stretch. A turnaround of 3-4 weeks instantly became 24 hours. For a place that should want customer to feel comfortable with their selection and customer driven, instantly became a for profit business without even trying to ensure that their customer was satisfied. The manager offered me $25 off which I declined. I contacted the corporate office and was sent a link to write to the district manager. The reason for this post, because honestly I dont like writing negative post I believe it resolving issues, however I reached out to the district manager and it has been over his response time and still no reply, call or anything. I mean the glasses was $200, they were not a special order lenses or frame and to not order a cancellation 10 minutes after an order was placed is a little appalling but more importantly not to have the area manager at least call in response let me know that customer service is not at the top of the list. I have had exams there before and purchased glasses from there before however this will be the last time and me family go to this location and to any pearle vision. It is too many other options and I rather go to a place where someone wants me to be satisfied with my selection. The part that I am not going to go in detail about but just want to mention is my customer service rep while in the store was completely unfriendly. She was not rude but she just was not friendly. I sat down, she wiped the glasses off and did not speak to say hello, didnt address me or ask what style I was looking for.. it took me trying to facetime my husband to get his opinion of the glasses before she decided to ask me what style was I looking for. My gut told me to walk out then and I should have listened.
Amira was extremely helpful tonight. We came 30 minutes after closing time thinking they closed at 9 pm, and she still opened the doors for my mom and I, helped us find frames. She was very helpful with the financial aid allowing us to split the cost in half now and when we come to pick them up. She was very nice and seems like an amazing store manager! We will be coming back for sure!

Had a great experience here. All three staff members I interacted with were helpful and took time to explain things. I would come back here and highly recommend this location for vision care. I was in & out within 40 minutes, and that includes an exam, browsing for new frames, a dilated eye exam, and payment. Plenty of parking. Good selection of frames from lots of brands.
The optician was very rude. She continued to tell me the glasses did not look right on my round face so I would keep looking at more expensive frames. She was not friendly and it takes forever to get your glasses back.
Went to Pearle Vision because they were covered by my insurance but the staff was fantastic. They explained everything for me from what my insurance coverage was to how to properly take care of my glasses.
They dont have a huge variety of frames and their costs are atleast five times more than others. The lady wasnt entertaining and it seemed she just wants me to go so she can go home . Huge mistake that I had my eye exam here, as I thought to buy glasses from them too in a single visit.

I used to own a prescription glasses to enable me read and drive at night. When these two functions failed it was hard getting prescription glasses to meet my needs until I found Pearl vision legacy village. They took care of my problems. The staff were professional and knew what they are doing.I will strongly recommend their services to anyone.

I scheduled an eye exam for the end of December 2019. Being that it was after Christmas and before the New Year, it was packed with holiday shoppers and those wanting to use insurance benefits before the end of year. The reason for this review is to recognize your Manager, Amira, for her patience, kindness, and a willingness to go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with my choice of glasses and contacts. After getting my exam, I had been waiting about 10-15 minutes to meet with someone to help with my choices. Amira came over and apologized for the wait and thanked me for being patient and assured me she would be with me very soon. Being that it was extremely busy on this Saturday afternoon, I was completely fine with a short wait. As promised, she soon came over and started the process of picking out 2 pairs of glasses and a pair of sunglasses.It was at this time that her knowledge of the product and desire to make sure I felt confident with my purchase was very much on display. Easily spent 45 minutes going through that and then even more time finding a way to make it feasible with my budget and insurance benefits. She must have run through 3 or 4 different plans that would allow me to get what I wanted and also save me the most money. At no time did I feel rushed or that I was burdening her with different questions. Being that I hadnt had an exam and new glasses for awhile, I had plenty of things to throw her way. I dont usually take the time to write reviews, but felt a need to recognize her for incredible customer service. I stopped in again today to make a payment and order contacts, and once again, she was great. Thanks, Amira! I have passed on this experience to friends and family and wont hesitate to do it again. Dr. Harmin Chima was very professional and explained every eye exam component prior to start of the exam. He was thorough, detailed, and a great optometrist!
I have been trying to get prescription sunglasses made for 2 months, but they keep screwing them up. First time, I picked out a frame, they told me my prescription should work in them, but when I went to pick them up there was no way it would ever fit me. Now I found a frame that works, but they cant get the prescription centered correctly, so half my vision is blurry. They must have one heck of a profit margin to be able to keep recutting lenses so many times (I think Im up to 4 now). They usually tell me theyll expedite the new ones, but it always ends up taking 2+ weeks.

Revised ** they did slightly make it up to me. Unhappy at first but they did offer a cleaning kit for the extended wait. Glasses took about a month to come in. But overall decent
Absolutely horrible experience. Wasted time, rushed once seen had to wait 30 min to be seen then was rushed. Staff tried to lie about insurance coverage options as far as what I had to pay up front. I had to call and complain to my insurance company 3x in order to get the situation straightened out. This was 4 days ago Im still waiting on a copy of my receipt and a breakdown of the exam which they told me I would receive in my email that day I also called and requested it again I still dont have it. Very disgusted with the staff and how things were handled.
I have been coming to Pearls Vision legacy village for many many years and have always paid 40 bucks for my contact exam. I have good insurance and at the end of the visit was told my bill was 92 dollars! For a seven minute exam! He did nothing different from every other time that I’ve gone there. I waited 45 minutes to be seen. Way over priced! If the eye doctor thinks you have money believe me he will over charge you. This is the last time me and my family will ever go there! Never again!
I can’t say enough about the wonderful service and staff at Legacy Village. Dr. Chima was informative and thorough with his examination. Afterwards, the store manager, Amira, fitted me for glasses to best suit my face shape and support the lens needed. Both were very kind and professional. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in the market for an eye exam and corrective lenses!
