Shawn and Vicky are amazing and they do equally amazing work! They worked hard for me and worked well with USAA. The car looks like when I took it off the showroom floor a few weeks earlier. Well worth the 2 hour drive to get here.

Went in to get my Rear end of my truck fixed. The truck looks amazing the Workmanship and not only that. They replaced my rear tail light cover that was broken. Also there was a leak on my rear mirror and they got with me and fixed it on the spot. All these little things plus vacuumed and washed the Truck.Highly recommend these guys. A++++

This was the first time my vehicle had ever been involved in a fender bender that necessitated substantial repair so I was anxious about trying to find a reputable auto body shop. I am very happy to have found Mark 2 Collision. They did a phenomenal job and my car looks new again.

Did great work on my older car, one they normally wouldnt deal with because of the age. It was tough finding a key piece (bumper), but they did and the work was excellent. They were flexible with scheduling due to weather, but quick with the work once they had my car. They even bent my old bumper away from the tire when I got my estimate, sparing me damage on my low mileage tires!Be prepared to spend an hour or more there for the estimate, as they arent just going to eyeball it and shout out a number. Gotta really investigate and look up parts to make it a true estimate! My final cost was about what I expected going in, with no major surprises.

Choose them for their experience in the business. Very nice and will update when I get the work back. Hope I can add a star at that time.

This is hands down the best auto body shop around! They make you feel like family! They are super experienced with I surance companies and how the whole process works. (Which I am not) they explained everything from the quoting process to the rental cars and the pick up and drop off. I barely had to do anything but show up. Anytime any of my vehicles have needed body work I have come to them!

I would give 100 stars if I could. Mark 2s second inspection saved me thousands. Concerned my car wasnt safe to drive they shuffled appointments to get me in & insisted on driving me 30 min home so I didnt have to Uber. I was dreading the hours it would take to go through the adjuster > billing > rental car fiasco again & the insurance company was already pushing back on costs, but when Mark 2 called to tell me the big name repair shop that did initial repairs had left my car a complete disaster, theyd already coordinated it all. The GM of the insurance co was on his way out to see the poorly done work himself, billing was handled, & a rental car was scheduled to pick me up. They explained findings in detail, gave guidance on how to speak intelligently & what questions to ask as the claim was closed out, & then offered contact info of family friends when they heard I was worried about filing a diminished claim.Mark 2 was clear that their #1 priority was ensuring consumers were treated fairly & honestly, & provided with quality repairs. Having an advocate when youre otherwise playing a losing game makes all the difference in the world. Salt of the earth people who go out of their way because its the right thing to do, who take pride in their work & model their business off of the service they provide their community.. thats a one in a million find.I cant thank you enough Mark 2 & keep up the world class work, you CAN raise the standards in the auto repair industry & your customers will have your back like you have ours, each step of the way.
