Very clean & nice staff.

Getting in and out of this location is not the easiest. They have a great staff and selection of products but you have to ask about the products because they are not always stocked and out for purchase. The last 3 times I have been there they did not have the color type and braiding I needed out on the floor for purchase. If the staff could come in maybe an hour or two before opening to see what needs to be restocked and get it on the shelves Im sure things would run better. I like getting in and out when I go into a store.

Went in looking for some novelty nails, for a party. Found the prices incredibly inflated. Borderline gouging.

I called the store to see if they carried a particular product and told by the store manager, who was adamant that they had it. Just wanted to know for sure before I made the trip there. But I was very disappointed when I arrived. After driving 30 miles, I discovered that they didnt even carry the products. It was a waste of my precious time! Of course, I was very perturbed!

Great store!! Did not have the brand I was looking for, but that wasnt a big deal. Spent time perusing the place. They were very well stocked, had popular and proven brands that I could use as substitutes and the staff was helpful. Will be back!

Fully stocked and great options. Nice clerks/ owners. The only thing I don’t like is their 24hr exchange policy on clothing. They should have a warning sign that their sizes RUN SMALL especially for the demographic in this particular area. Never buy a small or medium.lol even if you are!

One stop shop. I live in Cobb most of my life and I been going to Tom shop since 2000 the store he also owns on Mabelton Pkwy and he has always had a great selection of everything from hair,eyes, flat iron, blow dryer, and clothes.He has the best prices also. When I live in Atlanta I was use to the the big beauty mart off camp creek. However both of his stores is my 1 stop shop.

Loved their selection, very expansive store. However, I wasnt as overjoyed with the customer experience. I asked a question about the possibility of trying on wigs and the response I got was so abrupt and curt, like the employee was annoyed. We all have bad days but a little customer courtesy goes a long way. And if its because of covid as I suspected (upon further reflection) adding that context would have been fine too.

I like that they have a big selection but their customer service definitely could be better. I felt like I was bothering the lady behind the counter.

Okay back story…. I am going out of town this weekend and I wanted to do faux locs. The same brand I used before that always gives me great results. Nobody had them. I went to 5 stores and called 5 stores still no luck. I finally seen this one on the map and I called them before I drove over there. If this one didn’t have it I was going to cry because I had prepped my hair the day before to crochet these locs in today. I called and Michelle answered and said she had them in stock!!! All colors and the length I needed! When I tell you I was soooo happy. I drove over and then when I went in the store was immaculate! Soooo organized and clean and had aisle numbers!! And best part was their natural hair selection was HUGE! I normally have to go to two stores to get a product line that I want but they had it all and then some! Definitely my new go to beauty supply store!!!

Black women, please stop coming here. Go to Atlanta Beauty Depot, Zoet or Shellys’. Realize that we have nobody but ourselves, shop with your own people! :)

My one stop hair shop. Huge selection of all things hair plus some extras like masks, jewelry, makeup, and a small clothing section. Could be 5 stars with an improvement on customer service, which is meh but not horrible.

I had a messed up experience a few months back at this site. My little sister shops there too and she told me that the employees that made me feel unwanted are no longer there. Im glad ti hear that. The store is amazing and there are some other employees that have been helping me every since I moved to Cobb even when they were at previous stores. Im glad this store is in my neighborhood.

Love this place!! They are always friendly ans have everything I need !!esp wigs!! Also buy a few clothing items here and there from them just make sure you get a couple sizes larger than what you normally wear due to them running on the small side. The staff is so friendly they will even assist you in the back to try on the wigs and find the one you really want!! I have baught many wigs from this place and never disappointed!!

This is a gem of hair stores! They have knowledgeable associates, a large range of affordable products and such a fun variety. I feel like a kid in a candy store! I have returned twice since I first found this location and will continue to drive back from Marietta.

I always seem to get the same cashier. She is always so polite and curtious.

Every single thing I was looking for that I couldnt find at other store I found there!! Even a very exclusive loc gel that is very hard to find unless going direct to the person that makes it .. I was super impressed and the people that work there were amazingly helpful and extremely nice to me. Talk about customer service... I left my mask at the gym they had many to choose from like kid to adult size cloth to kn95! Seriously I have nothing but good things to say

The place is okay, but I dont understand their return policy I bought a pair of overalls here and they actually were much smaller on me than I realized (they do not have any dressing rooms) and when I checked the receipt for the return policy I saw at the bottom that you cannot return any clothing. Not sure why thats a rule?? Most places where you buy clothes, you are able to return them without question within a 7 day window. Also, their wig selection is decent but it could use some more variety. On a few occasions, I have noticed that the staff would stare at me while I shopped at it would make me very uncomfortable. However they do have staff that will help you find what you need and are attentive.I also tried applying here once before ( a couple of years ago) but the manager refused to give me an application since I did not have any experience in a beauty store. Even though I have over 5 years of customer service experience, he did not want to even talk to me about the open positions that they had for cashiers (even though they miraculously have new faces every time I shop there). I am tired of shopping at (non-black owned) beauty stores that carry black hair care products but do not want to hire them nor make them feel welcome and are only in it for the money. These places DO NOT deserve my business. Therefore, I will definitely be taking my business to a black-owned beauty store, where I will not be stared at nor followed.

BUYER BEWARE!!! This is the worst beauty supply store I have ever been to in my life. I purchased a product one evening for my mother. I picked up the wrong product and returned back to the store the next morning to do an exchange with my receipt in hand. (Less than 24 hours ago) I was told that they do not accept returns or exchange chemical products. I kindly explained to the man that almost everything in the store was a chemical and I was never told this when I made the purchase. Furthermore, I was spending more money to do the exchange. The man refused to do the exchange and treated me as if I was trying to scam him. I have never in my life been treated in such a manner. The Asian man was very rude and aggressive in his behavior. I left everything on the counter and had to dispute the transaction to get my money back. It’s funny how some store owners want your money, but don’t know how to treat customers with respect. I will never shop at this store, and I encourage you to find another beauty supply store that will value your business.

I bought a nose ring for $6.00 and went to put it in and it was too big to fit in my nose. I took it back I, five minutes later to tell them it would not fit and they told me I would have to pay for another nose ring. Why not offer me a store credit or let me get a different kind? The owner told me it was my decision to buy it so they not gonna loose money but letting me just get another kind which was cheaper! I spend too much money in this store to get this treatment! I will not be going back! So beware they dont care about customer service at all!!! DONT SHOP HERE!!!!

I came in on Labor Day looking for a specific item, not knowing that the store was about to close early for the holiday. Monaé was very patient with me and helped me find what I was looking for. Will definitely be back (during normal business hours, lol).

Numerous products of all kinds can be purchased here. This store is very visible driving and is in a great location. There is so much to choose from, so take the time to peruse every isle because I had fun.

Customer service was great....

Since going natural I’ve been to several beauty chains and mom & pop shops. My personal experience of this place is while their is a wide variety of product and brands, the prices are slightly higher than others places...and nothing replaces service. The personnel here has never been friendly when I walk in there. While I waited at one of the registers, the cashiers persisted with their personal conversation as if I was not even there. I thought I was standing at a closed register. Bottom line: Quantity does not replace quality (ie service). Friendly Service still matters.

This is my favorite beauty supply store. It is always clean, the staff is very helpful. The products are real, I love this place. They also honor veterans with a small discount.

Great service, very very small but they definitely have everything you need. Slight communication barrier, but they explained how to use products, how to charge for your services while using some specialty products and gave discounts deeper then wholesale on a few items. They even threw a few free goodies in.

The store is definitely an amazing store with a wide variety of literally everything and great prices in comparison to other beauty supply stores in the area, BUT for the exception of Mrs. Chae, the staff is rude, especially the manager Michelle. I’m not sure what’s her issue is but her attitude is trash! I’d rather spend more money at another location than spend it with Rude people. The owners really don’t know how to talk to you either. They know how to run a business but they don’t have good customer service either. If customer service is what you’re into this isn’t the place.

It is the largest beauty supply store that I know of in the area. Prices are standard. You can find everything there. Not just beauty products, also clothing as well as accessories. Although staff seam very reserved, they are helpful and polite.

I drive 1 hour to come to this store as I pass by a dozen others. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and well organized. It has everything you need from make-up, to wigs, weave, extension, ponytails, lashes, fingernails, jewelry, sunglasses, you name it. I have no problem in making the drive from Woodstock to Mableton. This is my 1 stop shop and they always have just what I am looking for !

I absolutely love this beauty supply store. Its very organized and everything is easy to find. They have alot of great products and great customer service.

Ive always spoken highly of this store, and even recommended it to friends... but today, my 3 year old needed to use the restroom, and they would not allow a child to use the restroom. The law requires a store this size to offer a public restroom. Ive spent a ton of money in this store over the years, and I am HIGHLY disappointed.

I really appreciate the pretty light skin lady that helped me, she made sure I had the right products and was satisfied with all I needed thank you so much.
