I bought clip-ins that cost $68 & the clip-ins did not match my hair color. When I bought it I asked to open the packaging so I can look at the hair better to see if it would match my hair color & the lady wouldn’t let me do that. I ended up buying it anyway because I thought it would be a good match. Well it wasn’t, so I tried to bring it back to exchange it for another color. Mind you, I never touched the hair. I just held it up against my head & it wasn’t a good match the same lady said i couldn’t return it or exchange. After I spent $68 on the hair & it doesn’t even match my hair color. $68 gone down the drain & they lost a customer:)

Amazing staff, great service. Very clean establishment. Shelves well stocked. If they dont have what youre looking for, they will order or direct you to someone who does have it. I love this place

I have been going to Fashion Mart for over five years. They are the most kindest people you are ever gonna meet. Their selection, quality and value far surpass any hair store in the panhandle or in Ft Walton beach. They have no idea im writing this review, they just have a great store with prices that will fit every budget and the quality surpasses what you will find online at various hair sites.

Never visited the place . Not a store i go to. But the pizza hut next door is another story. Thats probably the reason this showed up on my reviews to do.
