After one call and one simple, but important transaction with this store, I knew that this was the one. It would be go to shipping and printing store. As a small business owner when you encounter professional, efficient and empathetic service, you are pleasantly surprised. Ive since conducted lots of business with the team at this store and have received great service. Anytime I do business with a similar service - including other UPS stores, I always think, I should have gone to the Lyndhurst store!

I wish i can give it a zero star review. UPS should close this franchise as they are scammers here. I had Amazon QR for return, which no box even needed yet i had it in the box that was never opened. She wanted $2 to tape my two boxes together because Amazon only issued onr QR code. Please stay far away fron this place. I hope they fold soon. Just read other reviews.

Every time without fail I stop into this UPS and they never disappoint! The welcoming personality of the owner is ONE of kind! The time the employees (especially the owner) takes to explain in detail about shipping prices and options local & abroad is always above and beyond! Keep up the good work! Thank you for always being there when I forget to tape up a box or need a fancy shipping box! Highly recommend stopping into this location for your shipping needs you won’t be disappointed!! Added bonus always leave with tracking number to track your packages!

Fantastic customer service & very professional!Took his time to make sure everything was correct, gave me a receipt for acknowledgment that the package had been placed in the hands of UPS, and I was done!Great job, because I always think Im doing something wrong.

I feel obligated to warn anyone who comes to this store that there is one male employee, white, longer hair, never ever had worn a mask at work. I confronted him once in November when I used this UPS store and he said “oh I don’t wear masks”. Well sir not if you want a job, it’s a requirement by the state not a choice! Today I walked in again in the end of January 2021 and he was still not wearing a mask! I believe it’s reasonable to assume that he never did during this entire pandemic! This is unacceptable and he should face consequences for violating the state law!

Very courteous and helpful! Im so glad I found this store. The store on 114th Mayfield in Cleveland was a traumatic experience! Don’t go there! This store has very light traffic and great customer service

Ive been to this ups store plenty of times and each time its a little bit more unpleasant. On January 20th, 2021 I went to the store to get some paper copies printed off and the white male with a med-length ponytail helped me. He printed off too many copies of 1 page but I let it go and paid for them. Now today January 23rd, 2021 I went to go print off more pictures and the same guy looked me right in the eyes and said he dosent print off papers only one person does that, can you belive that!! Let alone they havent been wearing any mask throughout the entire span of the pandemic. I will no longer be coming to this ups store for any other services and will urge other not to as well.

I was in on Oct 30th around 3:30 pm to drop off a package. The package drop off was fine and the wait was short. However, the white male employee with a short ponytail was not wearing a mask while helping a customer. He appeared to not even have a mask on him at all. This obviously made me uncomfortable and I waited for another staff member who was masked to be available. I know this to be against UPS’s posted policy and I find it disconcerting that the policy is not enforced even among employees. I hope action will be taken. The owner’s response does not address the failure to enforce the mask policy.

My dad had to return something to DIRECT TV because it was horrible. The person at the counter was nice, they have office supplies in case if youre running low on supplies for home/school/work. The labeling and mailing process was a little bit slow, but not really that slow. The place is a good location.

I bought a small metal table via FaceTime ( its a long story lol ) My best friend offered to have it shipped to me, only problem I live in California, this is going to be expensive..he tried Fedex crazy expensive and happened to stop in this UPS Store, I am so HAPPY he did, not only did they charge much less than Fedex but packaged it great !! I was a little concerned becasue the tracking information did not update, so after 3 days I called the store and talked to Viral, he packaged it himself and remebered the entire scenario, he told me not to worry when my table arrives near my home the tracking will update and yes it did, exactly as he described..Great experience my next trip to Ohio I will have to stop in to thank him person. I do have to say I noticed so many complaints about $1.00 for tape, its like really have you complainers every been to a USPS post office!! also I am sure he is not buying a Ferrari with the $1,00 fee, its a small business give the guy a break..sheesh !!

This is the worst ups location Ive ever been, which is the closest to me.I sent a package off and it still have not been delivered after months of tracking it was not sent back to Amazon, so where is it. And it didnt come back to my home.private own UPS service.

This is the only UPS store in the eastern half of the US thats ever charged me a dollar to tape the top of an envelope closed. Im just following policy, funny cause no other store charges for 2 cents worth of tape.

Went to this store to return a box to Amazon, the gentleman (with the ponytail) was not wearing a mask, when I asked why, I was told “I don’t have to, and I don’t have to tell you why” I will not patronize this business again, their lack of concern for the public is shameful

Different level of services and, customer oriented environment. More option of mail box than po box, pay for requirement not like pay for service not used. Easy to enter with hands filled with package to open door.

Average customer service. Im a fairly athletic looking male and i did notice a little favoritism . When i entered store she said i will be with you soon. When another customer entered she went out of her way to greet this customer and welcome them. Funny thing is that customer had no patience and left. No big deal but i notice quite a bit, i used to train employers on race relations. You might be surprised who you service in the public sector. Important to treat everyone equally, because you are representing the brand and not just yourself. What you do is a reflection of the company since they hired you. Overall after I talked with the lady she seemed ok, but she can do better. Im sure UPS looks at some of these. If not im sure the public does. I always give feedback and reviews everywhere on fair or unfair treatment whether good or bad. If she went out of her way to make me feel welcome that would of been mentioned also, unfortunately that was not the case.

Horrible customer service thought Id be better off here than the post office but I was wrong even when you pay for a box here its 5 dollars to receive the box each time go somewhere else please!!!! It stinks like insence in the store which opens inward creating not only a safety hazard but an annoyance as well. Remember this place is not ups its private owned dont expect any standard of quality.

I have shipped many packages for our business from this location. My experience has been courteous and reliable service. I have never smelled incense or anything burning in the store. Obviously the person who wrote that comment is emotionally troubled!!Leaving negative comments about a business that are malicious in nature are not only slanderous, and damaging. I would highly recommend anyone hiding behind a computer screen being a jerk, think before you send a review. There can be legal consequences for your actions!!

Long story short - AVOID this location and go to the UPS store on Som Center Rd, where there is actual customer service. I would have given this location 0 stars if it was possible for the colossal waste of time it ended up being and the fact they take advantage of their customers. If you are desperate and have to end up here, do not go in without your box taped, or they will take charge you $1 for a packaging fee.Despite this locations low rating, I went, since it was the store closest to where I was at the time and wasnt sure I would make it to the Som store before it closed. I was returning an item to Amazon, had the code for UPS to scan, so I should have been good to go. All I needed was a piece of tape to close the top of the box, which my store on Som always does for me no problem when I forget. The man was talking to his fellow employee from the time I walked in and presented the code, which he luckily could not get to scan, because then he muttered something to me. It took me asking twice to fully understand he was saying, it is $1 for packaging. I said the item is already fully packaged in a box. It just needs a strip of tape on top. He said yes that it $1. I said forget it and walked out. I was not going to pay anything on principle, when I had been pretty much ignored and then mumbled to and knew I was being taken advantage of - being charged $1 for a simple strip of tape! Drove right to the Som location that was on my way home with 5 minutes to spare until close, and I was greeted by a lovely and friendly woman who actually made conversation, she taped the box top for me, printed and affixed the return label, and even gave me a receipt so I could make sure I received my refund. Every time I am in the Som store the service is so great they just usually tell me to leave the box and whatever labels and they will take care of everything, so I was shocked by the treatment at the Lyndhurst store. It was like night and day. Read the other reviews, I am not the only one. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE!***Response to the owner - thats all well and good to follow UPS guidelines. But where do you think people will go when they need to ship things? The the place that follows the UPS guidelines so stringently they nickle and dimes & with iffy customer service, or the store who is friendly and consistently going beyond the call of duty to be helpful and lets the little things go in the name of making and retaining a long-time customer. Something to think about when considering your business model. ***

This store is awful. I shipped my box and was told there was $100 insurance on the box. The box arrived and there was a hole in the box, along with an expensive item missing. I fought with this UPS and corporate UPS, neither would refund me. I highly recommend avoiding this shop in particular, and UPS in general.

The attendant, probably the owner, was quite ride and then tried to charge me to use tape. How greedy is that? So, now youve lost my business; past, present, and future and managed to get a negative review posted on the internet for all to see. Go down the street to the UPS Store on SOM across from Target. Their they are respectfull and they dont try to charge you for tape!

I dont like this place at all, postal annex on wilson mills by Richmond Mall is WAY better, much more friendly people, cheaper prices and superior customer service. Even the other UPS store at 1284 SOM is good they are way nicer and its much cleaner and a better location all around. Also I noticed that the door on the building opens toward the inside when you are in the business and I see this as a fire hazard with the very small door if anything were to happen inside there everyone would be trapped!!!!Suggest you go somewhere else :-)Have a great day!!!!!!!

This place has a Horrible customer service, he refused accepting my package and tried to force me to buy a tape for packing it and start almost shouting on me. Called the UPS, adviced me to go to another ups shop stating that is not an official ups store we dont have control over him. I went to the other store, they were more than happy to provide all the packing equipments for free and big smile. Drive 3 minutes and go to the other ups, my advice.
