I will never go to any other Cricket store. They have helped me and really looked out for me giving me a great phone. When I lost my phone and was out of work they had huge heart helped me out with a phone. Every phone I bought at Cricket lasted until I wanted a new one. Thley have best phones better than any of my friends.

I went here today because I needed help financing a phone for my son for his birthday!! I spoke to Lisa and she was so beyond helpful!!! Not only did she get me financed with a discount she wrapped my sons phone when she heard me say it was for his birthday!!! Great store thank you so much!

This is the best store for customer service, Lisa was more than helpful and help me out with my account after going to MetroPCS and being ripped off!! I was charged over $450 for 2 phones at Metro PCS, and came to Cricket and Lisa got on the phone and spoke to smart pay (garbage company) to give me a refund for my transaction that I got overcharged for!

Ive worked with Jose at this location for the past two days. I have been a customer of Cricket for almost 10 years and this is the very best service.I purchased a new phone on line had a problem with a ported number that I was adding to my account. Working with him was great. He fixed a problem that calling in to customer service and Chat could not fix. In addition, he saved me money.I highly recommend this location for all of your cell phone needs in addition to any problems you may have with your service.

Customer service is EXCELLENT!! i had issues with my samsung device and this fellas did more than just fixing that specific issue. I walked in there about 15 mins before they close. After resolving my issue, the gentlemen still took their time to walk me through the basics on how to use my phone. Overall i had a great experience with this fellas and they certainly know what theyre doing.

I posted on another location about horrible service but this store had great people working that helped me get what I needed with out a fight or any attitudes. They werent there to judge me about the phones I was switching didnt tell me I needed the account holder with me as long as I had the information which I did as this is a business account. I will be going to this store for all my cricket needs!!
