Our experience with JMV has been absolutely horrible. They came out and installed granite countertops in one of our customers homes. We are a remodeling contractor, and subcontract companies like JMV to provide the countertops and install them as it is a specialty service.2 different jobs, 2 completely different locations, JMV came and installed granite countertops with multiple issues. The first one, the installers cracked the granite in 3 different locations and attempted to fix it with putty filler. It looked absolutely terrible! They also mis-cut the sink hole on the slab and attempted to make the sink work anyway. The other job, only one crack/chip, but also filled it with the same stuff. Looks terrible.After trying to get these issues corrected, we have now been informed that we have to purchase another slab at over $2,000 to correct the issue. Thats on just the first job, they never offered a solution to the second job.As a contractor, if we make a mistake, we are responsible for fixing it. Even if that means taking a hit on profit, or losing money on a job. You do the right thing. Not kick the can down the road to someone else, but that is exactly what has happened. Also, the manager nor the owner will return phone calls or texts, so you can not escalate the matter beyond Vanessa, who truly seems to care less about customer service to us or the customer.I posted this review so everyone else can know to find a different granite company to work with. Even if JMV is a little less expensive, I can promise you that every other granite countertop company we have worked with is much better than this company. Avoid this company at all cost!

One of the female sellers was awful to work with. I made a statement that another granite seller (at a different company) said to me about the particular granite I was interested in. The seller here became argumentative because she didnt agree with the other companys statement. Meanwhile, Im just bystander trying you shop for granite. Take your rival company drama to your company picnic.We ended up hiring JMV because they quoted us $300 less than another company. The problem here is that JMV does not seal their granite. They dont even tell you they dont seal it. Even if they know that it is a kitchen countertop.We called to see what was going on with the granite, and the person who answered the phone stated that they did seal it. He later got back to us stating they didnt seal it and werent going to.I should have expected sub-par work though. Their payment method is zelle to a gmail email address.

I’m concerned about the customer service level me and my family are receiving with JMV. I’d be willing to update this review if I see some improvement but here’s a list of the things my wife and I have experienced in dealing with this company for our new kitchen countertops.1. The counters arrived with oxidation blemishes in two locations, with no accommodation for these irreparable flaws reflected in our pricing. This is a major concern for me because these blemishes will not go away with time. We essentially are explaining large yellow staining on the edge of our brand new white Carerra Marble, when we shouldn’t have to do.2. There are unfilled small cracks that were not finished after installation. On top of this, there’s one repair that was not fully polished and sealed so the putty has a dullness that stands out in the light.3. The measurement taker forgot an entire section of counter and we were attempted to be made to blame for this mistake for not “checking the measurers work” and seeing that they didn’t account for a seminal section near our fridge. As professionals we should not need to check behind any one providing a service until the work is completed. The installation team had to use the cutout from the gas range to make sure we didn’t go three days without rectifying this error. In that though, my wife had to express that this was not a customer problem and in the end the piece used was rushed and is not of the same finish quality and dimensions as the rest of the counters.4. Upon noticing the damages our general contractor overseeing the kitchen remodel advised that we reach out and send pictures which my wife did and got no reply yesterday, to which I followed up this morning and was told I’d be contacted after the JMV associate reached the office. From 9:21a to 2:20pm I have yet to hear anything back about my concerns.I would not advise anyone looking for quality customer care to use this company due to my current experience, though there is room for JMV to make us whole by doing a better job at communicating promptly and fixing for us the issues we’ve found in our “finished product”.

Horrible service, worked with salesman for 2 days picking out slabs, design and price. Drove an hour to do paperwork and finalize only to have the owner negate the salesmans quote. Buyer beware
