I had two other companies give me estimates for repair/replace my garage door. The other two companies quoted $475 and $395 to replace my current opener. Overhead Door Professional adjusted the spring, oiled the track and only charged $85!! The opener works perfectly!! Call Overhead Door Professional Services. The lady on the phone was super nice and the repair guy (Mike, I think) was very informative.

Hi. I just wondering how reasonable prices are that people mentioning here ???I m mad 😡!! One day off and didn’t wanna wait another week to fix the door, And have my brand new car stay outside . I guess that’s why I paid this much.Bcz today I was RIPPED OFF!!!! The belt with online cost $69, I paid for replacing the belt $180. It took 15 min to do the job. Where the other money go?? Ridiculous!!!! 🤗😱😡😡

I called this company for an estimate BEFORE hurricane Michael, 9/24, and was given a verbal quote over the phone of 1600.00. I never received a written quote so I called back to see if I could get the quote. I was told they never came to my house but when the CSR asked the estimator if he came out he said yes. The CSR said the estimator would have to come out again so I asked when that could be scheduled and she said she would get back with me but never called back. She also never called back each time I called about the quote when she said she would. I suppose since the hurricane they do not need the business. I even gave her an out and said if they did not have time to do the work just let me know so I could call another company. I did call another company, Precision, they came out and I was even sent a text about the estimator and his pic so I would know who to expect. They even honored the price overhead had given me over the phone.

I called to see if I could get someone out to give me an estimate. The lady asked where I lived and when I told her Callaway she then told me that they would not go out there that they are only going to do people in Lynn Haven. Must be nice they can be so selective and dont want business from other bay countians.

Outstanding service and help!!Door quit working so I called these folks. They told me to look around for a GFCI outlet in my garage, maybe it was popped and on the same circuit. Sure enough, that’s what it was!! Saved me the fee to have a technician come out and any time he/she would have taken. Outstanding service!!!!

I have had two services by Overhead Door Professionals. They are the best! Very reasonable, and prompt. I would definetly recommend this company to anyone who needs garage door service.
