They are so rude they don’t want to help if it’s not their people. And always give you looks when you walk in!!

Ordered masks from them in October (which were great) and then ordered again last week and we received completely different masks.I ordered the same order from the same company and received different masks. Different in size, the inside of the ones from October were even quilted and these are not, they are even different in packaging. See below: the left side being the new masks and the right side being the masks from October. I had one of our employees try on the new ones and they wouldn’t even stretch to go on his ears. He still has his one from October and it fits fine.It appears the company switched vendors at some point between October and now, which is fine, but they didnt even let me know that they might be different now???They wont even consider a refund and are claiming they didnt switch vendors.Do NOT recommend.

Her demeanor was so positive and she had a large variety of vinyls in many colors. Now that we know where they are located, my cousin can save shipping costs which is helpful for her and her fledgling new business.

You couldnt go in, but they came outside and took your order and went in to fulfill it immediately answering all my questions. I called first thing in the morning needing 4 rolls of vinyl. They filled the order within hours. The store was clean, organized and full of gorgeous products. Both guys were kind and helpful!

Always use this vinyl store never had issues besides always out of transfer. But today the black lady I’m guessing the owner was very rude, and wanted to talk to me the customer in a loud manner in front of other customers while I’m look for an item. If she didn’t understand what I was talking about it was a way of saying that. The young guy knew exactly what I was talking about and call it the same thing I asked her for. I will never shop there again and don’t recommend it to anyone my craft groups will know about this experience. Poor customer service

I just recently found out you could place an order online and pick up at the store. Bad customer service. I ordered product online to be shipped. Never received tracking. Called to verify my order and to get tracking, was told they dont do that and to email them. Guy on phone was not professional. Will not buy from them again.

As far as the 3D HTV it was cool while it lasted. It took exactly a week to arrive and the process was normal without hiccups. I was worried about how it would react in the washer and dryer but I never even got the chance to see that. I got 3 wears out of the shirt I made, but today I was leaning against a wall while working and the vinyl lifted right up. I pressed it back down but doing that isn’t even worth it because it will just lift back up. I like the fact that the vinyl puffs up so much and has texture as well, but the actual adhesive quality isn’t great at all.

My first time doing business with these individuals was on Sunday. Upon my arrival I explained to the owner as well as her husband that I had never utilized the product that they sell. I also informed them of how pertinent it was that I produced a satisfactory product for my customers. They assured me that the product that they sold which is (vinyl) is one of the best on the market. I had a customer who needed an outfit custom-made for his birthday which I use the vinyl I purchased from this company only to have him call me back the following day complaining about the material peeling off of the fabric. I have been in business with my clothing line for eight months now and no customer out of hundreds of customers have ever called me and complain about final coming off of any type of material. When I called and discussed the issue that I was going through the owners husband told me it’s not There job to instruct how to use the product they just sell the product. As a young black entrepreneur I feel like we should he’ll be each other more instead of being so focused on selling whatever we sell it is always bigger than the product the customer is the reason that we even are able to sell the product I do not feel welcome there and I do not advise anyone to support their business because I feel like they didn’t support mine

A young man walked up to my car and asked if I needed help. I gave my complaint and he made sure he took great care of me. During this pandemic, although you can’t go in they make it very smooth to get what you need from a distance! The only reason I didn’t do 5 starts is because there have been a few occasions I couldn’t get the colors I needed and have had to go out of my way to spend more money to get the colors I need. I am elated. First time ordering from Atlanta Vinyl. I’ve been lazy and typically run to Michael’s arts and crafts because I like to have my items (yesterday). Several things: I called AV and inquired were there any discount codes available for a first time buyer...yes, gave me the code to enter for online purchase...next, I received an email from the owner saying thank you, 👌🏽.next, my purchase was scheduled to arrive between the 10th and 15th, I received it on the 9th 👍🏽. And everything looks great. Lastly, they are black owned and so I was very happy to be able to get the quality products I like from a black owned business (can’t wait to try this puff vinyl). I am a small black business owner and it can be challenging...so Atlanta Vinyl is five stars and I will be proactive in when I place my orders so that i am able to order online and receive it in a few days. I placed my order on the morning of 6/28 and didn’t realize time had flown by and they were closing at 3:00pm. I called at a quarter to 3:00 to confirm pickup. The young man said it would be available before they closed. Not realizing the time I said “thank you, I’ll be there shortly”. So I called back to let him know I was 20 minutes away so it would be after 3:00 when I got there. He said “no problem, we’ll still be here”. That’s great customer service.
