Had an appointment for my son and they never came out to see if we were here and the check in kiosk wasnt working. The door was closed and 30 minutes later they opened it. I asked when they were going to see us and they asked why I didnt knock on the closed door. The concept of being polite didnt occur? I dont know why I would need to do that when literally everywhere else walks out to see if they have patients.I am told to wait again, so fine. Then she asks why Im here because hes sick and thats serious. Yes, that is why Im here. To see why he is sick after a negative covid test. She proceeds to not understand Im looking for a diagnosis and says if its bronchitis thats viral and nothing can be done.Like they dropped the ball over and over

If there is a ZERO, I will definitely mark it here... It was my first time visiting this pharmacy and I was surprised with the service provided... I gave the cashier a coupon of 5$ to be considered for my balance, and I was surprised that she didnt! I told her, why its not added, she responded that it is rewards for next time! and I told her its not... she responded in a hurry, next time you will earn it!!!Guess what, I asked her to give it back to me and she refused...Really! Are you guys taking those coupons for yourself or what!!This happened on August 19th, at Lyons... at exactly 7:30 PM...

Yeah this walgreens was pretty good i guess although they did not have any other squishmallows for me to hang out with which was sad. Although they did have chocolate chip cookies which is my favorite the sert as some of you may know. They also had a big bottle of sprite and i tried to open it but i do not have hands and yeah. I also willy liked the big screens but I wish they would play dispicabel me instead of pictures of drinks.

I scheduled an appointment at a different location and they over booked and needed to cancel my call but when I got there they said someone forgot to all. So I figured I would try a different location so today I drive to my appointment to find out that they called me yesterday but didn’t leave a voice mail and when I showed up once again no one was there! Don’t waste time or money!!!!!

Its not bad enough that you are told you need to take a pill everyday for the rest of your life, but then to have to deal with this pharmacy is just horrible!!!!! I have been put on hold 4 times already, no one has even addressed me. They just keep answering and then throw me back on hold. If you go to the store, you get attitude, for no reason. I have been calling for three days and no one will pick up my call?????

I scheduled an appointment for the flu vaccine here. They don’t honor their appointment times. They took all of the walk-ins ahead of me and then forgot about me. I had to go back up to the counter and ask what was going on. I will never go back.

This pharmacy is the worst! Had surgery and surgeon called in prescription before I was even out of post-OP! Mind you, this is for pist surgical pain! Called that evening, theyre working on it...called next morning (anesthesia wearing off) said problem with insurance. 3 phone calls later, said they were working with insurance. Called insurance, they had not had any communication with Walgreens. Called Walgreens back. Put on hold, someone would pick up and immediately put me back on hold without saying anything! This happened 11 times (yes I counted)! Called and asked for pharmacy manager, same thing happened 7 times! Called and asked for store manager! He had pharmacy call me back! Unexpectedly they did and my prescription was being worked on and ready 15 minutes later!! That prescription will be our last purchase at this Walgreens which is unfortunate since they are less than 5 minutes away!

I called for my prescription to be filled they said 60 minutes. I go there and pull up to the window after I wait the 30 minutes! I get to the window and they say I have to wait because the pharmacist is on lunch. I took my lunch to pick up my prescription and now I cant even get it because it wasnt ready! Totally unprofessional!!!! Last prescription I fill at Walgreens let me tell ya!!!!!

Awesome customer!!! service was busy and the staff was fast and accurate!!Krystal in pharmacy was awesome as I waited I was able to witness how she was kind, nice, friendly and very caring towards the customers. I waited for the flu shot and I was able to see how she patiently interacted with them.This will be my go to store from now on.Please people DO NOT GO TO WALGREENS IN BROADVIEW IL.

The pharmacy is horrible!!! Its now 5 days past when my prescription was supposed to be refilled and Ive been waiting 40 mins for them to fill 1 prescription. Absolutely horrible. Will be going elsewhere from now on.

I went in for COVID testing on January the 30th. My results never posted on the portal. I called the lab and they said they never received my sample. I called the pharmacy and they said the lab did in fact receive the sample but there was a delay and I would hear back from them within 24 hours. It is now feb 10th and I’ve decided to just move on to a clinic and never going there for testing. The Walgreens pharmacist said this had never happened before which I’m sure is true.

I think the cashier over charged me I ask for a receipt and she said it was sent to my email and it hasn’t, but I asked for paper and she said sorry can’t give it to you. so I think y’all should just give us paper receipts when we ask for it, now I have no proof that she over charged me 10 dollars.

Currently On my 3rd attempt to reach the pharmacy about my brothers insulin script they billed wrong and got it denied because of their stupidity and I’ve been hung up on twice, put on hold more times than I can recall

A lot of the employees are nice especially for the store, but the pharmacy is so bad that someone is going to die! Seriously, at least 50% of the time theres a major screw up! Its insane! And down right dangerous!

The pharmacy is incompetent and the lie about their mistakes. They filled an Rx incorrectly and blamed it on the Dr and me. I could see the Rx in Mychart and the Dr had it correct. Called the pharmacy and they said the Rx had an insurance problem (there was not), there was a Dr problem (there was not), that i transfer the Rx (i did not). They hung up. I went to the pharmacy to have a discussion. They had a list of excuses but then they said they could substitute the Rx. They showed me what they where substitute the Rx with and at that point I realized they had the Rx wrong. They looked at the Rx from the Dr and Walgreen’s had transcribed it into their system incorrectly. They then refused to fill it. My response was that it has taken over a month to get the Walgreen’s mistake fixed and I am now out of the Rx. Without the Rx I will be in the ER come this time tomorrow. If I end up in the ER I will sue Walgreen for Walgreen’s mistake. They fill the Rx. My insurance this year has more pharmacy options - I am leaving Walgreen.

It shouldnt take 45 minutes on hold to refill a prescription. Secondly, if we ask for a Pharmacist, dont have your tech reiterate that we in fact need a pharmacist and then transfer us back into the que with no one who answers the other end. Finally, when it comes into pick up said prescription it would be nice if that too wasnt a 30+ minute ordeal.

They dont have near enough employees in the pharmacy to handle the amount of customers. 9/10 times I go to pick up a prescription I wait in line for 10 minutes at the very least. Yesterday there was a line of 8 cars in the pharmacy drive through and about 10 people in the actual store waiting to pickup or drop off prescriptions... I walked in, saw the line and immediately walked back out. On average, I would say it takes about 7 minutes to serve each customer.

Assistant manager doesn’t now how to handle the store (no manager on duty). Not clear on how Walgreens can leave store in the hands of someone so unable to handle regular retail functions. Very irritating.

Store is always clean and well stocked. Staff on floor and chairs are very friendly and helpful. Open restrooms and drinking fountain. Pharmacy staff tend to be less friendly and consistently use gendered language even if they are wrong/guessing which is honestly not hard to avoid. Total respect for the employees given some of the abrasive people Ive seen them handle with ease and the consistency in quality on the floor.

I called to ask if I could drop off my old medications for disposal. A pharmacist/pharmacist-tech confirmed I could and specifically referenced the address of 1st Ave and Ogden. I made the trip out there and was told they do not accept medications. Get your story straight and dont waste peoples time. Maybe consider putting medication drop offs at all pharmacies?

I would give a 5 star rating, but the wait for the drive up is pretty long sometimes. Dont go by some of these psychos that left bad reviews, the pharmacy staff are very helpful and do their best with difficult customers. The despicable man that wrote his review bashing that nice lady whom has a bit of a speech impediment, SHAME ON HIM! She is always kind and polite, god bless her for doing her best to take care of herself and for holding a job!

The staff here is extremely rude from the pharmacy to the cashiers. The pharmacy has no sense of care or compassion to the patient which is extremely upsetting. It’s almost pulling teeth to get them to do anything for youI also went to get my second prescription used GoodRx app and they didn’t honor the price telling me it’s not accurate the guy even told me “I use to work at cvs store it’s the same there”. Why are you bringing up another pharmacy when I’m at Walgreens. When I called the woman said it’s ready for pickup but when I got there the man said it’s not and I don’t know who told u that.Save your energy go somewhere else !!!

The store itself is fine but the pharmacy is terrible. Too many times have I waited in line for 10+ minutes. And they are very rude. I think some retraining is needed on how to be polite. I understand your busy but no need to be rude. I literally just heard a tech yell at an older man because they are all helping someone and he said its running slow today. This is unacceptable. I am only giving 2 stars because of the store itself

This is the worst pharmacy in town. The wait times are between 30 and 45 minutes normally!! Often I have had to call to speak to them because they mess up my refills. Even then I get one answer from the tech. Then have to call back and speak to the pharmacist AFTER calling my insurance and still have to come in to straighten things up only to have to wait in line for another 30 minutes. Its pathetic and me and my husband are moving to CVS

Absolutely awful service. Bought customized cards that were supposed to be same day pickup. My fiancee calls to see if they were ready a few hours later and they say oh sorry our machine is down. We have someone coming out tomorrow so they probably wont be done until Monday. This wouldnt be an issue had they called to tell me but they never bothered to let us know. I will never go there or give them any business. I will gladly drive to a different location. Horrible customer service.

So apparently when you transfer prescriptions they don’t transfer refills or even ask how many refills are available. The whole point of transferring a prescription is for this to become your new pharmacy or at least to be able to receive a prescription. So now I’m being told to do the footwork that should of been handled when the prescription was first transferred. How does it make sense for me to do your job for you! Completely irritated, frustrated and annoyed and yes they mean the same thing but combine them all together for someone who is waiting on a refill and is not contacted until I go in or call to see why it’s taking two weeks to refill a prescription. Horrible! Unprofessional and definitely lack luster for customer service. I could care less vibe is what is given especially in the drive through or over the phone.

Worst PHARMACY on the face of this earth. I waited on the phone for three hours before I had hung up. I ended up going into the store and requested them to fill my sons amoxicillin prescription for a (double ear infection) it took them 24 hours to tell me they were out of stock. Do yourself a favor and go to another store, don’t waste your time at this pharmacy.

The pharmacy NEVER has a prescription ready on time. EVERY time I drop off a prescription or order a refill, Im told, One hour., but 3 hours later, its still not ready, and theres still a wait when I come in to pick it up. Why lie to your customers and have them make a special trip back to the store at the time you promised their order would be ready? You know their prescription wont be ready. Just admit you have no idea when the prescription might be filled.

A pharmacy staff saw my name and wanted to push some poor spanglish on me because obviously I must not speak English. Another business joining the its IMPOSSIBLE that individuals with foreign names speak English even though I just heard him conduct himself in plain English, lets try spanglish (and maybe some hand gestures) club. Yes, I speak fluent spanish and that was spanglish at best although the managers must believe shes the epitome of bilingual. Getting the Dooo youuu knoww whaaat thiiiis meeeeans??? If they say your prescription is ready expect delays. Whether its the robot or an actual pharmacist... they seem to be equally incapable of telling the truth in regards to when a medication is ready. Do not trust what they say on the phone and expect to waste at least 20 minutes at the pharmacy to then be turned away because they still dont have your prescription ready 4 days after they told you to come get it.... Overall one of the worst pharmacies Ive dealt with.

Fill your prescriptions and if it is one that you take regularly they can refill it automatically and inform you when it is ready for pickup. Convenient and friendly service and location.

Went in for a gallon of milk. A dozen of them were set to expire. Tommorow. Found one with a week to expire.....went to check out and the 100 year old cashier, thats been there forever, 6 people standing in line.....2 people with not much to do standing at photos counter.....really ? Left the milk and walked out...... boycott these losers.....theyre dead to me.....

My go to pharmacy. I use a walker to ambulate. Both pharmacy tech Judy and the store manager have helped me carry things when I was not able. And always ask if I found everything I needed. Prices can be higher than their same products online or at comparable stores so they get a 4 instead of a 5.

My review is towards the pharmacy technician staff! I recently went to this pharmacy because I am new to the area and it became more convenient then going to my old pharmacy, but after my experience there maybe taking the 30 min drive to the old one is worth it!I asked for a specific medication, and the technicians acted like it was the end of the world! The store was slow and no one was in there, so you think they could take a few moments out of their time to look up the medication Im used to and like! I had to call my old pharmacy and get the NDC number from them, and ask the technician to look it up! Pretty pathetic! Then the technician wants to argue with me about how they cant order certain medications, more like your lazy ass is just thinking about lunch and not customer service! I was a pharmacy technician for years, if a customer had a specific medication color or type they wanted we would always order it for them even if a similar one was in stock! So for her to sit there and legitimately lie about that was kind of sad! I guess I need to start looking for a new pharmacy who actually takes pride in there customer service standards because obviously this Walgreens does not!

This place has gone down the tubes. Yes it looks a lot better remodeled and its great the have sandwiches now and fruits.etc. But their prices are out rageous! I also noticed staff member walking around aimlessly . Their pharmacy staff this one who says she is head of staff is very rude and short with me and noticed it was not just me, there was an elderly gentlemen who was a bit confused she let out this sigh like she just didnt want to be bothered with it. They messed up and gave me someone elses meds! take t we has similar names but surely my meds were WAY different . Makes me wonder ... needless to say I have switched my scripts over to cvs.
