We purchased an LEF 300 printer from Roland. Great support. Ive never printed with a UV printer before and our sales rep was extremely responsive whenever I had questions/issues. Still learning but we love the printer and would recommend Hansen.
Worst Company to help you to start your Business. Spend $7,500 for a Roland EGX-350. Paid Cash from my 401K. Didn’t get any help on how to operate and to set up everything. Talk to a person who have this kind of Machine. She said their Dealer is so helpful for them. Gave them help from beginning. Got the Machine in 2017, it’s 2019 now and Money just wasted for this Machine. Sitting on my Basement collecting Dust. I will not recommend this company for your Business. Look else where and ask first if they can help you on everything.👎🏼
Based on dozens of interactions, I can safely say that Hansen Supply is one of the top equipment dealers in the Northwest. Excellent service and support, combined with competitive pricing.
In February, I purchased a Roland engraver from Hansen Supply in Lynnwood, WA. I purchased the engraver and accessories from them instead of on online retailer (which would have saved me about $1,500) because I like to support local businesses and assumed I would get better customer support from a local vendor.I asked about purchasing a vise for the machine that had a cost of $720 (free from online retailer), but was told that the $375 vise was the one I needed.Once I received the vise they told me I needed, I discovered it would not work for our application. It turns out I did need the one I originally asked to purchase. After several unanswered emails sent to my sales rep trying to get the correct vise I needed, I have been left with a sour experience with Hansen Supply. They were quite responsive when they were trying to sell me several thousand dollars of equipment. But once there was an issue, it has been radio silence from them.I guess I learned my lesson. Dont spend a lot more money with a local vendor expecting to receive better service. You should just go with one of the many online, faceless vendors and just save yourself some money.
After a less than desirable experience purchasing through Hansen I was perfectly alright adding my 2 cents to the conversation and moving on to another supplier. I figured if the company wasnt concerned with me then why give them business. However - following what I might call a couple eloquently worded complaints the staff there reached out to me and made multiple efforts to ameliorate my situation. Although not much could be done I could certainly tell that they were concerned with my experience and genuinely apologetic for their admitted mistake. I understood that there was a simple miscommunication in their team and there was no specific person or policy to blame - no sense being angry at no one. Being able to handle poor situations is more important than being able to handle good ones and Hansens concerted efforts spoke loudly enough for me to give them another chance, and to even amend my review. Suffice it to say though that for me second chances are rare but thirds are non-existent. So as long as this review remains here Hansen has been true to their word as far as professional courtesy and I would recommend them to others.
I just had the worst experience. I called Sean McCanns number and Bryan picked up the phone. I explained I was having an issue with an encoder strip. I was told twice that to run the Limit Initialization that you had to be in service mode, which is incorrect. And then I was told that I needed to get help from whomever it was that sold me the encoder strip. When Sean was there, he understood that helping his customers with whatever needs lead to more business; I guess they dont need or want my business. *My response to Hansens reponse below*: I never mentioned free support, I always have paid to have support from your company. But, since Sean is now gone and I treated so rudely yesterday afternoon, my business will go elsewhere. And obviously you cannot read either, because I wrote limit intialization, not encoder strip. I went back to an email Sean had sent me and found the link. So, your tech support is seriously lacking in knowledge now also. But, let me tell you how to do it: Turn the machine off with the power button, press the LEFT, UP and RIGHT Arrows and the POWER button at the same time, follow the instructions on the screen, and you have now set the limit intialization!
