I don’t know who they are paying to write these reviews! They are always out of stock on many items. A good bit of the employees have no clue where half their items are. Some try to help some don’t care cause they are to busy talking with their buddies. Liquor store doesn’t open when it’s suppose to. Needed a gift but 30 minutes past time they are still not open. Basically Walmart has gotten so big they no longer care. This Walmart in Lynn Haven use to be great. It was clean, friendly, and well stocked.

Most items on my list were out of stock. Most of the stores items were out of place. COVID s to blame for cutting back the hours of the countys ONLY TRUE CONVENIENCE store ~ but why does it look like your distant relatives cramped studio?

My grocery pickup experience was great. I did not have to wait very long. The associate was efficient and kind.

The shelves are almost empty, the associates shopping for others block the isles, no plastic bags for produce, and you have to check out your own groceries, and walk a mile b/c half the parking lot is reserved for people p,/u their groceries. Will probably give my business to Winn Dixie, Publix and Grocery Outlet. At least they dont require you to check out your groceries and they bag them and take them out to car for you. Thats a win win relationship. If folks truly felt as I do theyd go elsewhere, too! My thoughts if we go into store, shop for our groceries, check them out we should receive at least 10 to 15 0/0 off for doing all the work.

Inside this Walmart they have a place where you go called quest and that is a lab for any of your lab work you need, I had an issue with my appointment and they help me get it all figured out and was able to take care of me on this day as well. Very pleasant atmosphere. The only downside is you cannot bring a cart or scooter from Walmart inside the area so if you need to you need to bring your own Walker or cane etc... so that youre able to get around in there in your own comfort.

Love the clearance aisle! Also, the customer service for returns is always knowledgeable and friendly!

Entire store is crowded, they have two maybe three registers open.People are lined up in each checkout lane 8 to 10 deep, theyre lined up 12 to 14 just to get out the door. Several other people standing around from the manager to employees but no ones attempting to open more registers. If you going to herd people like cattle you should at least have the ability to check them out and get them out in time. I parked my buggy and walked out

This store used to be great but has gone down hill tremendously. They hardly ever have the items Im looking for in stock, and I usually get pretty common things. Prices are sometimes not shown for items I am looking at, and they removed the price check kiosks. If I use my phone, the prices dont match what the in store price actually is. There are so many items in the main aisles that customers are constantly bumping into each other, simply because this store stays so busy and that wasnt accounted for when setting up merchandise pallets. The only reason why I still shop this one is because the 23rd street is even worse, with rude employees.

Its all about managing people, employees, merchandise, food, parking and too many other jobs and services to mention here but Walmart does a pretty good job IMHO. The one thing they could improve on is the grounds and car park maintenance ie, sweep & pick up the trash regularly. I do understand that the customer pays for all of it one way or the other. Sam Walton would be proud.

No big surprises here. Standard Walmart operating procedures. Out of stock on quite a number of things - quite possibly associated with the backlog of shipped cargo in Southern California. Fair prices although not always the best if you know how to do your shopping. Moderately clean restrooms. Its just your regular Walmart!

This store is usually stocked up and hoping, today was no different. Had what I needed and a selection of them as well. Fast in and out thanks to the lawn and garden entrance. And a close parking spot top.

One of my favorite Walmarts in Bay County. Everyone is very courteous and helpful with exceptional customer service. The store is usually very well put together and clean. They always have a better variety of goods. I love the garden center because their plants are always in great condition as well as a huge selection. They already have Halloween, Christmas, and Thanksgiving decorations and products in a couple different areas of the store. Bathrooms are usually pretty clean and I love how the stall doors arent covered with signs about theft which makes me feel like Im in a target. I just wish they had more variety as well as cheaper selections of notebooks and journals for college students but their school products go fast of course. Arts and crafts has a very large selection which gets me every time 😂 electronics section could use more products like mobile game controllers and joy stick grips. The prices on airpods are fairly cheap compared to most places. Even their $5 headphones they sell near the checkout area are amazing quality, csome of my favorite ones to get if I cannot afford air pods. all in all this is a very inviting Walmart that is impressive in many ways. COVID VACCINES are always in stock and they are very professional while also making you laugh and smile.

Placed an online order, they canceled one item saying it was unavailable. Go to the store and they have over a dozen. Guess their staff didnt want to pickup a car battery!

This Lynn Haven Wal-Mart is a shopping event every time you visit. The isles are so roomy you dont even notice if theyre crowded with people and the store is always spotless. They have an enormous selection of goods and merchandise including a full service grocery store, money, auto and lawn centers, eye care center, hair and nail boutiques, and a concession area. This is an all inclusive retain merchandise department store in one HUGE box! Additionally, for spirit minded shoppers, they have a wine, beer and liquor store next door. You could literally spend the entire day here and walking shoes are highly recommended!.

So just had the pleasure (again) to deal with a supervisor at the Customer Service desk that works at this store. She certainly doesnt understand dealing with customers at all. She is condescending and has zero care. Had an issue with a car battery warranty, when I stated that the process was unacceptable, she simply said Well if we let everyone return batteries under a warranty and gave them a full warranty on the new one, wed never make any money on batteries...Really? Why would you say that to a customer? Then I said Id write to Walmart to which she replied...go ahead and write them. Her voice was clear as to say, they wont care, and youll see you are wasting your time. Then I asked to speak to the Store Manager, who wasnt there, but I did talk to a manager about her lack of customer service and care. To be clear, this is the second time Ive had the unpleasantries of dealing with this person. The store needs to address her behavior.

Always find what I need and more. Needs more cashiers, at checkout. You would think that this large company could afford more cashiers. It takes to long to check out.

1st covid shot. Didnt have to wait long. Very good professional staff. Little sick the next day but not their fault. Must have had a small reaction to the vaccine.

They are always stocking during the day, and it is in the most busiest time of the day. Where you cant find nothing, or even go down an aisle.. Walmart should have them stocking shelves when the store is closed, and have a minimum of people stocking during the day.

I had left my phone at the self checkout after I had checked out, didnt realize it till sometime later, I returned to self checkout and the same employee that was working the area at the time, he took me to where the phone was turned in at and personally retrieved my phone for me. I appreciate that the employee went out of his way to take care of me at the time.

I have always thought that this particular Super Walmart had their store set up in the most ridiculous, inconvenient way and I hadnt shopped there for anything but I one or two item trip since probably before H.M. but I did last week and I wont be experiencing that again! They have somehow made it even worse. If they had it set up so it wasnt so stupidly backwards they could have sold me probably another$100 worth of products. But instead Ill be going elsewhere

Checked out Halloween decorations i got so excited,,love holidays,,and a couple shirts on clearance,,it was awesome!good deals,got my first blow up 6ft decor..which would probably be like 80 or 100$ at spirit Halloween for sure,only 30$ yayy

Its a nice store, but borders on being too big. On a busy day, its a trek from your car to the store, then once you get inside its like a stadium. I felt like a bicycle might have been handy in there to get to the furthest points of the store.

Convenient, but food stock lately has been slim pickins...as with everywhere. The self checkout process at this store has a super slow scan time.. I do like the self checkout as an option, but would prefer to see more actual cashiers please.

Store is nice inside and the employees I have encountered have been awesome, but when I went it we had rung up SEVERAL books that my 7 year old wanted. They all rang in correctly, but it would not let us pay for them. The cashier would not call a manager over and kept giving me a reason they all had to be taken off. I have never had an issue like this that a manager could not fix and ring up another way, but the cashier would not call a manager.

During my check out at the self checkout, store employees provided me with exceptional assistance with an issue I was having with the use of multiple services I was attempting to use to finance my items. The employees were patient, courteous, and very knowledgeable with all of the different services that I was attempting to use. With out this assistance, I would not have been successful with my purchases.

Had car oil and filter change before a planned trip. Watched car pulled up to front. I watched from the window as my hood was raised. Oil was added. Dipstick test finished, then hood closed. No fluids were checked, no tests of headlights, tire pressure, or ATF checked, power stearing reservoir also not checked. I went out side and asked how were the fluids and tire pressure as im planning a trip? He looked me in the eye and said they were fine! I asked him how he knew that when he didnt even check them? I told him I was watching thru the window the whole time. He re opened the hood and started to do the service. Yet my work order showed all those procedures had been done! Poor management and no supervision. Sept.15, 2021. (Senior 73)

UPDATE 10-30-21: Reviewing my posts, this Walmart is a great store, and the parking is adequate. People are warm and helpful. Highly recommend. Lots of parking space and easy to get around, plus an ON SITE GAS STATION, usually the best price in Calloway.This is a pretty busy Walmart, so early mornings are always best. Its always well stocked, and the staff is friendly to help. I recommend this Walmart, most definitely.May 19, 2021. If you can avoid this place right now, plus at least a couple weeks, its your best bet.If you can avoid this Walmart and go to another one you will be happy you did. The parking lot is a zoo, construction related remodeling.Come back when its finished. Ill keep this thread fresh. ✓5-19-21

Upon entering the store there were no carts available, when I asked the the greeter for one because I needed to get 80lbs of litter and 40 lbs of food I was told there was nothing she could do..... really and you want people to hurt themselves trying to carrier that much weight. I took a cart from a customer who was leaving the store which the greeter never offered to disinfect only to find out what I drove out of my way to get was not in the shelves ( it stated online that it was in stock and listed the isle ) I asked the manager if she could give me two 20lb litter for the price of the 40lb ( your own brand ) and I was told no that it would be in stock in 3 days. I just left the cart and refused to purchase any if my other items, I’ve never run across such horrible customer service in my life! Little to say they have lost a customer, I’m sure they could care less

Black Friday was very very crowded but for the most part there was a big supply with the exception of the 128gb memory cards. It would be better if you didnt have to walk all over the store to find items. Many of them werent near their dept. Other than that, other shoppers were polite and friendly and we had fun!

No one knew where a product was. I asked five different people. I normally prefer the Lynn Haven one vs others, but I fear this is a trend with all stores right now. Very unhappy. I believe I will just get what I usually get in store, and order the odd stuff online.

Not one manager on duty, flowers that are dying arent on clearance. Asked for manager was told she was coming and then she went to lunch. Team lead cant make any decisions to help out customers

Appreciate early shopping hours for seniors. There is a need for the electric shopping carts, for mobility challenged shoppers, to to get a little TLC. They are in rough condition.

Was waiting for a TV to come back in stock. 7 showed up. I went to get one and the lady at the tv area desk would not acknowledge me or another woman waiting. I asked another associate and they said if its not on the shelf they dont have it. The register person was nice and offered to find out. They called the same person and of coarse said it was out of stock.So as I left I placed a pickup for tomorrow to get it. 30 miles I have to drive again to get something nobody would check on.Had problems here before. Hate myself for going back to Walmart.After tomorrow Im going somewhere else and never recommending them to anyone again. I know this big company wont care.

Self checkout is only for card paying customers now. Oh but you wont find out for yourself until youve waiting on the crowded line for 17min only to see for yourself on the screen. Went to Lynn Haven Walmart on July 22 2021 and they did not have bags to put your items in! Plus I can’t tell you how many times I have been there and no shopping carts inside the store. Glad I had just a few items

Very nice store but the fishing section has been empty for over a week. Lots of empty shelves throughout the store but there are thousands of tourists in the area.

Online grocery pickup is great. The store is clean and hasn’t had horrible lines when I’ve been ther.

Its a big store. In fact it was the largest concept Walmart Supercenter at one time. I have found the associates to be extremely helpful in assisting me with a couple of issues that got involved. Great people, selection and of course..... Value.

Fitting room needs more attention during the early morning hours.No one was present when I went to try on some clothes around 7:30AMWalked u front to a register to request assistance.

Im plus size and the shirts are often to short also the Sun and sky and time and true jeans are always out of the large sizes. They are a plus size brand!

Walmart is Walmart. This one is by far the best in this area. Pier park Walmart is always packed and really hard to get to so I suggest going here or the one on front beach

Came here to exchange a battery and they wont do it, even though the battery is 6 months old and the woman said the battery has a charge. But it doesnt!! They dont even know how to use the battery tester machine. They had to read the manual. We asked for a manager and they said they will not exchange the battery because the Walmart associate tested it and thats it. My boyfriend is a Master Mechanic. If he says its dead, its dead. We have no reason to lie.

Trying to buy a beach bike is impossible. They wont let you just buy one and order it for you. You must call the store daily & see if one came in and then get it purchased before anyone else can. Seems too difficult. Why not just let us buy the bike and have it shipped to the store like they do most everything else??

It is a very busy store, and for it to be so busy you would think they would have more check out lanes open but they dont.If you are in a hurry dont go because you will be very upset for waiting.The staff are very nice and pleasant.

Need more workers sat on line to check out for over 30 minutes . Im about ready to start shopping somewhere else besides a Walmart . People are rude dont wear mask and dont stay their distance . This is been happening since this virus started last yr. WalMart not making people wear mask when it says mandatory to wear mask to enter . When reported months ago I was told We cant make them wear them . I dont believe that you wear it or leave the establishment .

Had an online order set for pick up. I called the number to check in. I was told to check in through the app which was on my wifes phone at home. Called my wife and had her check in. Fast forward by 1hr, still havent gotten my order. It took a total of 1 and a half hours to get my order. Its better than the last time I guess. I was missing 3 items from my order that I was charged for. Was told it would be refunded, which is why they have 2 stars instead of 1.

Our store in Chipley is the best from the door greeter to the service desk. Great experience no need to go to ANOTHER town.

My granddaughter and I enjoyed our time .I taken her in for graduating 5th grade for a job will done . I let her pick what she wanted.53.29$ in clothing .5 star 🌟 for a clean store.

I always love shopping at Wal-Mart and this one is my favorite of all the ones in my county. So many sales going on and awesome hidden clearance items. Always have your Walmart app open so you can scan products as well because sometimes they are marked down without being labelled. I love a great bargain.

Absolutely the worse store to use for delivery. NEVER use their delivery if you dont have to. Every time I have paid for their Expedited two hour delivery, it NEVER shows up as promised and I end up having to cancel the order. I have yet to receive one single order where all my items came. Numerous times I have had to call and tell them I was cheated out of the items and billed for them. If you do not watch and audit your order EVERY time, you WILL be billed for items you did not receive. Also, they send expired or on the verge of expired products to those that order online so you get the oldest products and not the freshest. Very dissatisfied with this location. As you can see by the image, it is well past my scheduled delivery time and they havent even pulled the order. Terrible service.

This is the best Walmart I have ever been in. The selection is amazing and the workers are very friendly and eager to help. Everyone involved in this location is doing an excellent job.

Since we are in college town it is hard to find things when the students are here. We need a bigger store with more quantity of the items used everyday.

Way too pricey.fruits are terrible veggies go bad quick, milk spoils even before date and Solomon in Titusville prescriptions is one nasty employee rude to patrons and very nasty to employees.Walmart hasnt done anything when you call and complain .You would think somethings going on in the hey 50 store pharmacy in Titusville.Always new people and the best ones leave because of Solomon.No one could work with him.

Lynn Haven WalMart is definitely one of the best WalMart stores around here to shope at. Its clean, not usually crowded and has a better selection of merchandise than some of the other stores.

The prices at Walmart are very reasonable. This one is one we like better then the Calloway FL Walmart. However, the layout of this store is so different than any other Walmart we have ever been in that it makes it more difficult to find things.

Only the manager has a key to the game cabinets and the manager doesnt come in till around 7:30 even though the store opens at 6am. So Nintendo, Playstion or Xbox games are unavailable on release dates unless you plan around the managers schedule..... The Wal Mart in Lynn Haven, Fl is utterly useless if you need any form of assistance, no one give a single darn in that place.
