So I took my car in for an oil change and a consult. It was vibrating when braking. This is the 3rd place I have had look at it, each place told me something different. The estimate that I received prior was good for the amount of work. They were able to get me right in the same day I called and did the work quickly. Now my car drives like a dream again and I owe it all to Scott and the guys at Goodyear. Thanks guys!

They had a busy schedule for the day but understood that I wanted it done as soon as possible. They were able to fit my in their schedule same day, and I made the sale on the car shortly after. On 11/1/21 we were in Lynwood WA making our way to the preseason Seattle Kraken game in Everett WA. Our rental car got a flat tire. Ben Hawkins and his crew were awesome. They couldn’t fix the flat, advised me to call the rental company. Eventually Ben and his crew got us a new tire and we made to the game for all the pre-game festivities! I called ahead to book an appointment which they said was unnecessary and to just come by. It was about a 35 min drive. I arrive and turns out they are booked until next Wednesday. I totally get that, but don’t tell me to waste my time driving after I called ahead only to tell me you can’t do it.

This is the only place I take my car to get worked on. They are honest, helpful, and don’t take advantage of people. Eric is the BEST! I know he’s got my cars best interest and won’t do unnecessary work. He’s kind, respectful, and always able to get me right in!

The staff is professional, knowledgable, and hardworking. Lobby is very clean and they always get my car done in a timely manner.

Ben was upfront on giving me the details to replace entire brakes on my daughters RSX Acura. He was clear on my estimate and it didn’t change after repairs was made. I spent more money “fixing” stuff here than I paid for the car in the first place.I had my coolant changed, yet it happened to be completely over-diluted, with wayyyy too much water in it. I was also told that they replaced the air filter, which they did not. I went here 3 times, because each time a new issue popped up within a day or two of getting my car back. After finally going to another shop I realized how much Goodyear completely ripped me off. A friend of mine also went to get their serpentine belt tightened, with no other issues happening to their car. However, the day after Goodyear, the car somehow lost all its coolant and completely overheated. I’d like to think it’s a coincidence, but after talking to some other people who had gone there I discovered that all of them had some issue or another pop up within a week of getting their car back from Goodyear.

The service and team are great to work with. I’ve been coming here almost 10yrs and always a pleasure see everyone.

I spent a LOT of money when I bought 4 Goodyear Eagle GTs from the Lynnwood, WA store. One tire was noisy straight away & when I reported this I was told that it was due to being new. Next week the noise was worse, they told me well get back in touch.2 weeks later there was definite wobble at freeway speeds that was getting worse & I ran my hands around to discover a bulged sidewall on the inside. When I took it back to be replaced under warranty I was told that it was caused by Road hazard damage & they wouldnt replace it.That was the last time Ill ever buy tires from this location.

I love Goodyear. I go to them for just about everything. I pay the extra because their warranties are amazing, they always honor them, and they treat me better than other mechanics. Being female, mechanics have thrown fits at me when I know my car and know what Im talking about. Goodyear hears me, believes me, and teaches me. They work with me on what I do or dont know and dont take advantage.Im pretty picky, and obnoxious about my car. Im hard to please, my car is my baby. And theyve won me over.

One hour and 15 minutes for oil change and tire pressure sensor!!! overpriced service $189 for oil Change (fully synthetic) and tire pressure sensor replacement.

I changed my 60000 warranty tire around year ago . I got flat tire and went there to fix it. They said tire is damaged and need to change all 4 new tire because I have all wheel drive and showed cost around $600 . They said my warranty does not work for damage because I have not hazard insurance. They did not tell me anything about hazard insurance and said will be replaced if anything happen in warranty time when I purchase new tire. Other tire shops showed me cheaper price for same tire than they offered. So it’s lost my time and money with them . Low quality tire they have and fake brand price. I don’t recommend this company’s tire and service.

Got brand new tires here and the low Air pressure Light keeps comes on. They keep giving me the run around on what I “may” be. They said it could be a sensor but when I took it to the dealer they said nothing is wrong with the sensor, it’s a new car.(there’s no nail or anything that damaged the tire).They don’t respect your time so if they say it will be 1 hour plan for two and a half even if you have an appointment. I recommend going to les Schwab or discount tire or somewhere else where if you have a problem they will respond quickly to get it resolved. I should’ve known better then to try a new place but lesson learned. Best of luck

I came in today to get a Goodyear tire put on a rim. They said it would take about an hour and a half. Called me 10 min ago to pick it up. As I arrive the tire is exactly where I left it with the not done. The cashier has no idea whats going on. Theres 0 reliability here, glad they dont accept upfront payments.

Poor communication. Come here if you want to wait 6+ hours to get a tire patched.

Been coming here for years. Their prices are competitive, their service is great but most of all I appreciate and admire the honesty and integrity of Eric, the manager. He has always been straightforward about what needs to done, what can wait, and the most cost effective ways of getting the necessary repairs. He presents options where available, listens to my concerns and does his best to meet them. Goodyear is lucky to have him, and I sure appreciate him.

I went in here to get a blown headlight replaced that was put in 6months ago,I still had my receipt from that service and they had no issue with the replacement. The service was quick, efficient and they were very pleasant about the task at hand. Was in and out within 15minutes.

Dillon did an amazing job on my oil change. He went above and beyond the service and took excellent care of my 2003 Volvo. He took extra precaution in making sure all aspects of the service was done correctly and made sure that I was provided an honest and best fitting service as I am not very car savvy. I would definitely come here again and would recommend anyone to get their oil change done here by Dillon.

Do not go here! The first time I came in here i needed an oil change my father has always done the oil changes on my car but now he’s older so I decided to go get one here. They told me my serpentine belt was going out. Which I knew was BS I read the reviews it seems to be something they tell every one. I had it checked by a second mechanic they said my car has no issues the second time I came in for a oil change my car stopped working the next day!!! I’ve had this car for 15 years and I’m so upset I’m getting it looked at but I’m almost sure it’s my alternator I will never be returning here ever again.

Im giving this place two stars because they have an online appointment set up. However, upon coming to this location the man at the counter sighed when I told him I had an appointment then proceeded to tell me they didnt have the tire that I needed. That is totally fine and it happens, however the man helping me had attitude despite the fact that I was nothing but cordial with him. He condescendingly told us that this is why you should have called beforehand. I understand not having the proper equipment but giving a customer attitude as a grown man? Im sure this doesnt reflect Goodyear as a whole but it certainly doesnt make me want to spend my money here.

I went to Goodyear for oil change but this guy at the front desk wanted to manipulate me. he wanted me making me to sign wrong oil change price. later this guys lied to me that my serpentine belt was too old and its about to broken. This guys forgot that i know my car better than them and i fix my car by myself. the belt they were talking about i had changed it two months ago and i had to unscrew it to check what they were telling me only to realize this guy was lying with exaggerated quote yet my belt was new. dont trust this guys.They also lied to me that my air filter was dirty it will cost me $14 to replace it. The actual Price of this air filter is $8-9 and it takes one minute for an armature who doesnt know anything about cars to replace it.The actual price for my cars serpentine belt is $8-15 depending on the quality but they told me it will cost $51 to buy the belt and a labour of $69 which way out of this world(it takes 20 minutes to replace the belt for armatures and 5 minutes for experts) this guys will steal from you dont trust there quotes and pricing move on some where until you get a better deal.-Exaggerated prices-Careful when you pay they might trick you to overpay-dont trust them when they tell you that one of your car parts are about to be broken. they will rip you apart

No chains. no winter tires available without ordering something. at least they were open. most shops closes. got stuck in their driveway. didnt shovel or sand parking spots.

Last Sunday 3/3 I had a flat on my 2016 Camry. I go into Goodyear in Lynnwood at 8am when they open. When I walked in there was a man leaning against the wall looking strangely at me like why are you here. I was confused and wondered if they were actually open. So, I say I have a flat. He was not happy. Again, like I had ruined his day or something. So, while it seemed like a hardship for him he went out and looked at my tire. He said its a 205-55 and there is one in stock for 159.99. I said OK. So, he gets it all typed up takes my key. Im sitting there waiting and I go on the Goodyear website. I type in my car and it tells me my tire size is 205-65. I go up and tell the guy and he says yeah youre right. I must have gotten the wrong tire size. And, we dont have a 205-65 in stock. Well have to get your car out of the garage. Maybe you can try the firestone in mill creek.While I dont expect anyone to jump for joy on Sunday morning I do expect a professional, honest, knowledgeable person behind the counter. I dont know...maybe on a weekday things are better. But who is allowing this to go on Sundays??? Maybe youre trying to lose customers?

Nice people. Good customer service. Ok prices. But dont get the Rebate with the Goodyear Visa Card. My Credit Score went down 33 points!!!I take great pride in my outstanding credit score, and this pisses me off.The statement was immediately paid off in full, and still messed up my credit score. Make them give you a decent price tire(s) without all the Rebate / Credit Card games.

Very bad experience today! I called ahead and scheduled an appointment for new tires and had already confirmed with the person at the desk that the tires were in stock. I waited for an hour while they were working on my car (no big deal), but after an hour, the man came and told me that they actually did not have them in stock and I could come back tomorrow. I told him I didnt want to come back and he offered an oil change for my wasted time. I dont need an oil change, so he very rudely just gave me my keys and did nothing to try and keep my business. I took my business across the street to Discount Tire, where they got me a better deal and were very nice and helpful!

Well, if you like Good Year tire brand and you want to purchase new set this probably one of the right location but if you get tire problem with your tires do not waste your time and money. After 3 hours waiting time I get back all my unfixed flat tires with explanations that weather factors are main reason for tires to get flat.

Ordered our tires online and then had them installed here. No real issue, except the wrote out phone number down wrong so we never got a call saying our car was finished, we had to call and ask. Also we asked to keep our old tires and they had forgotten and we had to find them. But they were friendly and did a good job.

I found a coupon online for an oil change through Goodyear, so I decided to give them a try. The wait was longer than Id have liked, hence the four star rating, but they did do an actual inspection of my vehicle and had helpful information for me. Anthony was especially helpful.

These guys just do it right. Theyre a smart choice. Theyre nation wide + Canada. Theyre a little pricier than some of the smaller shops,, but theyre a way better deal than Les Schwabb. Their tires make a huge positive difference over the way your car drives compared to Walmart and Discount. I do a lot of my own car repair,, but if its deep or messy,, I have them do it.

Nathan, the Store Manager, explained what needed to be done, gave me an estimate, let me decide what next.When I left, I smelled oil, I hesitantly returned and he thanked me for coming back so he could double check it. (!) False alarm, but it showed his integrity ...wanting to make sure his work on the car was not the cause, and figure out what was creating it...even showing me the source of the smell (leaky gasket). I am def. going to use this place again. Open Sundays, too.

2004 Toyota Highlander 270k miles 9 am appointment today. Waited for 2 hours for and oil change and tires to be put on. That was all fine....when I left the tire weights on the drivers side came off and almost hit the windshield of another car; the rights side at the time felt like something was on a tire causing a bumping wobble feeling. The not mechanic( cashier) had me follow him into the shop without safety glasses on either of us and told me that feeling was my half axle. After I left bummed out the odd feeling wasnt present! Half axle is fine. Another customer waiting had the same rolling bumping feeling too so thats why he was there a second time. Very disappointed. Cold temperatures I know affects adhesive for tire weights but a shop should have no excuse or reason why they dont have a heat gun 15$ tool.

Had ordered tires online for my car and set up an apt they had no record of me actually making it. After showering them my confirmation number they were able to pull it up, but they were rather snarky about fitting me in even though I had made an apt weeks earlier. Like Goodyear as a company and there tires, but can’t recommend this location.

2 weeks ago I took my 2013 ram 1500, which has 37s on a 6 inch lift, to Les Schwab. They swapped all 4 tires in under 45 minutes. I arrived at Goodyear 1/2 hour prior to my 9 am apt to swap 4 factory tires on my 2018 Chevrolet Silverado. It is currently 1130, the place is all but empty and they have 2 tires on my truck. Weak.

I was having issues with a noise in the front of my car under acceleration and I had convinced myself that it was a wheel bearing or something and let it get worse and worse until I had a engine light go off and I figured that I better do something about it now. I took it in and talked to Nathan and he plugged it into the machine to determine what the light was for. Turns out the light was for a broken gas cap and nothing to do with what I had going on in the front of the car. Nathan and I talked for a few minutes and he set me up to have someone take a look at it and see if he could figure out the noise before it does damage that couldnt be fixed. Turns out my drive axles both sides and carrier bearing were shot, I saw them they were beyond repair basically scrap metal ha ha. One of his guys drove me to my house since it was gonna take a few hours and he called me when it was done. They came and picked me up and got me on my way. Nathan and Eric are great guys and do a awesome job! Im glad I finally found a shop I can trust to work on my car.

If I could put negative stars I would, I always change my own oil and was goin to trade school in Tacoma. Long story short they over tightened my drain plug when I changed my oil today it was stripped and over tightened to f@&k with these guys. Bring your business elsewhere.

I went in to get my breaks checked because I was hearing the grinding noise whenever I was pressing on breaks. I was told my breaks were fine and they would need to do a cleaning of some-kind in the rear, and charged be around $360. Later I found out that I just had to have my breaks replaced and nothing else was wrong. Now I know better, but still not a very honest service.

Beware of bait and switch and not getting refunded instantly and wanting twice the money. Went to discount tire after they arent running a scam like this place. If you want to get ripped off go here. They respond with a canned response after holding over 300 dollars since Friday. I compromised the day and said Id take the cheapier tires. That I didnt order but not only would I have to pay more for cheapier tires while they kept the money for the other tires. Want me to call and help you save face when your running a scam, no thank you. Stay away, giving them business only causes more people to get screwed over.

I came in yesterday and they ordered my tire and I made a appointment at 2pm and I got here waited three hours and they never told me they didnt get the tire nor tell me that they had to send a guy to get a tire at the Bothell shop. I asked the guy for Discount for the inconvenience and he said the tire was already discounted but turns out the tire was not and when I asked again he denied telling me that it was discounted Im highly disappointed and upset with the guy I asked for His manager but he said his manager was in today so he was. So They did nothing or apologize for the inconvenience they were rude And super unprofessional I would not recommend coming here. the tires are good but the workers are not!!!!!

Flat tire on Christmas Day! very unfortunate😖😢 I made an appointment online for next morning then I got my car to Goodyear and they gave me price options on a whole new set of four but Im definitely not able to pay for that right now even though it was a good deal Im just trying to get to work so the guy said he will see what they can do came back and told me they can put the spare on ... I didnt even know i have a full size spare under the bottom of the car so i was hoping it wouldnt cost much for them to put the spare on guess what?!?! It was free!!! Thank you GoodYear!!

Tried to sell me two tires for $250 in order to pass my vehicle inspection for Lyft. I asked for the cheapest route and that is all they offered me. After some prying, discovered that actually wasnt the cheapest route and that they could have sold me cheaper tires, but they didnt have them at the store. If they had given me the option to order the cheap tires and pass my inspection on the grounds I install the new tires, I might have given them a better rating. It felt like they were forcing me to buy their overpriced tires when all I wanted was the least expensive route.

This is the worst auto service center anyone would want to go to. Especially for lyft inspection. They will trick you to buy their tires or do a service with them, and if you refuse they will make you fail the inspection. I have the worst experience of my life with them. And they have the worst customer service. Its Hell for people.

Failed to address critical problems with company van. Brushed off issue. Replaced unrelated items. Would not recommend. Would not take my personal car here.

I took my car in for a prebuyers inspection and they only found a couple small things wrong with the car so, it decided to buy the car. When I took to my shop to get a tune up, it turned out that the head casket was leaking which was a 2300$ fix... Something Goodyear definitely should have caught during the pre buyers inspection (especially for a Subaru). Its unfortunate that I made my decision purchasing the car off of such a horrible prepurchase inspection.

Good place will save some money versus going to the dealership.
