We are repeat customers (third time) and didnt even bother to shop around or compare this time. My wife is a stickler on getting three prices before we buy anything major but even she agreed that the quality of the mattress and the pricing for the value from Mattress Firm is unmatched by the competition.Alex, in the Macedonia store, was very easy to work with and at no time did we feel pressured to buy as he patiently answered all of our questions. It was a good buying experience.

Alex was so pleasant and helpful over the phone. He was quick and efficient, I purchased our box springs and set up delivery within minutes. They were delivered the next morning and the delivery men were also courteous, quick, efficient and helpful getting everything moved in and set up. It could not have been more of a smooth process from start to finish. I would return for all my mattress needs!

My experience was great! I experienced a issue with the delivery of my items I ordered offline. I was advised to call the local store. I spoke with Zack who made my experience come back from a 0 to a 5. From now I will shop directly with the Macedonia location.**Update**So Zack did what he said he would do. The deliverydriver came on Friday. Again with no tools. They rescheduled again for today. He I sit at 2:19pm. No show! At this point I will not deal with mattress firm again.

Achhammer!!!My mom was having difficulty adjusting to her new one-month old coil mattress to the point she refused to sleep on it so it was decided to try a memory foam mattress. Ashley to the rescue! She did not try to upsell but asked us a few questions, I asked her several questions and the deal was sealed for a Sleepys Dove bed in a box. I asked to speak to the manager to give her a great commendation, she says I AM the manager LOL After leaving, I found a large discount sale on the website, turned around to show Ashley and she so kindly gave us the discount with a total savings of $400, no haggling, no problems. Easy-smeezy! Great customer service and attentiveness. Will definitely refer her to my family and friends!

The sales guy was super nice and I wouldve given 5 stars except I was told the first time I ran my card it didnt go through so I did it again and then got a notice from my bank that he duplicate charged me. I called the store immediately and was told they couldnt void the duplicate charge and I would have to wait 14 business days to receive a refund! Oh, and that if I dont get it in 14 business days to just go ahead and call him to let him know... Hundreds of dollars! I ended up filing a dispute with my bank.

Had an amazing buying experience at the MattressFirm in Macedonia, Ohio after having an awful experience with a competitor less than 24 hours prior. Joshua helped me find the perfect mattress. He explained all of the features, gave comparisons of how the features worked on the different mattresses, explained some of the terminology, and even provided a bit of mattress education so that I could make an informed decision. As a result, I purchased an upgrade from the original mattress that I originally sought. This was a great experience. No pressure to purchase, just the right amount of information, and delivery scheduled for more than 2 months (!!!!) earlier than a competitor.

The only thing I would say is to please tell customers that if they elect the free delivery the base is extremely heavy weighing 159 lbs for the king. Its a struggle for 2 people on the set up. I was desperate for a mattress because the one I ordered from a furniture place did not come in and was on back order. I wasn’t told until 4 days before we needed to move our daughter out of state. I called Mattress Firm in Macedonia and they said they were also having shipping issues due to COVID but they had some in stock and would find something I would be happy with. So I went up to the store and they found a fantastic pillow top that we loved. This is a Monday and we will have it Wednesday shipped at no charge to our home. It was such a relief since we were leaving on Friday. Thanks for the great mattress and service.

He helped me find the best bed and pillow for my body type (pain points, shape, injuries, etc.) and how I prefer to sleep. They were patient while I tried beds multiple times and very friendly too! Accommodating for orders, times, and helping me find the best deal for what I wanted, even when I came back to order a different base. I wouldnt go or recommend anywhere else.

The delivery drivers said they couldnt take the old bedding out which I paid for. Had to call the store and they were told to do so. Sales person and delivery were not on the same page. That said, Im satisfied how it turned out.

My experience there was really good. My first time going out and buying myself a mattress because my current one is breaking down too much. Viante was patient and made it as easy as possible to test out and buy my first mattress. He was easy to talk to. He did a good job at keeping things at an affordable price without compromising the quality of what I was getting. He Also told me what would happen with my old mattress and how and when the new one would get delivered, before I remembered to ask. I don’t have anything bad to say. Overall a good experience

We went to the Mattress Firm location in Macedonia and there was a gentleman there named David he usually works at the Fairlawn location. We walked in and it wasn’t your prototypical sales pitch, rather it was David really taking the time to get to know our needs when it came to what our sleep habits were and what position we slept in and our last sleep experiences. The knowledge that he has about mattresses and giving us a no frills assessment we needed was really appreciated and made all the difference. Not only that he gave us the absolute best price that we have gotten anywhere and also took all our questions and concerns seriously and made us feel really good about our final decision when it came to what mattresses we ended up picking. It was not the store but it was David and his attitude and the way he helped us reach out final choice which made all the difference. Would highly recommend going to this company for all your mattress needs and look David up when your there. Trust me you will not regret it.

This weekend we went shopping for a mattress and Mattress Firm was on our list of stops. After leaving the first store we felt sure we knew what we wanted even though we received no help from that store. However, when we arrived at Mattress Firm we were warmly greeted by Chris and he gave us a crash course on what the proper mattress for us might be. We were grateful for the information and explained that we were going to continue our search. At that point Chris and Laura explained the price match policy and offered to match what we had already seen. They also offered next day delivery. That sold us and we received our mattress the next day as promised!

The mattress felt great! My only problem is once I got home and looked over my receipt it said preowned. I called and was told that someone purchased it and refused the delivery. This wasn’t explained to me by Scott. I don’t buy used mattresses.

Lance who is at Mattress Firm in Macedonia was such a help. We order an all foam mattress online and it has been giving my husband and I back pain the last few months. We went in because the financing at the time was 0% for 72 months based off a credit check. We told him what we were not happy with and what was bothering us about our current mattress. He started us off with a medium and we decided to go with a soft iSerta hybrid. Lance was very helpful with helping us decide on the best bed for both of us. Very good customer service!! We also got new twin mattresses for our little ones!
