Come here often because it’s the closes Starbucks to my house. Prefer morning staff much nicer and faster. sometimes the coffee is great, sometimes they forget the extra ingredients I paid for. either way beats Dunkin down Ogden

I always go inside to place my order. And Everytime I walk inside the barista Desiree always greets me. Desiree seems really nice and I always in and out. Just wished they would fix the parking lot.

Great drinks, just never has ingredients and they make there own hours apparently.

Big pot hole in driveway. You will hit it as soon as you drive away from window if you dont turn right before moving.

Service was nice. Small place, maybe a little bit chili if you plan to hand out there for a little bit.

My favorite local Starbucks. The drive through line is always long but if you do a mobile order and pick up 5-7 min later, it’s always waiting for you when you get there!

Normally dont go to any starbucks, but this one was the only one around that had all the flavors the other people in the car wanted. Anyway drink was good but the strawberries did not taste very good.Would recommend them to be closer to fresh vs just dried and put into the drink to get rehydrated..

8:30 pm and the Store lobby is closed. Forced me to wait 20 minutes in drive through although I hate drive through and I don’t go anywhere if drive through is the only one option but I already paid for mobile order to pick up in store !!!

Drive through is pretty fast. Mobil order spot on. Parking can be a little tight, but I make due. Staff is great especially once they learn who you are.

Drive through entrance is a bit wonky but that is no fault of the business - just the way the building is laid out on the lot. Always quick, always friendly!

This is my favorite Starbucks, not only because it is the one closest to me, but also because when I order ahead using the Starbucks app, and I go to the store at the time Im told the order will be ready, its there; and I can be in and out in just a minute. (I avoid the drive-thru, unless its completely empty.)

I love Starbucks! But this is the second time they give me the wrong order! The first time they gave me my coffee wrong and gave me a plain black coffee and this second time I asked for a hot peach tea and they gave me a coffee. The staff is so nice but they should pay more attention to what drinks they give out to the customers.

No impressed. Service was great, but the location is small and the staff does not clean lobby during down time. Also, very cold.

It’s 5:30am... usually I stop here in between work so they have seen me before. This morning when I showed up after my order, I realized I forgot my wallet and without ANY hesitation, she said “it’s on us today don’t worry”. They could clearly see that I was scattered for my wallet and was worried I couldn’t find it. Just something as little as giving me a free coffee knowing, I am a good person and will pay it back realigned my day!! Thank you: 5-Stars

Was nice to meet a homeschooled young lady here this evening... Came in to get some crocheting done and have a coffee and she was very sweet to open the door for me to help me in (Im in a wheelchair) and she made my double shot with cream on ice perfectly... Very polite and very personable too ❤

Gave my name for my order, instead of my name “Karen” was on the label. Not my name - not even close. We all know what “Karen” means. Ordered iced tea - unsweetened - and got it with sweetener. Had to ask for a remake. Also got .95 in nickels for my change. Really?? I’ve had more than a few minor negative experiences at this Starbucks over the years and thought I’d give it a try as it has been over a year since my last visit. Still the same mediocre service just different faces. Won’t be back.

Ordered thru the app so I can just pick up my order I waited over 25 min. Once I got my frappe I noticed all I got was milk with ice no coffee in it. I went inside and nicely asked for it to be redone. The guy at the desk said “it clearly has coffee it’s well made, if you want it stronger then we will add more coffee.” I have never been to another Starbucks and had this issue after being told that I got another frappe with just more caramel flavor..

I ordered an iced coffee with about a tablespoon of cream in it. When I received my beverage it was clear there was more than a tablespoon of cream in it by the light color of the coffee. I asked the clerk does this look like a tablespoon of cream? to which she replied Maam, we dont have any measuring spoons here. And no one was able to eyeball that kind of thing?

Im sure it was an off day for them...but this is how full my cup was when I got it, and this is how full it was once I sipped off the foam. I was left with maybe ⅔ of actual drink. Pretty disappointing.

Ive been coming to this Starbucks for years. As a matter of fact much of my thesis for grad school was written in here. The employees were always so friendly but recently Ive had nothing but rude service. I dont know who the woman is, I think she is unfortunately the manager, but my GOD would it kill you to be even semi-cordial? I think Ill give it one more try and start going to the one in La Grange where they ALWAYS at least smile and say good morning!

Starbucks here in lyons is always busy, so i decided to go inside they have all female crew hustling im talking about in and out only reason I dont give them 5 stars if because I ordered an extra expresso shot and they charged me for it but forgot to add it to my drink, but I understand they constantly have a line so ima.let it slide I come here all the time

Always good experience! Even if my drink has to get remade which rarely happens, Theyre quick to fix and very very courteous! They should train new employees that you get Free refills on tea and coffee.

Very consistent with what you order via drive-thru, at times they can be a bit slow but my order is correct every time.

Was the best one in the area. Now expect your order ahead to be ready about an hour to an hour and a half after placing it. All they focus on is the drive-thru. Horrible service.

Sorry, but my last visit here. With an incredibly long wait time, granted Fathers Day, I was told no decaf, and no pour overs in the drive through. Oh well...

The staff its really good now. Service had improved so much over the years. The drive through used to be painfully slow but now I very through without a problem. Also a great place to hold study groups. As long as you order something and dont disturb other customers, they are very cool about your group hanging out.

Ima regular at this Starbucks I usually enjoy the specials on happy hour today was not the exception I didn’t read the whole message so I though it was 50% off it turn out it was buy one get one free I asked the girl if I can just get the one free she said no I asked her if she could at least try And ask her manager she did BILL was the manager at that time but he refuse as well and said no I’m pretty sure it was possible I mean he can easily just ask someone to make it and keep a costumer happy specially if it’s an offer that’s going on and on a person that goes there almost everyday.

Your manager is so rude and disrespectful to your customers avoid this location at all costsI highly recommend you visit the countryside location if you want a location that treats you respectful you should never be disrespectedBilly shouldnt be working at this location after how he talk to my husband today.If you wanna be very very disrespected when you have a problem be sure to visit this location.

Employees are typically pretty friendly and helpful at this Starbucks location. The drive-thru is typically packed and pretty slow during peak hours so its actually faster to run inside and order at certain times (if the lot isnt full).Parking is usually pretty easy and its not hard to find a spot in the front lot or the extra street spots near the back of the storefront.

Still has outdoor seating.

Today in line I noticed what looks like a manger here do a complete 360 with her attitude. She is an older white lady, I didnt get her name. Crazy how her mood changes when a person of color is in line! how rude, you can tell she despises taking my order. Not even a Good Morning or How can I help? But with the person in front of me she was all smiles. learn to work with a diverse group of people. Not the first time this happens either. I though Starbucks had a non-discrimination policy, didnt yall close a whole day for that... SMH

Store Manager is completely racist! Witnessed her talk down to multiple people in line. Horrible customer service I walked out and didnt even order.

Love this location! Only place that never messes up my drinks nor fails to impress and go out of their way to successfully meet my needs every time! Thanks guys!

I frequent Starbucks almost daily, nonetheless this location wasnt impressive. The music was too loud, table and floors were also dirty. The vibe was just off and it was cold. Its a no from me...

Been coming to this Starbucks since the early 00s. Very friendly and efficient staff. Some locations have employees who are unfriendly but not this place. Parking during the morning can be atrocious and the morning drive thru can be a joke but this is because the drinks are on point and the service is fast and friendly. Plus they have outdoor seating for the better weather. Enjoy

The worker at this place must not like there job! They keep slamming the ice bin and I had to ask them to stop. The girl end up rolling her eyes. Whatever, if you dont like you job. Find a different one.... Not coming here anymore. First and last!!

Waited in the drive through for over 10 mins with 2 cars in front of me at 6am. Then when I got to the window the girl working had 3 drinks ready including mine and walked away pouring coffee, there were several people working they were not short staffed. I waited a few more mins and knocked, I was there 15 mins, tons of cars behind me at that point. A guy came to the window amd asked if she gave me my order, I told him no so he handed it to me and apologized. Almost 20 minutes for a refresher is ridiculous.

The group of workers are usually fast here, this day the mobile printer went down as we waiting 15 minutes. I asked about my drinks as they had them done within minutes.

Yikes!I am a starbucks disciple. But avoid this location. Incorrect orders on drinks, food wasn’t properly prepared, extremely slow wait times and a lackluster staff. This location really seems to miss on all the points that Starbucks normally excels at.

The drive thru here is so incredibly slow. By the time we got our Fraps they were mostly melted. Wont be returning.

This is a pretty good Starbucks with quick drive thru, but the traffic around here is inconvenient. You won’t find any middle schoolers here, but it’s a spot where high school kids go.

Worse service ever. I walk in and they didn’t even greet me. Then I go to order and the young man at the register was rude. I asked him what breakfast sandwiches he had and he just pointed. So I asked if he can make a different sandwich and he simply replied I only have those I said. Either way he was rude and then I got my coffee and they didn’t even fill it to the top. It was half way empty. I actually had to work from there but they made it really uncomfortable and not warming so I left.
