Great helpful folks. They have the unusual stuff that you cannot get at the big-box stores, and they know what they have. They know WHERE the item is. Great store.

Alot more personable than the who know who box stores. When I did need help the staff were able to take me straight to the item. So many times else where items could not be found and the same answer would be if you go online blah blah blah How many times have you asked your toilet can you wait a few days until a new repair kit arrives? Well dont. Go to your local Ace!

On 3/5/20 I ordered an item to pick up in the store. By the time it arrived, I was unable to go pick it up. I called the store and said I wasn’t going to be able to pick it up and they said it was no problem, that after a week it would be returned and I would be refunded. Well, I believed them and didn’t think much more of it until I went to re-order the bee trap that I needed. Now they claim that the order was picked up. Despite the fact that they never sent me an email saying the order was picked up or completed or anything like that. It was not picked up by me. The online customer service people say that they only keep records for 30 days after the purchase, however according to their records this item was marked as picked up more than 30 days after the purchase. So that should not have been possible. I guess they figured after it had sat there that long without it being questioned that they were free to keep it. It wasn’t a ton of money, only 20 bucks, but it is a reason why people shop at Amazon. Because that wouldn’t have happened there. I know I won’t be shopping here again.Edit. I can’t figure out how to reply to Ace Hardware‘s response below, but yeah. Yeah, I’m talking about something that happened a year ago. Doesn’t change the fact that it happened. It’s been a crazy year, and frankly I’ve had other things on my mind than chasing down Ace hardware for a $20 refund that should’ve required no action whatsoever on my part.

If you need anything electrical-breakers. Dont go. Their online page was incorrect plus they brought the wrong PVC type for conduit. My your experience be better. Or just go into Panama City

Hard to make a decisive rating on a place like Ace Hardware because you think theyre all the same.The one in Lynn Haven is not, from T-Mac on the floor who knows everything in the world about everything in there, to Lisa and the girls behind the counter its just like going to visit family when youre going to buy a hammer LOL.Not to take anything away from the rest of the team, those are just the two that I interact with the most.

Perfect place to find random nuts,bolts,screws,washers etc.staff very friendly and helpful definitely suggest trying here first rather than larger chain thats impossible to get individual service due to high volumes of customers and huge stores that take forever to locate the specific product u looking for..

I come here often. Very friendly and helpful staff.Military discount.Much nicer to shop here than the huge stores.Only giving 4 stars because it is very difficult to find anything made in the USA.Oh yeah, my yellow lab loves it here also!

You may pay just a little more but the people are helpful and it is much quicker to get in and out of than the big guys. Super time saver.

Very nice place, everyone is nice, they also have a propane refill on the premises. Refill bbq tanks or pull up your RV to get it filled up. Easy in and out. I go in with a 36 Foretravel Diesel pusher w/10 trailer, you are literally on a back road filling, strait in and out. And reasonably priced, 1st or 2nd cheapest around.

Over priced and out dated. Tractor supply is a mile away so go there lol. If your in a pinch and need something small it aint so bad but the tools are Dewalt or Craftsman... thats it

Go there often and the staff is outstanding. It is a little more expensive than some other places, but its worth it to not have to deal with long lines and employees that dont want or know how to help you. The ACE rewards program actually works! They have what I need 99% of the time and the staff will help find it quickly! I do wish they would carry 18 roller naps though😉.. Awesome store!

Ace is expensive. Very. The service here is great until you are in a hurry. They also have limited knowledge of what they actually stock. The wares are great tho and it’s almost never busy so if you know where to go to n there then it’s convenient.

I prefer to shop at any other hardware store. However Ace was the closest. The only good thing about my visit was the cashier. She was so friendly. I am 36 years old. Every other associate treated me like a thieving child.

Friendly staff always willing to help you find what you need. I dont think Ive ever been in and someone not ask if I needed help. My go-to place for everyday hardware items. They also have a nice selection of plants in the spring.

Service was excellent and they were well stocked.

Needed an odd sized nut and bolt. Thought to myself there was no way theyd have one in stock but stopped anyway. Low and behold they had it. Their selection of fasteners was impressive. And they have helpful friendly staff too. Ill be shopping here more often.

Very nice new hardware store in Lynn Haven. Its been there several years but it has been closed for about 7 months after hurricane Michael! Theyve done a nice restoration in the store is Scott with all of your home project needs! It is a little expensive but personal service helps to make up for that. You need to at least give it a try. Its a nice store to browse through!

If I could give zero stars I would. Went to find a simple screw every store associate i ask 3 total were rude. Told me the aisle. I said Ive been looking for 30 minutes and cant find it. Only to be told well its not there then. No help. The helpful place huh. Yeah right

Had everything I needed

This is one of my favs in Lynn Haven. Its also right down the street from my fav coffee house, Wild Root. The people at Ace are super helpful and nice. Like genuinely nice. No fake smiles. I appreciate that. Also, good pricing and good selection.

I love good old fashioned Ace hardware stores! You dont have to walk a mile from the parking lot, you can check out fast and everyone is friendly. Much better than those big box stores.

An older gentleman who works there fixed my antique lamp with a $5. new socket. Took him about 30 minutes. No extra labor charge. That was terrific in my book.

Tanner was so helpful. He even went to the back to fine ladybugs for my garden!

I have shopped all the Ace hardware stores in the county and yes there is one closer, but I thought I would drive up to Lynn Haven to pick up some household needs. Walked in and was immediately greeted by all of the associates, shown every aisle that had the items we needed. Ask for Charlotte or David, but they all were courteous and helpful.

Im so glad ACE opened up in our area. Its so quick to be able to just run down the street for home repair items. Helpful and friendly staff.

Always have what I need

Lynnhaven Ace hardware is an extremely pleasant place to go shopping. The staff is extremely helpful knowledgeable and most importantly in my personal opinion attentive to their customers needs and desires. I would highly recommend going here instead of the big box stores when you need a few items back to what you are doing quickly.

Limited. I needed popcorn ceiling spray. (40 pound bag) they only carry upshot..... The spray can type. You cant do a whole ceiling with upshot. Good store for small projects. If your a pro, make sure you only need small stuff. Also, very friendly staff! Great store!

Super friendly stuff, easy in and out, convenient parking Vs large store 15 min parking and another 15 min walking to the right department and another 15 mins trying to find someone to assist you with it. Just saying. Prices a bit higher, but not bad at all.

Ace hardware always has name brand equipment that does last you a long time the people are very nice in the store is very clean. But you will never pay a fair price when youre at Ace hardware. It is always overly priced to the point you almost want to leave and drive somewhere else.

I love to support local businesses and although Ace costs a little more they make up for it with their friendly and helpful staff

Went to buy water hoses and other accessories and everything we picked up was labeled wrong. They blamed customers picking stuff up and moving things. I could understand on some stuff but not a full rack of hoses and nozzles. I understand its the end of the day and people want to go home but there was no customer service at all

I like the smaller hardware store for sure. Theres always someone to help and you aint gotta walk 12 miles to get from the PVC pipe to the paint. And they have had everything that Ive stopped in to get so far. And ACE has quality products like Craftsman and DeWalt.

The Lynn Haven Ace is a nice neighborhood hardware store. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Its a little small but packed. If you are in need of a Big Green Egg or BGE accessories and or parts they can get them for you.

Like many women I went to get something else and remembered I needed a Set screw. Well I knew what I wanted just couldnt think of what it was called. I explained it to the gentleman and walked around the corner to the scews got me the set screw I needed. He was very helpful, patient, and didnt make me feel stupid because I couldnt remember the name. This is how all of my visits are at this Ace hardware.
