Welcoming and enjoyable my experience in this AAA location. They young lady at the counter was so polished and polite and helped us with processing our international drivers permit. The store also stocks many travel items including Stockwell colorful short compression socks which I had been looking for. Lovely place.

Called multiple times with no return calls. Finally got an appointment and the help planning my trip was underwhelming. The person wasnt involved in enriching my trip, just clicking buttons to print directions.

Needed passport photos since Costco doesnt do them any longer. Also needed maps and tour books. Only one person there to do pictures so had a 15 minute wait. She apologized and said she would discount the pictures for having to wait. Still paid the same price as any AAA member.

Very rude staff, my wife was parked outside feeding my kids a sandwich in the car from next door and she had the audacity to go outside and tell her to leave because there has been suspicious activity recently. Basically because of her skin color and how nice her ride is imo... Shame on u

Excellent and fun presentation on Australia and New Zealand, and good info on how AAA can help you plan a trip, but not a hard sell. Ideas on how to make the best of however much time you want to spend down under. Two useful booklets, plus coffee, soda, and Australian cookies and a hilarious demonstration on a unique way to dunk the cookie in the coffee. Next, I plan to attend their presentation on how to pack for a long trip. You dont even have to be a AAA member to attend these sessions.

I wish I wouldnt need to post this review comments but I was left with no options except to comment about unprofessional manner of a staff at this branch. The staff referenced was asked by a supervisor to assist in finding competitive insurance premium for me. The staff promised to help and get back with me unfailingly in two days. The staff did not. I had to call the staff to know the status. I reminded the staff that weve been a member of AAA for over three decades and yet have not been treated well or getting timely response to request. The staff actually dropped the telephone on me after yelling about how busy she has been. I really hope the staff would get some training on how to treat and relate constructively with customers. Im now left with no other choice than to take my business to other agencies that would be more responsive and meet customers need in a timely and qualitative ways.

I have been working with Charles Tobin for a number of years. My daughter and her husband also work with him. He is always efficient and reliable. I will refer him to some new drivers today as I very much appreciate his follow -through. He provided options for us and does try to steer our decisions. Its been years since I was in a AAA and I didnt see any of the tour books for which I came. The store had all kinds of travel books, maps, luggage, and apparel. The service was fantastic. Ive been an AAA member for more than 20 years and this is the best AAA location! I will be back.

Couldnt have been more satisfied with my latest visit to AAA in Lynnwood WA. Asked for driving direction recommendation for upcoming in state trip and was helped immediately upon entering the office. Agent advised and then prepared a triptic for me in a very quick amount of time.I also obtained a couple of tour books for our state and Idaho and was still out of there in record time.I have been a member for 46 years and wouldnt be without it. It is such a comfort to know that help is always just a phone call away.Thank you for so many years of security.

Greeted immediately upon entering. We were there to see our insurance agent Charles Tobin, representing Mutual of Enumclaw. Rates are so much lower than any other insurance he, and we had looked into. If you are a AAA member you GOTTA look into insurance offered through AAA. Just one of the benefits of AAA. The office is gorgeous, you can make travel arrangements with an onsite agent. They have tons of travel info, maps, books on travel and different travel destinations. They have a travel boutique with many types of luggage, clothing, travel security products. Total one stop shopping for travel and insurance needs!!

Having viewed the excellent article in our local paper about the upgraded AAA facility, we visited the store to plan a driving trip to some of the National Parks in Utah. Lianna P. was most helpful and we were very appreciative of her time and the information she provided about driving routes, how to book AAA approved rooms,which cities to stay in, and which guidebooks to purchase or get from AAA.We loved the book selections, the clothing, the travel guides and maps, and the help downloading the AAA phone app.We are also considering upgrading our membership to include 100 miles of towing.Thank you AAA--we consider you our partner in travel!

Dont go here expecting to buy Disney World Tickets. I waited for about 20 minutes for 3 people to try to figure out how to get them and left without tickets....the one person who knew how to get these tickets was away! And there were at least 5 staff there...No one knew how to do this!!One of the employees was very rude to me, long brunette hair and about 25 years old. I hope she doesnt treat her mother like that!

They would not answer the phone, and kept sending me to Bellevue with put me on hold and never answered there either

AAA Travel Services has gone trendy and upscale and just doesnt have that personal, helpful feeling anymore. I am not overly impressed with the Lynnwood Store and miss the old Everett one.

A few weeks ago I stopped into the Lynnwood location and asked to speak with a Travel Agent. I met with an Agent by the name of Amy Norton about options of a family vacation to Punta Cana and cruises in the Bahamas. This was my first experience with a in-person travel agent and it was truly AWESOME! She was very kind, considerate, knowledgeable, professional and had genuine passion about being a travel agent. After taking home the information and options she provided to me, I went back to Amy approximately a week later. She remember me and the information she had provided to me in my first visit. She went out of her way to find additional information about the hotel and other amenities provided by this property. Without any hesitation I purchased my travel package for my family through Amy. I am sure there are other great agents in her office, but my experience with Amy was TRULY AWESOME and I recommend her to anyone thinking about booking any type of travel. THANK YOU AMY!!!!!

I have used AAA Travel for the last 4 months and have always gone to Megan, she is so effiecient and thorough manner. I was hoping she would be there longer but was recently informed that she is gone so I will have to find a new agent. But I will still use AAA Travel for all the arrangements I need done.

Very nice new building. Super fancy. I used to be able to roll into the old one and present my card and have an extremely nice and helpful person aid me in gathering maps and literature for my trip. This time i was greeted at the door, which was nice, then directed to an individual at a computer who would help me. I had my 3 year old with me and maybe i was expecting more but it was like pulling teeth to get a travel book or map.... the individual seemed reluctant to give me the books and map and instead of having them nearby they had to take a trip to a back storage area to find what i needed, which was a map of the southeast, and travel books on Virginia, South Carolina and Georgia. Then i realized my sister had also mentioned visiting DC. By then i felt awkward about asking for anything more. Im sure they have a booklet or a map but it didnt seem like they were willing to leave their chair and directed me to use the AAA website for info. I left. Maybe Ill see if a different location has the DC info, but unless im booking a trip or a cruise, I dont know if they will be very enthusiastic about getting me more books/maps.

It is a lovely store, full of stuff that I either needed, didnt think of, or lusted after. Wonderful book / map selection. the store was busy, the representatives busy, however, 3 of us had to wait to spend our money at the cash register. This is a no no..... need a register person.....shell be with you in a minute doesnt do it.

Wow! I tried to find flights from Mukilteo to Rome, very confusing. Went to AAA in Lynnwood, had flights confirmed within minutes.

We have had AAA for years and we have used it numerous times for road trips and travel information. Recently we were discussing the merits of a road trip to Las Vegas and surrounding area as opposed to flying and branching out from there, well Jennifer Houghton AAA travel agent supreme talked with us about maps and where we could stay but she also posed the flight/hotel scenario and came up with such an amazing deal we just could not pass it up! AAA is the only way to book a complicated agenda.Very accomodating to your needs and sensitive to your changes and criteria.Knowledge of the latest other stuff like insurance and location to trains, etc.Lynnwood office is clean, professional and friendly to book trips.

When it comes to preparing for upcoming travels, Ive come to rely heavily on AAA Travel, specifically my agent Alicia. She has helped me many times find the best deals on car rental, hotel and flight. Besides responsive, professional help, perhaps more importantly, I trust her advice.

Took the Western Caribbean Cruise on Carnival Miracle...old boat that needs updating...crew were nice and food not bag....worst part was the formal dining room.....purple grape lights everywhere and I mean everywhere....way too much and heavy brocade fabric and wrought iron grapes on the booth seats....again the staff were super nice but that dining room could give you a bad dream.....all the ports were great so no complaints there.....one comment however was with AAA Travel Lynnwood it was our 50th Wedding Anniversary family cruise with our two kids, spouses and 5 grandkids and we all had a great time BUT AAA in Lynnwood WA did not do a good job on keeping us abreast to when our final payment was due....I had to CALL THEM for the day it was due.....our agent Lisa Eckhart had some family issues to take care of BUT she should have given her assignments to other staff to attend too. I told her I would never book another cruise with AAA Lynnwood WA as she did not do her job taking care of her basic duties for all 11 of us in our family. I would also not book with Carnival again...they need to update some of the fleet that do the same cruises over and over.....I have had a great experience with Royal Caribbean and will look to them DIRECTLY for my next cruise.......I dont think AAA travel does that much for its clients and it is easier and maybe more cost effective to book directly with the cruise line yourself. Tuesday)we drove over to your great and very well organized new location, was introduced to a Bill, Travel Counselor,To be kind to him, He was not anything like Amy. I have made two attempts to get questions answered about international flights. The first time I called, the person that I spoke with did not know anything about the destinations I was asking about. The second time I called to find out what the charge would be for booking an international flight. The person I spoke with did not know what the charge would be, left to find out and then hung up on me.

All I needed in one stop. And ordered my pound and euros.

At the new AAA Lynnwood location I received excellent assistance with discounted senior airline reservations, car rental reservation, maps, Tour Guide Books for the states I will be traveling through in June 2015. Because of all these benefits and the emergency roadside assistance as well, I have been a member of AAA for over 50 years.
