They will sell you a lemon, my car went out on me 3 months later. And definitely don’t go to the mechanics they suggest, they are all working together to finesse you. I definitely feel like the dealer Derrick knew the car was a lemon. Now 5 months later I’m without a car. I’m a single mother with no extra money coming in. I honestly feel like they slapped together an invoice and told me my engine is out. DERRICK TOLD ME my warranty covers my engine. His poor choice of words led to me think I would be covered. It only covers the motor and other useless bs. I feel tricked because they knew the car wasn’t up to part. I’m a young mother trying to make it and people do stuff like this. I used money from an accident I was in, hoping to start fresh! Now I can’t even take my special little boy to school, speech nor OT therapy! Super disappointed

I purchased a car from auto deals in Mableton back in March about a week later the check engine light came on and I was sideswiped by a semi. Upon taking the car to the dealership I was told that the engine was completely gone and that the car was totaled and I needed to pay to get it fixed from the accident so they could resale it. I do not believe that was legal. They then traded that car out for a different car refusing to refund the down payment. The second car that I got from them the check engine light came on within 48 hours of me leaving the lot. I have been to the dealership multiple times called and text no one had repaired the car they are giving me the run around trying to run out the service warranty. The car can’t pass emissions I believe they are turning the engine lights off in the cars there is no way that two cars have engine problems so close to being purchased without them knowing.

The worst car dealer I have dealt with in GA. Brought a car and in the first 30 days, I had issues with the engine light, etc. As of today, I will be filing a complaint against this car dealer and financing with the better business office. Please stay away!! Take a mechanic and do not trust this dealer to work with its own auto repair shop. It will never get repaired. Then they want you to continue to make payments when your car been inoperable in less than 30 days of purchase. Also, I purchased an extended warranty and the manager stated that I purchased AS IS please do not get caught up with this dealer. This dealer and in house financing gets over on people that need a vehicle and also thrives on not superb credit. A Complete Ripoff dealer!!!

I wanted to wait and do a review until I had the car for a month or longer. My credit isnt the best, and I needed a car for my son who is in college. He is far away and I didnt want him to be with out a car. I looked at several places who would finance someone in my situation. I completed the application over the phone and was in route to the dealer when I began to read the horrible reviews from previous customers. I called and spoke with Tanisha and I told her I wouldnt be coming do to the horrible reviews. She explained that Auto Deals was under new management and everyone was new there. I continued to voice my concerns and she continued to reassure me that the cars where in good shape and the process would be easy with no hassles. I was able to look at all car fax reports and drive the car that I purchased to my mechanic. They even fixed what my mechanic said was wrong (one minor thing was found). My son is pleased with his new car and so am I! Auto deals really surprised me. I went in thinking it was a horrible place and left out with a smile.

Monte “The Car Lady” is amazing. Very friendly and will do everything to assist you. Easy, simple process purchasing my car. I like it and everything. My only complaint is trying to get them to fix my car. I’ve had an issue since I brought it. They claimed to have fixed it and now it’s only gotten worse. I call and get placed on hold for the longest until I eventually hang up. I have to work so I can’t go up to the dealership all the time. I had a simple issue and all they’ve done is give me the run around instead of fixing it. It’s causing me money and I’m missing work. I’m on hold right now... so far for 12 minutes and counting. I guess I’m gonna have to fix the problem myself which is ridiculous when I just got my car. Make sure whatever is wrong with your car gets fixed before you leave. My only issue is with service. Otherwise I would rate them a 5 star. Great dealership to buy from, they really do work with all credit and they have great cars.

So, the car selection is just ok. If youre looking for a sedan, thats pretty much all they have. The approval takes like a day. The lowest down payment is $1200. All vehicles have a car note between $300 - $400 a month. The sales guy was friendly though. They didnt really have a lot of luxury vehicles either. Overall, a decent place if u just want a regular sedan.

Check engine light came in first day I got it after driving 30 miles had to take it back 4 times in the first 10 days. Trying to address issues before 3,000mile warranty is up so far between work and going back to the dealership 4 times Ive put about 600 miles on the car and they have to have the dealership work on it and test drive it some more. Be careful with purchasing from them.

They repoed my car because I refused to pay 100% interest and it was costing me an average of $400 monthly to keep the car running. I go to retrieve my personal items. No one knows where my car is!!! I wasted an hour of my time. Thank God, my driver was gracious enough to wait patiently for me.

Bad customer service on the phone. Cant even get to a salesperson to ask about a vehicle. Person answering the phone keeps transferring me to dead lines and when I called back (the third time in a row) and asked to speak with someone, she couldnt get anyone and couldnt tell me when to call back for someone to help me. Not sure when someone will be here to pick up the phone... was her answer. I bet I can find a car dealer with time enough to answer a question about a car in their inventory. Hopefully you will try somewhere else too!
