Great store and great employees. Great place to shop and get assistance when you need it. Always a good experience when visiting. Pickup and return process is excellent. If I have any issues, anywhere, I do make a point of expressing how I feel and explain the situation. I make it a point to clearly express my requirements for a device I am looking to purchase. I make an effort to purchase through Best Buy through here (in store buying or online pickup).
The greeter at the door was super friendly and pointed me exactly where I needed to go to get an HDMI cable. Fast and friendly, sounds like good customer service to me.
Went in to get an sd card for my phone. I was directed to the appropriate area. I then went over to the cell phone area of the store and an associate glady put it in for me. Nice, quick, knowledgeable, service.
I usually buy computers here, and I like that they have the Geek Squad: They prefer that you make an appointment if you need to take your computer in when youre having problems with it, but if theyre not too busy they can help you right away. Heres a good thing: They match prices to anything you find elsewhere. Example: I needed a new laptop charger, and the salesman actually went onto the Amazon website for me, found the same item I was going to buy in-store, and gave me the $20 bucks off to match the Amazon item price! FYI: They carry major appliances, microwave ovens, vacuums, and such, not just phones and computers. I believe that the salespeople are not on commission, also, so they dont pressure customers to buy things. Yay!
What can you really say? The store is usually half stocked. The employees are usually friendly, somewhat professional and have half the answers. Other than that each Best Buy is constant in all of that.
Some employees are welcoming and motivated others dont care about their job and give a disgusting attitude.Those employees who want to work have a great knowledge of their products and services which is very helpful for those customers who are not.
Im looking into buying a gaming laptop for the first time as someone who knows nothing about computers. I was pretty nervous, because as a woman Ive had experiences of folks looking down on me or trying to rip me off due to my lack of knowledge. My experience here was the complete opposite! I spoke to Iman and explained to him that I wasnt quite ready to buy yet, and that this first visit was to scout out my options and learn more about the hardware of gaming computers. He understood and respected this, which was a great start. He walked me through all of my options, explained what everything meant, and metaphorically held my hand along the way. Plus, he was very friendly! This Best Buy has an A+ employee on their hands.
Not the best customer service. And they didnt quite have the computer we wanted. Instead we got one which was slightly more expensive and it seemed like we were inconviniencing the sales guy... oh well. At least check out was easy...
I dont generally use a big box store for my shopping needs, but purchasing a laptop was something I didnt want to do online. The associate who helped me was very accommodating. I had a couple different choices in mind and they had one of them for pickup that day, but at a different location. It seemed like a very popular model, so to make sure I could get one he called the other store to make sure they had one in stock. I was able to make my purchase and pick it up from the other location. Even though he appeared to be working solo, he took the time to make my experience a very good one! Props Best Buy, I will definitely be a return customer!

By far, one of my top 3 experiences happened at Best Buy in Lynnwood, Washington. Taylor was extremely helpful, going as far as getting a cart and picking out all of the items we needed to outfit my daughter for her new online/remote job. What couldve taken several hours, was done in 30 minutes, tops. Thank you Taylor!

I just wish they didnt get rid of there physical movie section (or most of it) if they are making space then they should definitely have room now to organize the video games neatly and all visibly, not just having the title cards and games behind other than games. Dont you want to sell them? Also garbage point system for members. Its tiered yearly, so even if you spend a bunch of money they they will only remember your contribution for 365 days. Then treated like a newbie. Even if that wasnt the case with the tiers, who thinks its a great incentive to award the members $5 dollars off?! I do! But wait you only get a $5 certificate every $250 bucks you spend..and it expires. Lol garbage policies who created these, the CEO and investors? Great looking out definitely my best buy.
Finally someone that offers Excellent Customer Service and can hopefully finally fix my truck and get it running again after 5 months and several failed attempts by other places. Staff is always friendly at this location, and checkout times have improved over the last year. Curbside pickup is quick if youre in a hurry, and the selection is nice despite Covid related supply issues.

Depending on the city,, the lynnwood best buy is closer to us. I had to buy a product that that store was out of, do to high demand. But the best buy in everett had 3. Overall I rather stay closer to home.

I bought a refrigerator that was missing parts and I did not know it from the Best buy outlet. I thought it just had a couple of dings in it and thats why it had a lower price. After getting it home loading it into my house I realized that it was missing all the stuff for the ice maker I called about the warranty which they said it had it would not cover it I had to buy everything for it now the refrigerator is leaking water I spent 1500 bucks on it not too happy

Please be careful while ordering for delivery.I placed an order for a refrigerator, washer and dryer on May-25--2021, worth $4700. But now Im really regret ordering from best buy, the staff in the store was good, but the delivery and installation....... is the worst experience in my life.... more than 25 days my appliances not delivered, and Bestbuy holding my money without any proper clarification
Nice place but was hard to find people to help. They were completely out of Portable air conditioners and it took me for ever to find out that. Bit how can be out if they know the demand is going to be high with this heat wave and they did not order enough ??
Always get great service here. I dont mind the employees all asking if I need help either because at some point while Im shopping there I usually wind up having a question about a product whether its about reviews, quality, location, similar products and product comparisons. Theres always someone there who can help.
Spent less then 30 minutes in the store with Kyle. He got me the exact phone I wanted, case and even transferred my service to the new phone. He was honest, genuine and went above and beyond. Never disappointed when I go to Best Buy.
Nice & large Best Buy location, has a great selection of everything electronics and appliances aside from occasionally getting their shelves picked clean due to sales. The gaming section can be kind of barren sometimes but I attribute this to their discounts and high demand. Really love shopping here they always have everything we need and the store is clean and well kept. Easy to navigate layout and close to everything, a must see.
I purchased the Aftershokz bone conduction headphones. Store had one on display that I could try. Best customer service and the tech who helped was equally excited as I was, in knowing the features of these headphones as these are pretty new in technology - bone conduction!!I recommend this store and I was in and out of the store within 15 minutes and happy with what I got. Thanks again!!

Highly disappointed in the poor customer service at Best Buy. What reputable company only offers customers 15 days to return at item? If you buy online they wont accept your return in store, even though the online return process wont allow you to ship an item back and tells you to return in store. Managers were not helpful. Ended up I couldnt return my item and had to troubleshoot with bestbuy.com. I didnt even exceed the 15 day return limit and I still couldnt return my item. Never buying from Best buy again, shady business tactics.
Has a good amount of stuff to choose from, but somehow Ive managed to always need what they are out of stock of. So, more often than not Im better going to a different best buy, or simply ordering online.
My daughter and I went in to Best Buy with hopes of finding a TV wall mount for her. The selection was rather disappointing, hence the two star rating.I begin at three stars and if Im pleasantly surprised by the selection, quality, service and/or price Ill add stars. When Im disappointed, stars are lost.
Always come through clutch for me, even if I had to wait a few extra minutes in my car for curbside pickup. Worth it! Thanks guys!
The people here are always very nice and they are super helpful when I come in with any problems. There has only been one person at this store that was rude to me when I expressed my issues and I was able to quickly get somebody else to help me instead who was very nice and accommodating
It was fine- pre-ordered for pickup. Fast easy process, but knocking off a star because they didnt have 1 of the 2 items Id ordered when the website said they did. I ended up going out on the floor to grab a different (more expensive cable). Stuff happens, but knocking off a star becaiwe its at least a little annoying :)
Not crowded. Associates were nice. Was willing to walk to other side of store to help me find the item i was looking for. Unfortunately, they no longer had one. No biggie, it is probably not a real high volume item. The offer was nade to order it and have it in a day or two. I appreciated that option for if it had of been something I really wanted soon

Best Buy? Depends on what you are looking for and when. Helpful staffs and theyre really great but there arent any great selections as far as classic arcade game options. Nearly 500$ for one single game + 3 extra games youll never play? Pandora box is much cheaper and it has over 4-5,000 preinstalled games and 20,000 more to download.
Return of item bought online. Cashiers were friendly and quick. Very easy in and out. Nice location.

Horrible experience trying to curbside buy a smartphone. I was promised that I would get it that evening (I rely on my phone due to health issues, so getting it the same day was very important). The store didnt have any phone numbers to call to get status. Waited for 2 hours, 2 different employees told me it would be coming. Watched the manager close the store and he said there was nothing he could do... Blah, blah, blah... Poor customer service. Cancelled my order and wont be back. Got my phone from Amazon....
They were very helpful in my process to find camera I wanted. Just sadly shipping was gonna take to long to get it. So I had to go else wear. But I got a great deal on a go pro hero 9 and attachments. So that was a plus.

Someone actually asked me if I needed help at a best buy, props to the bearded gentleman whose one of the only ones in a best buy who actually said more then hello after I actually needed some help. Unfortunately they were all out of all the printers I wanted, and most every printer.... A for effort, but you cant score a sale without product.
I had some issues with my moms new Samsung S20 device so I took it to Bestbuy store and met Samsungs representative there whose name was Fransisco who helped me on those issues and fixed my moms device. I got some helps also regarding the setting on her phone like making apps more accessible to use. He was one of the best ever helper to me who done great services on mom device. I would like to thank Bestbuy and Samsungs representative for the great job
I bought an ipad online at Best Buy and paid for the quick shipping, so I could get the ipad by the time I wanted it. After paying for the quick shipping I realized it only applied to the screen protector and the ipad was not going to arrive as quickly as I has wanted. Within 2 minutes of placing the order I asked Best Buy to cancel it. They said they could not do this and that I could basically just waste my time returning it. So thats what I ended up having to do.When I finally got the ipad, I went to Lynnwood Best Buy to do my return and I was informed ipads must be returned within 15 days not the standard 30 days and that they could only do store credit as opposed to just give me back the money they basically stole from me. I explained that I tried to cancel this order immediately when I learned it would not actually ship quickly. They did not care in the least bit.In my opinion Best Buy is taking advantage of people during the pandemic. Most every other store is extending their return policy. Meanwhile best buy makes it so highly sought after ipads need to be returned within just 15 days. Its ridiculous and terrible customer service. 1 star for Best Buy Corporate and 1 star for Best Buy Lynnwood.
This best buy always has whatever you need and really friendly staff. Whats keeping this from being 5 stars is the cleanliness levels of the store. Layers upon layers of dust... everywhere! Not very reassuring that they wipe down their products periodically throughout the day or even really. My fiance had to stop me from wiping things down as we shopped for a new gaming laptop...because well....it was bad...
If you need an electronic these guys probably have it. Typically quick and easy.
All the staff here are so friendly and helpful. Their rewards program is great also.
Would not recommend going here. Poor staff capacity means you will be ledt stranded waiting to buy something. They have 4 best buy employees standing at the front door chatting yet no one at places where it matters. Pretty bad customer service.

I have been struggling with Android Auto for ages. I was told to get a better charger butWhen I went to Best Buy the salesman grabbed a Sampson charger and gave it to me looking at me like I was crazy. Today I went in and GREG heard my problem, went out to my car with me and in seconds he had it working. He really understood the problem and was helped me. Awesome person.

Service sucks at this Best Buy. I went in to buy a 70 inch TV. Nobody wanted to help me. Even when I was trying to load the TV on a cart they just watched me.

This is a good place to get electronics though I suggest doing your homework on the price of what you buy because they will charge you more than the going rate if you dont.
Stopped by the store today. Wasnt too crowded. They are not heavily staffed and are taking the necessary precautions to ensure the store isnt too crowded. There is a process for people who are just browsing and for those looking for assistance. We were just browsing but occasionally had folks check in if we needed help with anything, which was good. The selection of large kitchen appliances here is good. A wide variety within a broad price range. The typically also price match if someone else is selling a product they carry, for a lower price.
Fairly busy and hard to socially distant but far from the worst Best Buy in this regards. Easy to get in and out which helps. Clean and secure as well. Recommend this Best Buy. Staff was very friendly as well.

IT’S IMPOSSIBLE TO GO THRU WHEN YOU CALL AND WISH TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE AT THE STORE. Today was my third time being one the phone on hold after going through the annoying machine option for like 25 minutes, first time was 50 minutes, second time I waited 30 minutes. This time I figured the same would happen. I have a very simple couple of questions that would take 2 minutes to answer and I don’t see necessary to drive 7 miles just for that.Fix your telephone assistance issues, it is vital now during this pandemic to have efficient remote help.

Customer service is decent. They do charge tax on gift cards so as a consumer you are paying tax twice. But if you do pay for a warranty protection for your product and have a receipt. It was a painless process.
I totally agree going with Amazon is more convenient. Spent my time getting here to support a business with local employees, then waited around for 10 minutes while he’s flirting with a customer on weather and school and food. By the time it’s my turn asking for an Aftershokz headphones ($160). He said “we don’t have them on display. If we have them will be in this shelf” and walked off. A girl earned 10 min of his time, a guy earned 30 seconds flat. I still believe in local stores, will get from Bellevue Best Buy instead. Amazon could have had it to me by now.UPDATE: go to REI to get this instead.

Extremely disappointed at Best Buy delivery service.I ordered a refrigerator and a washer/dryer combo for my new home, and I specifically noted that the refrigerator needs to go to the 2nd floor and washer/dryer needs to go up to the 3rd floor and stacked.Best Buy sent 2 people on May 8 to deliver the appliances but they wont go upstairs, saying they need a 4-men team. Best Buy should have known better, but fine. I rescheduled the installation appointment for May 12th, and the agent said they will send a 4-men team and my appointment will be the first on that day so I can expect installation from 7AM to 9AM.On May 12th, nobody came before 9AM. At 9:20 a two-person dispatch team called me and asked what exactly do I need them to do. Apparently the agent rescheduling the service on May 8 did not put in a request for 4-men team properly. So now I have to reschedule the service to May 14th. The delivery service department said they wont be able to confirm whether a 4-person team will be guaranteed until previous day at 5PM.I will find a local appliance installation company instead if Best Buy cant do their job on May 14th. Will never buy anything from Best Buy again.
Nice store employees are Courteous, only thing they didnt have stock in on alot of products. It could have been that they just ran out or theyre waiting for the delivery. All in all 👍👍

Whats the point? Other than physically touching a product...the people know nothing and just tell you to look online. I needed a for deep fryer, not an air fryer, that night for Fondue dinner. The website said they had 2 in-store. No one there could find them. They blamed the website for an inventory error. Clue-less people working the place.

Matthew in the mobile department was fantastic. Despite a stressful situation with the carrier, he kept it positive and really worked with us to try and get things resolved.

Waited a very long time for help. Did not get the product I needed. Was sold an item not compatible with my phone plan and was told to activate with carrier. Carrier told me to bring it back. Customer next to me was very disgruntled with his service and charges. He was also upset that the fees were not disclosed at time of purchase. I thought the guy was going to go bezerk and level the place. Feel bad for the staff member that was trying to deescalate the situation. I will not be returning to this store.
