I went there to find a pair of sunglasses. I found a pair I really liked and the best part was they were on sale 50% off. Excellent service. Very happy with my purchase.

I stopped into the store this evening looking for a specific gift for my daughter in law. While looking over the store I found a charm I just adored for my bracelet. In talking with the associate I let her know I was buying the charm in remembrance of my dog who had passed away last month. I paid for my purchases and when I got to my hotel I saw I had inadvertently picked up a cat charm. When I called the store we made arrangements for me to mail the charm back and they would send me the correct one. About 5 minutes later the associate who had helped me called and offered to drop off the correct charm knowing how much it meant to me.Exceptional service definitely above and beyond.

The staff is very kind and professional.the best customer service I have ever seenthey treat everyone like family.

I love Brighton jewelry and was unpleasantly supervised at the lack of customer service at the Alderwood Mall store. I had an issue with a necklace purchased there a few months back and needed some help.Jan the sales associate was so rude. When asked about their return policy she became almost hostile and I got 3 different versions. So BE AWARE:1.their return policy is subject to a particular sales person mood, read the receipt for written one2. Their necklaces do tarnish after a few months and they DO NOT stand behind their product.3. Buy on line - you have a better chance for a customer service and you can return to any local store.

Very rude sales associate!! I went to the store and the lady asked me if I needed help, and I said I’m ok, but If you can direct me to the clearance section... she started looking at me her and her colleagues and laughing!!! This is inappropriate and really not acceptable. I’ve been a customer for years ! After today, I will never ever put my feet is your store . The lady who helped me was old with blond hair .Very unprofessional!

Rude sales person. Was walking around the mall with my daughter who of course is curious and grabbed a purse. The older lady goes can I help you sir with a condescending tone. So we left.
