Our designer, Carol Burns was the best. She was very patient with us and listened to us. She came to our home to match everything before we purchased our sofa. Shopping at Ethan Allen was a very good experience.I would definitely recommend them for whoever is looking for furniture or design expertise.

We were very pleased with every step our Ethan Allen Experience!Mary, our Design Consultant, did a great job of listening to our wants and needs regarding our new leather sofa and finding us a great solution. She was very clear on the lead time to fabricate and deliver the sofa.The delivery went extremely well! We had a tight fit; Mary and the delivery team did a great job of working with us to make certain it would fit through the doors.The quality of the sofa is exactly what we are looking for... we will be shopping here again. Had a wonderful experience working with Patti at Ethan Allen Lynnwood. I loved that she took the time to understand my style and was always prepared for our meetings, pulling fabrics / options ahead of time so we could be really efficient with our time. I really trusted Patti’s opinion as a designer and she had really good suggestions for room configurations or fabric choice juxtaposition. She would pull fabrics that were sort of in my “safe” aesthetic and then a wild card and a few of those wild cards were perfect for the final design which I’m super happy with. She was also very down to earth and I never felt pressured to go with the most expensive option ever. Would absolutely recommend working with her if you are thinking about refreshing your home, she’s a pleasure to design with!

Our experience at Ethan Allen Lynnwood was wonderful. Mary, our design consultant, was so helpful, patient and helped us design our dream living/dining room in our new home. She was superb!

Furniture quality is very good, but horrible service from the design center in Lynnwood (Mary messed up on my dining room order so many times) and now I can’t get the regional manager (Kathy) to call me back after 2 messages left with corporate office and an email from me. Really disappointing, since it’s been more than 2 business days since first attempt to reach her, and Kathy said she would be my point of contact for any additional issues with the same order.

Went in to look at fabric samples for the sofas I had decided to buy. Mary came out and showed me the samples. I explained I was working with another associate but needed swatches to take home and make sure they looked the same in my lighting. Mary said that person is in an appointment, so youll have to wait 30 minutes later, I left. I will be going to Bellevue to order today. horrible customer service.

Carol Burns was amazing!! Absolutely love my new living room and family room. She did a great job of listening to me and looking at my style and translating it into all new furnishings. I know I could not have even come close trying to design it by myself.

Love Ethan Allen furniture, their free interior design consultation, and their delivery service. We loved working with Jill Croasdill. She is knowledgeable, professional and have a wonderful taste in furniture. The only downside is that you usually have to wait 12-15 weeks for your furniture to arrive which is understandable given their high quality pieces.

She knows her products! The store is set up well and conducive to selecting pieces and fabrics that pop. Shawn at your warehouse was wonderful to work with as well.

Very nice designer and she kindly came to our house to make sure that the fabric samples for the chairs we purchased matched the rest of our furniture. We were not happy with the extra fabric that we purchased to cover the chairs. We had no idea that the fabric would come on a bolt and not sewn. We discovered this when we came to pay for the fabric and the remainder of the balance for our chairs.We dont feel that it is appropriate to find out this information two months after the purchase. In addition, the designer never called to thank us, apologize for the miscommunication, or offer an explanation. Very unprofessional.

The furniture, a lovely kitchen table and 4 chairs, are beautiful. But the time it took to get them.... Oh My! Ordered in June, the chairs just arrived yesterday. I suppose that is to be expected when one orders custom made things, just seemed like forever.

I like pieces from EA, but every time I order, there is a problem. Either the finish or stain or something else. Recently - night stand had both stain issues and uneven legs. How could Quality Control miss it and sign off on it?! And the fact that to be able to exchange it requires multiple phone calls and a lot of wasted time, makes a benefit of buying from EA questionable. So for me this was the last purchase from them ever.

I have now furnished 4 rooms of my home with Ethan Allen furniture. The quality of furniture is excellent. There is a style to meet almost everyones preferences. But the designer I was assigned this last time seemed only interested in making a sale not in a well curated, thoughtful design. She failed to listen to what I had told her in a previous meeting and came up with a design and fabric choices so off it required starting all over. She missed key details that required having to speak with the area rep in order to get resolved. I still stand by the furniture itself but make sure you find a designer that really listens and hears you.

My mom downsized and needed to buy new furniture to fit her smaller living space. She called Jill one of the interior designers at Ethan Allen. Jill came over and took photos and measurements of the furniture she wanted to keep. She then went to her new place to see what her space was like. She did a floor plan for my moms new place and showed her what pieces of furniture and colors would work best for her. I am so impressed with this service which was complementary with no obligation to buy. The furniture is quality made and the prices are better than what I had compared with other stores. I would highly recommend Jill and Ethan Allen.

Designers with integrity and creativity. Both of my purchasing experiences were enjoyable. My designers were professional, listened closely and helped craft the best furniture design options for my home. I went in several times prior to purchasing and not once did I feel pressured. I am beyond impressed. So as not to be remiss- the delivery gentlemen were also consummate professionals; fast, polite, punctual and thorough. I will be a customer of Ethan Allen for life.

Today is april 22. The piece is now in the warehouse (per Ethan Allen). EA will not deliver however for 3 weeks because thats the schedule.I wont be tempted to shop at Ethan Allen again.If you choose to good luck.

Expensive junk! Dont waste your money!! it looks beautiful, but most of products are so uncomfortable. IKEA is much comfortable than Ethan allen bed, chairs, and lump to use except sofa. Please dont buy things because of the name, study!!!

Not good service. Lacks customer service. They email you saying one thing and then leaves off communication. Had to call in numerous of times due to their lack of communication. Not sure if I will order from them again. Paid about 5,000.00 for my orders.
