The customer service here is what will have me coming back.I came in looking for a particular edge control that they unfortunately don’t carry. The nice woman behind the register recommended that I try Edge Booster, as it’s apparently very popular.I was hesitant at first, because I’m so used to the brand I’d been using. I purchased the one she recommended and it’s BETTER THAN WHAT I HAD BEFORE! Seriously. I’m in love with it and can’t believe I was missing out. Bright, clean, organized store, great music they play in the background to for shopping. They have great stuff. I just DID NOT like the fact that the older woman in the store followed me around as if I was going to commit a crime. But I guess that’s what the Asians do. I have been shopping at this store for over 10 years. They were in Everett off 128th by Albertsons. Now they have relocated across from Alderwood mall in lynnwood same parking lot as Ross. They always have everything for African American hair. Reasonably price. I love the customer service as well. She always know her products. A lot of people sell stuff and don’t know anything about it.Thank you guys

I had no hair on hand. So I called Best Beauty Supply, I have been going there for my hair for many years. Since it is the pandemic I knew they had limited hrs. I missed the curbside regular pickup times but I msg Jenni and she made it happen for me!!! We setup time for Saturday and I was able to get the product I needed. This is by far the best beauty supply outside of Seattle. I am so happy with my purchases and they are from Chicago like myself so the hair selections are lit honey!! Happy I found it! It’s not real big but it’s def a go to.

I went there to price wings for my daughters school project. They typically run from $59.00 all the way up to $200. Too high for my daughter but good for those with more money.

If I could give negative stars, I would! I avoid this store at ALL costs, and tell everyone I know to do the same... its really too bad, because the location is so convenient and the prices and selection are competitive. But every time I go in, I am followed like a theif, and one time, even accused of stealing to my face! When I offered the owner my bag and person to search, she got very confused and rude, like she was shocked. Then, I (begrudgingly PAID for my order) I work in customer service, so it really gets me when I see business owners treating their clientele poorly, when there are establishments who will offer friendly, courteous service and even a Rewards program to show their appreciation! I understand they are in an area where crime and theft run rampant, but its no excuse to treat everyone who comes through your door like a criminal. Seriously, NO EXCUSE.

I come here once a month to get my hair extensions and I love their makeup selection as well. It’s a one stop shop.

I visited this beauty supply store and I was shocked that the prices were very high. I have found that shopping online is better for me and Sallys beauty supply has better prices. I will not be visiting this store again.

Extremely cheap makeup price and quality. No name brands other drugstores carry and nothing Ulta or Sephora would have! Best items they carry are Kiss cosmetics, Nicka K cosmetics, and both the i envy and kiss false eyelashes. I actually like their styles of eyelash and their wide range of lipstick colors. They have pretty much every color of the rainbow in their lipstick aisles.Some selection of haircare, hair extensions, wigs, and hairpieces in the back.Id seriously avoid this place if you prefer high end/name brand makeup and hair products, highly pigmented makeup, or decent customer services. The owners are the only employees I know of and theyre both very rude! Theyre an older couple with bad manners. Every time Ive been in, they get impatient while waiting for me to browse and they watch me like a hawk. They definitely assumed I was a shoplifter each time I was in, and I stole nothing! I DONT steal. At checkout these people always have a sour attitude as well. I stopped going there cause the cheap makeup and nice eyelashes arent worth being treated poorly.

I have shopped at this place many times spent alot of money here. This morning I jumped in the shower thru my hair up tossed on some clothes so I could go buy hair dye. As Im on the phone having a very sensitive conversation while Im shopping i look up and the older lady is digging into my pocket I had my allergy medicine in my pocket and she thought I was stealing instead of asking she violated my space!!! Any other time I come in dressed she treats me with respect but this time bcus of the way I looked I got treated like a thief!!!! My reaction to her was warranted and I hope she never violates anyone else space! I hope my words and anger taught her a valuable lesson!! Ill never shop here again!! They lost alot of money with me! I spend well over 50.00 each time I go and I go often...I guess she didnt recognize me!

I had walked into this store & 2 mins being inside the store the manager lady had ran out of the back & ran up to this lady in the same isle as I was & had started reaching into the ladys purse searching it for no reason. She hadnt told the lady what she was doing or why she felt the right to just reach in her purse & she had stolen the ladys USED make up & started yelling at her & physically grabbed the lady & threw her out of the store with NO explanation!! I found this EXTREMELY rude & disrespectful of the manager . The managerrefused to even listen to the lady about how the make up she stole from her purse was an already used eye shadow pallet & wasnt even a brand of eye shadow there store carried & the manager had still kept the eyeshadow!! Then after throwing the lady out of the store physically she came running up to me & had tried ripping my purse from me but I wasnt going to allow her to steal anything of mine & then she has physically grabbed me & shoved me out of the store also!! Have I mentioned that neither me nor the other lady had done ANYTHING. We werent even inside of her store for 3 minutes & we also hadnt even touched ANYTHING to make them think or believe that either one of us had been stealing!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE DO ANY KIND OF BUSINESS OR SHOPPING AT THIS STORE!! its so poorly ran & managed that I am going to make sure they end up going out of business & pay for this !!
