This place had a lot of really cool stuff. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Stuff was a bit expensive, but its games workshops so thats to be expected. Cool place to explore!

Store was great and had plenty of great product, spanning army miniatures to terrain and all the paint you could ask for.Only thing that rubbed me the wrong way was the employee working there who was very pushy with his opinion for what primer color to use… yes this lower rating is because of primer… all I’ll say is that when a customer says no or declines an offer or even a recommendation of what the employee thinks might work better, that’s when you need to take no for an answer. I was so frustrated after being told that I didn’t purchase the correct color of primer for my space marines and that I would be “wasting time” by not priming them blue.TLDR just go in and get what you need but be ready for an annoying opinion on what you’re buying when checking out.

Very nice and informative. I like doing research when I get into something. Ive been interested in tabletop type RTS games and they had a LOT of Warhammer stuff. Even beginner sets and a good paint set. Gave me a little spacemarine I can practice on. Cool dudes

The store itself is wonderful and has everything youd need to get into warhammer. Unfortunately the one person I always see when I go in is incredibly pushy and seems annoyed at my presence and always trying to get me out the door as quickly as possible telling me to not buy what I came there to buy and to buy other things instead. Alone with telling me to look online instead of browsing the store. I feel really unwelcome and shepherded when I go in.

Briefly stopped by with my girlfriend to check it out since Im new to Washington and need a new store. While sad I couldnt get a closer view I understand these are hard times. Even so, I was given great customer service, had all my questions answered, and left satisfied even though I was barely able to step 2 feet in the place. I will definitely be back for my next project.

Game Workshop minis look better than ever. The staff is friendly and helpful answering all of my questions. And even confirmed that I can still use the Minis that I acquired in the 80s and 90s today as long as there were produced by Games Workshop. Its interesting to see that just about everything is made from plastic these days as opposed to Pewter or lead. I was really Blown Away by the quality of plastic minis today.

The customer service here is fantastic! Employees here are super knowledgeable about everything 40k and always willing to help, answer questions and give advice

Friendly staff. The guy seemed very knowledgeable, passionate, and encouraging of new players who had no idea what they were doing. Seemed like a clean place, which is not always the case with stores such as these.

Spent over an hour in here discussing paint and technique before I even tried to buy something. Ive only ever seen one employee here but he is very knowledgeable and willing to entertain questions from people just getting into this hobby with great patience.

Popped in to grab some new paint colors during my lunch, but really wish I had time to browse! Theres tons of kits and sundry painting supplies, and I hear tell theres space for you to paint (def saw one dude, at least). Prices were about what youd expect for a hobby store and the place seemed well organized. 👍

Stoked at how much painting/sculpting materials there is. Theres a great stock available of models and if they dont have what you need, quick shipping to the store is free. Owner is friendly and helpful and there are beautiful play tables if you want a match.

It can be difficult to arrange a game, featured events sometimes help, but having friends would be best. There is a paint area, but bring your own or buy them, there is no longer a store paint set. There appeared to be a set up for a contrast paint demo, but it seemed to be for display only. Its best to know what you want to pick up or ask in advance, hesitation and mulling it over will recieve impatience.

Their Google listing says theyre open on Sundays. Drove for 30 minutes only to find a note on the door that they closed the store for the day only.

What a cool place. Ive never played war hammer before but walked around the store just to hang out.The owner invited me to paint some figures with him and a few other people free of charge. 30 min later I had my first piece painted and playing my first game.Pretty cool place.

This is the closest GW to where I live. It is worth the drive in this nuthouse traffic. Matt is extremely friendly and helpful. There are always people painting and playing whenever I go there.Keep track of their FB page to see the latest events they have going on.

Nice and helpful store owner. He will try to sell you stuff, but thats his job and I didnt find him to be pushy about it at all. The store has a good selection with anything they dont have available for order with no shipping cost.

Last time I enjoyed the GW hobbies was 2005. Ive discovered a lot of friends have returned to 40k, and wanted to see what had changed. More than I remembered, the community at the shop is enthusiastic and welcoming! Im excited to get back into the whole hobby, from painting to epic battles. This store will likely get a weekly visit from me!

The staff knows their stuff, they are very helpful, and even suggested some awesome modeling ideas I would never have thought of. Add to that they offer free painting lessons to beginners and you feel like a welcome guest there in no time. (My toddler certainly feels at home here.) The only downside would be that GW corporate does expect sales, so the staff can seem a bit pushy on products. Its isnt their fault, but it is their problem.

This review is for my experience with the store, not GWs products. The employee on duty was the manager. He was very helpful, and knowledgeable about the products he carries, as well as the background lore of the pieces as well. He obviously loves his hobby and wants to share it with others. He was happy to let me browse in peace, as well as willing to answer the questions I had.

Nice folks. Store manager was very knowledgeable about the backstories of the games, and patient during demo games. Store was clean and well let. Only drawback: its a little small.

For someone just starting out I found the owner to be friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful when it came to questions about painting techniques. I did not feel pushed into purchasing models, but rather guided to find those that fit my desired style of play. Most importantly, GW as a company feels much more customer oriented in the last 2 years than when I almost picked it up 10 years ago.

Fun and friendly staff. Im new to the game and staff were more than happy to teach me the game without trying to sell me a bunch of stuff.

Really enjoyed coming to this store for my hobby fix. Matt is great!

Great Shop and Fun Environment.Whether a Player, Painter, or both its great hobby.I love painting GW minis they are the most detailed and interesting around. Also I love a good game. I play often with my kids aged 14 - 6 and teach them about counting, math, critical thinking, reading large words, interacting with new people and consequences of decisions all while maintaining a good sportsman like conduct.Ive also used GW to teach them about art, color theory, light sources, poses, mixing, blending, shading, and personal growth that comes from consistent and repetative work.Personally Ive been going to this location for years and they have all the great hard to find items. There are two game tables set up with an AWESOME assortment of terrain to make each game unique. There is another table for painting if you want to show up and be in the environment, and a table split in three with kill teams and new releases on display.This is a very welcoming environment just ask questions and they are more than happy to show you where to start and get you set up.

Get your fix of tiny plastic men here! Two tables and some terrain for playing in the store, and I saw some kids get introductory lessons on thinning their paints.
